As is almost invariably the case, service and food quality were excellent with the staff displaying their customary friendly efficiency - despite the restaurant being extremely busy.

Very happy with service and with food. Will visit again. Booked for a girls night out and we were not disappointed. Would recommend to others.

We have visited Cote restaurants in a few places, mainly Brighton and Salisbury, but always find our experience a constant. The food is always wonderful, cooked to perfection, the service is exemplary and friendly, the welcome is warm and the prices reasonable. What's not to like? We'll be back.

Food was really nice. There are often deals in the week until 7pm and on a weekend. The staff are very friendly and the service is fast.

An excellent Formule breakfast for two with one of them free. Smooth and friendly service at 0815 in the morning when we were the only customers. Getting busy by 0900 as it is popular for early shoppers and those just relaxing.

Always good food, good service and reasonable prices. Menu changes enough to make it worth going fairly regularly. Lunch time set menu is particularly good value.

A friend and I lunch at Cote in Salisbury several times a year. The fixed price menu always has something interesting and tasty on it and is reasonably priced. Service is good (although this time we were brought two tomato salads instead of the single one we asked for and although we sent it back they did try to charge us for it until the error was pointed out to them - so keep an eye on your bill).

Excellent as ever, lazy late lunch over a fine Provence rose!

The warm prawn salad was very good as was my asparagus risotto. My husband enjoyed his fore rib steak on the bone which was cooked as requested. The service was very good despite there being a large party in at the same time.

Enjoyable lunch in Salisbury, cheerful and friendly staff made the visit very pleasant. Special offer of sweet and a wine made things even better. Will be back soon!

We visit Salisbury perhaps a couple of times a year and usually eat at Cote for one meal. This time my wife's Fish Parmentier was over-salted. However, on mentioning this to the staff the matter was quickly rectified. Everything else was absolutely fine. We will return.

Great food served by helpful happy staff, would not hesitate to book again, the only downside is a route March to find toilets, otherwise excellent 👍

Great food, superb service, we both thoroughly enjoyed it. Nothing was too much trouble. My salmon was cooked to perfection and my friend gave her risotto the wow factor.

It exceeded expectations both in the food and service. We had the vegetarian breakfasts and they were happy to accomodate special requests. We will be returning for the same again very soon.

Excellent meal - the food was fresh and deliciously cooked, as always. The staff are very friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere is welcoming. We have been going for our after matinee meal here in Salisbury and can honestly say we haven't ever come away disappointed or disgruntled.

As usual the service and food was excellent, and because of the timing we could select from the early evening menu. Just right for a pre-theatre meal.

The best eating experience we have had in Salisbury for a very long time. We will be back soon. My wife and our friends love it. It did not break the bank.

The food was excellent and so were the staff. My only criticism is that you add a service charge automatically. I like the opportunity to decide whether or not I leave a tip.

We visited for a 40th birthday celebration. The food was great as always and the service was attentive. We were seated immediately and given the right amount of time to choose our orders without feeling rushed or ignored. The team were polite and everyone enjoyed their meals.

Cotes in Salisbury is a really good place to eat out especially before the theatre - but one needs to make sure that the staff know this!. We tried the duck confit this time and it was delicious, beautifully cooked with lovely vegetables as well (as an extra). Unfortunately because of the time we were unable to savour the desserts - but there will definitely be a next time!

We often use Cote Brasserie in Salisbury before going to the theatre partly because of its convenient location but mainly because the food and service is so good and such good value. The main course was well cooked and timely served as was the dessert. The wine was good too. Nothing to fault at all!

Pleasant enough, but an annoying waitress who would barge up to our table and talk over our conversation with whatever she wanted to say. Second visit not sure we would go again

We had a lovely meal & the staff were v friendly but we feel there are hidden costs in the food, E.g. There was a charge for the garlic butter that goes with the chicken that i wasn't expecting plus favourite dishes were no longer on the early evening slightly cheaper menu which was disappointing.

Good atmosphere and attentive staff. St Thomas Square is a good location. We went for dinner to meet friends; the set menu was interesting with several choices.
