Staff very pleasant as always and meals ok although my steak was not done as requested and was returned for further attention , otherwise a very pleasant evening.

Great welcome, service, food and ambiance. As always the staff were kind, efficient and attentive. We enjoyed a superb lunch and will definitely visit Cote again.

Yet again another fabulous lunch at Cote in Salisbury where the atmosphere, service and food were as always excellent. Why would you need to go anywhere else?

Food was good, service was just slow, not up to the usual standard, made a reservation (clearly as I’m being asked for the feedback here) and they said they couldn’t find it.

Excellent food and wine. Good choice of food especially for gluten free memeber of our party. Service was at our pace and we didn’t feel rushed. Great experience as usual

it is always enjoyable and also yesterday as we walked in we were greeted with smily faces i was addresses by my name pav . our server was very attentive sorry didnt get his name i think it would be nice if he got responce from management. pav

The whole experience was excellent from the moment we were greeted to our departure. The staff were friendly and helpful, attentive without being obtrusive. The choice of food was varied and the quality very good. We were able to sit for as long as we liked over our meal without feeling any pressure to vacate the table, and the bill was brought promptly when we were ready. Very good value for money, and we will definitely be returning.

Excellent place and did such a great job ensuring we could eat gluten free safely and with confidence. Food was excellent and staff was great. Highly recommend.

Whichever branch I visit, I've never been disappointed. Food, ambiance always good, service friendly and efficient. We had the recently introduced Prestige Menu. A bit more expensive than the lunch/early evening set menu and still terrific value.

Online booking experience very good, met and seated quickly in a cool place (very hot day). fast and efficient service, excellent choice of menus and special offers. Staff friendly and service friendly and good. Food first class

The food was lovely and the staff were brilliant! Our server forgot our juice. But as soon as we reminded him he brought it straight up.

Another pleasant evening at Cote Brasserie in Salisbury. We were however placed next to a table (in a half empty restaurant) where the people obviously didn't know how to talk or laugh quietly, they were so loud we were having trouble talking to each other across the table. That said, the service and food were excellent as always and maybe we should have just asked to be moved.

Pleasant efficient service. Food generally very good. My main of duck breast a little tough. Restaurant very noisy but it was busy, wooden floors and I am an older person to boot. However the rest of the party much younger all found the noise difficult. No ones fault, everything else very good. The complimentary drink was delicious, thank you.

Great French onion soup, the Bretton chicken was a bit dry but made up for it with the chocolate mouse. Great evening thanks Cote! :)

Most enjoyable evening & good service. Shame we couldn’t have the gin cocktails with the set menu but c’est la vie! Took a while to pay but that’s the only minor inconvenience.

Cote Brasserie in Salisbury is the best Restaurant in town. I love the atmosphere, the food, the reasonable cost and the polite and efficient staff.

Unfortunately it looks like we have found Cotes Achilles heel, this evening we chose to dine alfresco and the outdoor staff are not as attentive or it would seem as bothered about their charges as the indoor staff, lesson learned!

Cote Brasserie has always been excellent. Today we ordered calamari as a starter, it unfortunately they were over cooked. The waitress apologised and said we would not be charged for them. Our main was chicken breton, and a tuna steak. Both meals were of excellent quality as were our desserts of Coup Noir and a Cream Caramel. Cote Brasserie still remains our favourite restaurant in Salisbury. Of course not forgetting the really friendly staff.

One persons meal was overlooked. So when it arrived late they deducted the cost from the price. Very fair. The other meals were good. The portions were the right size for a lunch.

The food here is always of a very high standard and the service is excellent, nothing is too much trouble and you are not hurried to vacate the restaurant meaning you can enjoy great food in a relaxed atmosphere.

Friendly staff, amazing food, lovely location. I thought that the decor in the back room where we were seated was a little dated but did like seeing the old plaque still displayed from when the building was an old Sunday school. Didn’t detract from what was a lovely meal and overall fantastic night out.

Very welcoming and efficient staff. Generous portions and good value. The only thing which could be improved is that I had to carefully check and discard some of my new potatoes which had black areas in them. Maybe a sign of stressed plants in the heatwave?

First time we have tried August special menu Good selection ! Tiger Prawn starter very good , my wife had Yellow Fin Tuna , I tried the duck confit , both superb Big problem with flies though , don’t see what Cotê could do as they were everywhere both in and outside Unfortunately meant my wife didn’t finish Tuna as flies kept landing on it !! Shared a fresh fruit pavlova to end - very good Will certainly have August special menu again - hopefully after fly swarms have abated

The Service was a little slow, despite the restaurant not being busy, as we ate early. The food was up to the usual excellent standard.

Côte always has excellent customer service and amazing quality of food, you never wait longer than 20 minutes.

I like Cote but do not like the emails checking that I will be attending. I wouldn't have booked if I wasn't and I would have cancelled if I found I could not attend. I suggest they find another way of dealing with their "no-shows".

Very disappointing indeed. Food good as ever, staff team the worst ever. Our server was quite rude, three times being very sharp with us when responding to simple requests. The staff seem to have no respect for manager. I have visited Cote Salisbury many times and this was quite the worst experience.

Good, tasty food, polite staff and not bad prices either. Will be going back :) has outdoor seating too, perfect for warm days and evenings.

Lovely French restaurant. Lovely food and lovely staff. Today I had modules in a tomato based sauce with deliciously crusty bread to mop up the sauce. Followed by cod fillet on mash potatoes with spinach. Both yummy washed down with a little sparkling wine. Rear of the restaurant is air conditioned so perfect for the hot weather.

Friendly, really efficient and the food was great. We arrived late due to traffic and had to be done in and out in 40 mins.

My friend and I meet once a month and have lunch at Cote Salisbury. The food is always good value for money, well presented and the staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend it to my friends.

The Cote Resturant in Salisbury is our favourite venue for breakfast, lunch & evening meals. The service & the food, were , as usual, excellent.

Sunday lunch at Cotê - only place in Salisbury to eat ! My father-in law joined us when he heard it was Cotê As normal all food great , super service ! My father in law had French Onion Soup , followed by Belly Pork and Creme Caramel- he was still raving about it 2 hours later Thanks

Cotes is always good - location, restaurant & staff all very nice - specials were great - summer cocktail was excellent - a very lovely evening out!!

We have eaten here, on average, once a month over the past eight years or so, and have never had a bad meal to date. Last evening was no exception, and the July menu was excellent. I chose the cod wrapped in bacon with baby tomatoes and fennel which was a delicious combination and expertly cooked. The staff, as always, were friendly and attentive. Sadly, the shops and businesses in Salisbury have suffered much with the dwindling numbers of visitors in the aftermath of the Novichok attacks but, as residents, we can definitely recommend this restaurant to any who do visit.

Fabulous spinach and mushroom crepes, great service, as always. Side veg, peas (ordered without shallots) and potato dauphinoise also very good, desert of peach crumble a little too sweet for my palate, but savignon blanc and calvados made up for it.

We are big Cotes fans and have used their restaurants all over the country. But for a rather chewy steak this time this would also have got a 6 rating. As always very friendly and knowledgeable staff and perfect ambiance
