Called here twice on Monday. Started with a Bacon Baguette. Crispy Bacon in a toasted sourdough baguette, absolutely delicious. After hairdo returned for lunch. Kir Royale to start followed by a freshly made Feuillette with Saucy Mushrooms and Watercress garnish. The Mushrooms married so well with the Watercress Salad. Followed this with a Rib-eye Steak - a bit more medium than I prefer but still delicious and with a good portion of chips. I hate those little buckets which ensure you get fewer chips than otherwise. All finished with the best Creme Caramel in the Universe. Cote Salisbury you are great - keep this up and I will continue to love you.

Centrally located, good food and friendly helpful staff. French onion soup was delicious and nice and hot too. Sea bass was enjoyable and a good combination.

My friend and I meet in Salisbury once a month and always eat in Cote Brasserie. We always enjoy the food, atmosphere and friendly and professional service. My only complaint on Tuesday 8th January 2019, is that my grilled chicken from the menu was dry - everything else was its usual standard. I did mention this to our waitress at the time. It will not stop me booking for next month!

A visit to Cote is always positive. The welcome is friendly, the atmosphere often busy, and the quality of the food consistently good. On this occasion I ate from the standard lunch menu, and had three very good courses at excellent value for money. I look forward to my next visit.

Had a excellent breakfast at Cote Salisbury. The food was excellently presented and compares well with other simular establishments both for quality and value. A special mention for the staff who without exception always provide top service.

First try of January menu Terrine very good followed by Lamb Shank with super mash All perfect My friend had fish pie and apple crumble also very good

Lovely meal at Cote, good service from friendly staff. My friends steak was a little more than medium rare, otherwise it would have been top marks! The creme caramel was the best!!

Great service from pleasant and friendly personnel. Excellent a la carte menu plus they have great value menu of the day. Would recommend booking if going for lunch as very popular.

Went to Cote Salisbury and had a first class breakfast. The food was good and the service prompt even though they were busy on a Saturday morning.

Tried the prestige menu. Mushroom feuilettte as a starter and it was delicious. Followed by Ribeye Steak medium rare with fries. Beautifully prepared. Finally the best Creme Caramel in the universe. If only all restaurants were as good as Cote Salisbury.

You coped Very well with our large table of 16. Only minor comment concerned that not all of the main course did not arrive together, inevitable perhaps with the numbers. Well done, thank you

Had a lovely lunch today with our friends. The staff were very friendly and helpful ( as always ). The food was delicious and highly recommended.

Decided to go to Cote in Salisbury for Christmas Eve dinner. Whilst I did book a table weeks in advance and requested a table at the front of the restaurant, I was disappointed that in arrival we were placed in the back of the restaurant, which was very noisy. However the food and service were was good as ever.

Great menu and service, as always. Had booked a specific table, which we had. The restaurant was very busy, but that didn't impact on our meal and the atmosphere was great.

Attentive staff. Good to get a jug of drinking water without having to ask . Not rushed over our breakfast. The smoked salmon and scrambled egg was excellent value and very tasty.

Food was lovely as usual, but we felt rushed by the waitress. We were in and out within an hour, each course came very quickly, with hardly enough time for us to take a breath! The waitress was on us as soon as we had finished each course. We would have liked to have enjoyed sitting and chatting for longer.

la Cote is my favourite restaurant in Salisbury. The atmosphere is busy (French influence), the food and wines are excellent, and the staff are unfailingly slick, friendly and efficient.

We arrived early, It didnt seem to matter, table was fine, waitress was nice, food was up to the high standard we've come to expect. We wer'nt hurried, even though they were busy. We'll be back.

Another enjoyable evening at Cote in Salisbury. The scallops and steak were cooked to perfection and the service and atmosphere were as good as usual.

Think that the main Chef may have been away last night as the food was not up to standard. Calamari x2 over cooked and tasteless. Half a chicken was two chicken legs and was dry, my Boef Bourgegnon tasted burnt and old. The crouton served with it was stale. I did mention this as I ate as much as I could. The staff were attentive but busy - they did refund my meal. We have been before and received very good service and food! Our table was also odd, we think because we booked on line so put us at a table that wouldn’t matter if we didn’t turn up...

This was a lovely pre Christmas outing with friends. The food was as good as ever and the service very good indeed. Cote is a great and reliable chain. My current fave - keep up the good work!

Visited with friends before going to see the Pantomime at the Playhouse. As usual the food and atmosphere were excellent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meal. 3 of us had Rib-eye steaks and these were some of the best we have ever had. Well done Cote Salisbury - you are brilliant!

I had incorrectly booked for 2 people but meant to book for 3. They happily found us a table and we all had a superb meal. Great French flavours and superb sauces. December menu is a triumph. The restaurant was almost full on a Thursday evening at 7pm. Pre dinner theatre set had already left. Although the staffing levels appeared quite low the service was superb. Great team, like a well oiled machine. We were celebrating a birthday after work and this did not disappoint.

A good lunch but my meal of chicken was rather tasteless. I love Cote but not one of the best meals and service slow when the restaurant was not full. The weather was awful so maybe that was the problem

Excellent. It was full . The service was quick, good and always with a smile. Food excellent, wine and coffee all very good. Of course you have to book which is always advisable.

Another nice evening in the Cote Salisbury. Jenny and her team looked after us very well as did the chefs. Meal choice and quality excellent, thank you.

We were greeted warmly, given a table of our choice, and the waitress was very attentive. The food was good, the atmosphere non-intrusive and we didn’t have to wait too long for food.

Very relaxed and friendly atmoshere, the staff could'nt do enough for you.The food was excellent and there was a good choice of wine and spirits.

Great food as always, good service and atmosphere. Tarte aux mirabelle with cinnamon ice cream was my absolute favourite but it was all good as usual.

Serving staff were friendly and helpful. When my dining companion discovered that her salad contained berries (which she cannot eat) the salad was immediately replaced with a berry-free alternative. We both had steak & frites which was up to its usual succulent standard. I appreciate the fixed-price lunch menu - it means I can come often, without guilt!

Excellent food BUT putting a 12.5% optional gratuity on the bill without having asked the customer first is a bit far fetched, especially when the bill comes BEFORE the dessert plates are cleared from the table

We had a fabulous breakfast at Cote Brasserie in Salisbury. The ambience was a delight as always and of course the food up to the usual high standard. Thank you.

Decided upon another last minute trip to Cote for Sunday lunch. The restaurant was busy but not noisy. My husband chose the half roasted Breton chicken and I had the Poulet Grille. Both dishes were delicious and the service was excellent as normal.

The service was good, the food reliable and the atmosphere convivial without being too intrusive. The drinks are quite expensive, and the 12.5% suggested gratuity is a little more than many restaurants.
