Cote is always good value. The food is reliably good food and the service is quick and efficient. We got a very friendly welcome from the manager last night who was delighted we were using the special offer of 2 set meals and complimentary bottle of wine

Lovely food, great service as always. Early evening menu wonderful value for money and plenty to choose from. Have never had a ordinary meal here, always delicious. YUM!!

Excellent choice of menus, each one very good value for money. Very pleasant staff and a good ambiance overall. Service was rather slow and we had to wait quite a time to give in our order.

Usually enjoy our visits to Cote and, admittedly the kitchen did a dish for me that was not on the menu - so thanks for that. However both my friend’s meals were tepid, as were the plates, unfortunately this has happened before Saying that their meal was tasty though.

No problem with our booking, prior notice given of one member of the party being a Ceoliac, a gluten free menu given with plenty of choice

Cote Salisbury is always buzzing. They provide a reliable and predictable lunch experience and are no worse for that. Would be a 6 if my steak had been slightly less chewy. Delicious starter of wafer thin cured pork loin with celeriac remoulade, steak frites and silky creme caramel dessert, all together a satisfying meal.

We booked a table for 4 and had a ovely pre-cinema dinner with our parents! The wine list is extensive and the menu had lots of good choices - as always the welcome and service were first class!😄

Fabulous Party and Staff amazing, wonderful food. Great Atmosphere. This is the second year we have booked our company Christmas party with Cote Salisbury and it is always a pleasure to deal with them.

Tried the prestige menu and very satisfied with both quality and quantity. Good value wines by the glass and attentive waiting staff. A very good evening.

Fantastic food, courteous service, friendly welcome with free glasses of bubbles as it was my husbands birthday. We took our own cake and all sang!

Great location, centre of town, not far from the station. Reliably good choice and quality of food, very friendly and efficient staff. Would recommend to anyone visiting the town who doesn't want to take pot luck.

Despite being busy the staff could not have been more helpful. The food was excellent and it was a pleasure to dine in this relaxed restaurant where you were not expected to leave as soon as you had eaten.

Very good food and very good value, good variety on menu, service was good, would recommend to others as very pleasant surroundings! Staff are were all good and asked at each course if everything was ok! Will be going back!

We visited twice on Monday for a small breakfast and then again for lunch. A Kyr Royale is always a good start. We missed out a starter this time but the duck mousse and toasted brioche is fantastic. October specials have pan roasted haddock on a bed of lyonnaise potatoes and spinach and a delicious buerre blanc. This is a great dish and I hope it becomes a regular on the menu. Escale pinot noire is available by the glass at the moment and since I have French tendencies this light mellow red goes well with the haddock. Crepe with orange segments and grand marnier and ice cream rounded off another perfect meal.

We had a lovely meal at Salisbury Cote. There was a good atmosphere in the restaurant even though it was a Monday lunchtime. It is always an enjoyable experience.

Very nice atmosphere, gorgeous old building, excellent authentic fresh French food and super service. I particularly enjoyed the gratin potatoes browned to crisp perfection to the millisecond of perfect cooking. Highly recommend

As a regular user of Cote, usually with friends, we enjoy the good value menus and the good service. On this occasion we were served by a particularly attentive young woman. The atmosphere in the top room is pleasant and the staff are very tolerant of our very extended lunch meetings.

Yet again this was a very enjouable evening. The food was excellent the service was excellent. A smaller fixed price menu and the choice of others makes it an easy process. Thank you

Excellent value for money. Very good choices on the menu and friendly and helpful staff. Advisable to book on market days as is very busy on Tuesday lunchtime.

Took my father in law to Cotê He travels up from Southampton especially ! Had great meal , great service , good value for money with friendly helpful staff

Food is dependable. It was quite noisy today, mainly because of a large party in the restaurant.

As per normal , everything in Cotê 100% September specials menu was very good , looking forward to October menu Staff , service , ambience all perfect

Excellent service and food - the restaurant was busy with press and TV reporters following the Skripals being poisoned and areas of the City being closed.

Great as always. My favourite place to eat in Salisbury as it has a great menu with seasonal specials alway cooked to perfection. We can always rely on Cote for a great meal

A thoroughly enjoyable lunch with excellent service. This is not the first time that we have eaten at Cote in Salisbury and we would certainly recommend it to all our friends.

A busy lunchtime on a Thursday. Service as usual was swift and friendly. Delicious food although for elderly diners over generous. A Very enjoyable lunch

Not up to usual standard......always request a booth table when making the booking well in advance. Arrived and was shown to small table in corner, and told main restaurant was not open as not busy enough. Service was friendly, and food was good, but was some confusion with the bill when our table was told that the next door table had been charged for some of our meal....but our bill was still correct! Didn’t quite understand why we needed to be told this....havebeen meeting here regularly for many years, but might have to consider a change if venue.

Very good food, genuinely French cuisine, and short but reasonably priced wine list with a strong French focus. Service was pleasant, but a bit inattentive, no doubt due to it being a busy Saturday night. Good value; recommended.

Had lunch in Cotê with my wife , daughter, stepson & granddaughter As normal , great service, great food and an excellent bottle of Pouilly Fuissé Could not fault it Thank you Cotê

We booked for three at 1745 (pre-theatre dinner). By 1800 all thedownstairs tables were occupied. Good menu range and reasonably priced at £11-50 for 2 courses (dessert an extra £2). Food well cooked and nicely presented. We were very satisfied and shall gladly return

As always, service and quality of food is to a high standard. Alas today I had the Breton tomatoes as a starter and thought it was quite expensive for what it was. It is the only time that I have been disappointed in a dish in this restaurant.

Dodd excellent as always but marked down because there were not enough staff to cope and service was sporadic. Either employ more wait staff or cut back on number of tables.

As ever a great meal in Cote Salisbury with fab service. We were there at 6 pm for a pre theatre meal, done and dusted in plenty of time but not rushed at all. Thank you!

We are frequent visitors to Cote in Oxford and Bath, but some meals have been less than good, as for example goujons which several times have been overcooked and the batter is hard. On this visit to Cote Salisbury we had steak and chicken, both of which were excellent. The ambience was very good.
