Disappointing meal. Service was not welcoming and slow. One of the steaks wasn't eaten because of the quality of the meat. The manager apologised and reimbursed my guest.

The meal was excellent as was the service. The restaurant was busy and the area small. I was concerned that there were no windows open to allow for fresh air to flow through the eating area.

As a frequent visitor to Cote I was surprised how empty it was considering we weren’t able to get a table until 20:15 and it remained pretty empty all evening. The food and service were as normal however I did feel like we were quite rushed, as soon as we had eaten our food the plates were cleared and the dessert menu appeared and order was taken, no real time to sit and digest before it was time to go as all had been cleared away.

Had no breakfast so I was looking forward to brunch This proved excellent and very good value. The coffee, on the other-hand, proved very disappointing. I had asked for very strong black coffee and received a pitiful weak black brew.

Last minute booking for a light early evening dinner. The food was excellent, as usual, and service friendly and efficient. I recommend the Merlot 2020 (No.26).
