The food, as always, was very good and the service by Louis was excellent. It is our favourite restaurant in Salisbury.

We come here regularly and love our local Cote in Salisbury. The service is always excellent and the quality of the food can always be relied upon. Our only disappointment today is that even though we booked an earlier table than usual, there was no lobster left on the specials menu. Is it possible to pre-order?

Fabulous! Visiting the restaurant again on Tuesday. The standards are consistently excellent.

Excellent food, amazing staff! A winning combination for any occasion. The Cote in Salisbury is my 'go to' place to spend time with friends and family, there is always a lovely atmosphere.

Good menu, perfect service and value for money. I wish you wouldn't keep taking my favourite starter off your menu, which if I recall correctly is chicory hearts, croutons, blue cheese sauce and walnuts

Received email for July menu of lobster and when we arrived, having booked specifically to have lobster, we were told it was unavailable! This is the third occasion that we have gone to the restaurant for the special and it’s NEVER available. Very very poor

Food was delicious. I had the risotto Verde, fabulous flavour albeit over-fatty. The service was excellent. My husband's steak was cooked rare as requested and he thoroughly enjoyed it. My only problem was the stairs to the loo, very difficult with arthritis.

Had July special of lobster with frites, steak tartare starter , washed down with a complimentary bottle of Rose All perfect - thank you Lobsters especially really tasty !

Didn’t get all of of order and when it arrived it was cold

Cold food on cold plates. Orders taken for item on menu and then told 10 mins later that they had done left. Outside tables full of dirty dishes. We have been here many times and it has always been excellent. Guess this was just an off night,

A fantastic meal. I love Cote's atmosphere and the attention to detail in the presentation of their food. Staff are well presented and attentive without being intrusive. I cannot recommend Cote Brasserie highly enough.

Excellent meal and service. One of our party needed disabled access and they could not have been more helpful when necessary. One minor observation which I mentioned to your manageress at the time: When we had a meal with you about 4 weeks prior to Tuesday's visit we ordered a bottle of your Macon but it was served warm so I asked the waitress to chill it in an ice bucket and we ordered a Picppoul to drink whilst we waited for the Macon to chill down. Once again on Tuesday's visit there was no Macon cold enough to be served when we ordered it. I suggested that a larger fridge be employed in order to offer all your wines at the correct temperature.

We use Cote Brasserie whenever we are in the area. Good choice of menu, friendly efficient service, pleasant surroundings. And value for money. What more do you want?

As usual we had an excellent meal with great and very friendly service.

Pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff, good menu, decent food, fair prices.... But desperately slow service. After an hour and a half had to leave without dessert, having been warned that it would take a while to arrive. So great, if you are not in a hurry!

Just as well we had plenty to catch up on as service was very slow. Food when it arrived was delicious.

The meal was excellent, as usual, and the service was attentive and not intrusive. One of our party was a Ceoliac and she was well catered for and the menu was varied and deserts ideal for the meal!

Always enjoy our meals in Côte. Excellent quality beautifully cooked and presented. The staff are so friendly which of course makes the whole experience even better. A few new dishes on the menu would be very welcome.

First time I have been to this Côte and I was not disappointed. My only criticism is of the location and access to the toilets, nothing wrong with them when you get there, but it is a bit of a trek!

Good choice of authentic French cuisine. Our dishes well prepared and delicious and prices very fair. My companion had very special dietary needs and the staff went out of their way to ensure she was able to enjoy her lunch. I shall be back soon! Top marks...

Enjoyed the salt fish croquettes starters. The chicken was a little dry but the sea bream was well cooked. Service was good.
