We had a lovely meal last night prior to going to see Henning Wehn at City Hall Salisbury, who was also rather good! Despite being very busy the food and service were still excellent. We shall be going again next week as we are going to see Shirley Valentine and Salisbury Playhouse!

Great breakfast in a great atmosphere at a great price

Absolutely delicious food, very favourably priced. Service generally great, with busy staff working hard. When we went to leave, though, it was like the Marie Celeste, not one if them in sight! Had to hunt around to find someone to pay....

Another super meal at Cote Salisbury. The February Special of Scallops were spot on and my favourite Haddock Goujons were also great. Our waitress Sandra was great fun and very efficient - a big thank you to the whole team at Cote Salisbury who work so hard to keep us coming back over and over and over and over and over again.

We arrived early but were warmly welcomed and seated immediately. The service was wonderful, polite and very fast. There were four of us in our party and we had three different starters: Calamari, rabbit, chicken liver and pistachio terrine and a French onion soup. Our mains were pork tenderloin, confit duck leg, mushroom ravioli and Breton chicken. All four of us would have happily swapped with each other, the food was Devine.

Overall this is a lovely restaurant. The staff are always super friendly, as was our waitress last night. The only reason it doesn't get five stars is because of the limited number of vegetarian options. There were only two and one was a salad. The only veggie starter was also a salad. I want to be able to visit again and not have to eat the same food.

Amazing evening thanks to the wonderful staff who were so welcoming. Food was excellent too. The menu had such variety. Best meal out in Salisbury by a long measure.

Good food at a reasonable price for the quality anf variety, the house wine was good staff friendly and efficient , I think you have got it right , don't change , Thank you.

Firstly, the staff are exemplary.. all personable, hard working and nothing too much trouble. I was a little disappointed with my starter from the A la carte menu.... blue cheese and walnut salad... it was served on endive leaves and wasn’t to my taste. My Fish parmentier was delicious... lots of fish and prawns. My husband loved his food. Prawns in garlic and tomato sauce and then salmon with ratoutille followed by a taste aux fines pommes ( apple tart) with ice cream. Altogether a very enjoyable lunch

Lovely food - all served with a smile. No rush to get us out of the door and interesting chat with the staff, even though they were very busy. They never drop their very high standard of food & service.

Excellent food and service, especially when you show up between the regular meal times.

Interesting and varied set menus, as well as a la carte, all providing good value. The service was excellent, our waitress was a delight, and the food was well cooked and very tasty. Nothing to fault at all, making it a very pleasant dining experience. Good wheelchair access for dining, although the washrooms are not so accessible, as far as we could tell. Booking definitely recommended at busy times!

A warm friendly welcome as if having supper at your best friends house! The great service is complimented by the fabulous menu with familiar favourites, excellent new dishes to discover and all available with a wonder wine selection

The service was rather dozy, I was beginning to think we were invisible after we had been seated The mushroom soup had to be sent back as it was tepid. However the mains were fine, chicken and fish. The service charge of 12.5% was loaded onto the VAT as well as the meal so in effect we paid 15%, which is OTT. 10% is the norm, surely.

A special chance to celebrate good news with special friends from far away. Alex (always a star) had reserved our favourite table (16/17). Theo looked after us well. The food was good - though the chef forgot the caramel on my creme caramel - and gave my wife double rations. We will be back (table for 6) for lunch tomorrow at 12.30 pm.

Absolutely excellent from start to finish. Warm welcome at the entrance and a cosy table on a freezing night. Food was delicious, took us ages to order as the choice was so good. Wines also were very good. Staff very attentive and helpful. Strongly recommend.

Cote Salisbury is my favourite restaurant in the city. I love French Cuisine. The team are consistently efficient and welcoming.

Very welcoming with delicious French recipe menu, truly authentic. Very satisfying.

The restaurant has a good atmosphere, was busy & buzzing. My guest & I had minute steak & asked if it could be rare. We were told it would be medium but it came without any pink. This has happened before & I would not have this again.

Choice of three menus, value and service are all excellent.

Up to your usual fantastic standard! Think the green side salad was the best I have ever had in a restuarant.
