Food was nice and hot and prompt. Staff attentive and efficient

Dinner at Cote in Salisbury was once again very enjoyable. My husband enjoyed the Moules and the duck was delicious. The waitress was friendly and helpful.

The menu is imaginative and excellent value and plates not overloaded. The staff were courteous and attentive and our whole experience was one of a very enjoyable in meal.

Lovely meal and good service but watch it when you get the bill as 12.5% gratuity automatically added but which is actually optional. We opted to pay the 'actual' food bill plus our own choice of tip. It would be easy to pay 12.5% without noticing as they put this total in larger type than the 'actual' food bill total (without gratuity added) which is lower down on your bill and in smaller type.

Service was okey , bacon was unpleasant ( looked just about cooked , covered in white cooking juices and very chewy)put out me off from eating my breakfast:( didn’t enjoy it ! For a Father’s Day treat bit disappointed!

Good food and great service - as ever. The lunch time set menu is good value and delicious, and caters for vegetarians as well as meat eaters.

Arrived to an almost empty restaurant, to be restricted as to where one might sit. Obviously told a load of nonsense as to who had booked - the large conference party, turned out to be 3 men in suits. Wasn't aware one had to specify where one would like to sit when there were so many empty spaces - very irritating to be told all banquettes booked, when a single lady following me, who also complainted about where she was put, was then moved to the very place I'd asked for. So not happy about the receptionist's attitude or her deciding who she'd allow to sit where, or telling me a load of rubbish as to the huge number of people coming in from a conference. Otherwise food as always lovely and generally somewhere we would like to continue to meet up at.

Absolutely wonderful. I took my mother and my sisters for mother’s day and it was lovely. Great service and delicious food. I would definitely come again and would highly recomend.

My friend and I had two lovely meals on consecutive days. The staff were lovely and very attentive. The atmosphere was good. On the first evening we had the set menu. Good choices and beautifully cooked and served. On the second evening we chose from the a la carte menu. Again lovely food, beautifully cooked and served. each time I have visited a Cote Brasserie (3 times) I have never been disappointed with anything. I shall certainly return and will be happy to take other friends and family there in the fututre. Thank you everyone at Salisbury.

My nieces and I had a thoroughly enjoyable lunch. Your staff were friendly and helpful. I always enjoy coming to Cote Brasserie Salisbury.

We eat here quite regularly, but this evening was not up to the usual standard. Most of the food was good, but exactly what is the point of asking the customer how he wants his fish cooked if it's going to be served "well done" anyway "because of house standards" (I asked for "blue to as rare as you like")? The other issue was inattentive waiting staff. When walking amongst the tables , they seemed to deliberately *not* look around to see if they were wanted, and it was very difficult to attract their attention without calling out. After we'd received our bill, nobody returned to take the payment for about ten minutes and, having been unable to attract the attention of any staff, I eventually had to go to the till and ask a waitress to take my payment. Other diners seemed to have similar difficulties attracting attention. Annoying, when you need to get to the theatre! I hope this evening was an aberration and that, on our next visit, normal service will be resumed.

Warm welcome and shown to our table. Order taken by Matt who was so friendly and his customer service was great, we really liked him and I mentioned this on the way out without realising I was speaking to the manager who was also lovely! Enjoyed our choice from the set menu, two courses as we were going on to the theatre. The chicken I chose for my main course was delicious, really well cooked and the pork tenderloin was cooked perfectly too, my husband enjoyed it. We considered this to be good very value for money. The restaurant was busy and had a good atmosphere. Will be back next time we are visiting Salisbury. Thank you, it seemed to us that you have a great team.

Welcoming staff and lovely food, made us feel as if we were back in France. Happily visit again to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Can't wait to enjoy a table outside in the warmer weather.

Great food, lovely atmosphere and great service. The food was delicious, and all perfect portion sizes. The service was attentive and although we ate relatively late and the staff were preparing tables for the next day we didn’t have to wait before ordering. When we ordered dessert we were asked if we wanted coffee. My partner said yes and the staff member asked if we wanted after we had eaten dessert, which he agreed to. We had just finished when the coffee arrived, service was that well organised. Definitely visit again- there were some extremely tasty looking food on the menu!

Really delicious meal.....terrific Spring menu with fresh asparagus soup and sea bream . Friendly, prompt service. Couldn’t fault it.

Another excellent early evening dinner before going to the Playhouse. Warm welcome as usual. The crab bisque was superb, also liked the classic seafood linguine; the Mirabelle tart was spoilt by the presence of another variety of plum.

Great service. Meal delicious, loved the duck liver pate and the asparagus risotto. A lovely pre theatre meal.

We ordered a specific table as it was my wife's birthday, the staff had it all prepared for us. The food as always was excellent and piping hot. The free cocktail by booking the table online was a nice touch. The staff were friendly and efficient. An overall a very pleasant dining experience.

We have been dining at Cote restaurants for many years, and we love the atmosphere. Salisbury is our favourite, and the consistency of quality and service level is outstanding. We have never been disappointed.

Supberb meal and staff. Lovely atmosphere and always enjoy the meals. The consistency is always there. My favourite place in Salisbury I bring all my visitors there.

Great food, great service and good value ! We had a late dinner for 6 , three of whom were vegetarian. Everyone had a starter and a main and we drank champagne. Just perfect - and nothing too much trouble for the staff. Highly recommended!!

Good food & service. Found the restaurant rather noisy at times, but, otherwise, no problems.

We eat at Cote a lot - in Salisbury, Bath, Cheltenham and Covent Garden. Always a good experience - the food is varied and delicious; we usually choose from the Prestige/Set Menus and like the fact the menus change each month - good value as well. However, it's the staff that make these places consistently good which is why we keep returning. Particularly in Salisbury where we eat most often; they are always very friendly, efficient and professional. Thank you!

It was a superb meal reasonably priced and served with courtesy. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience.

We enjoyed another excellent meal in this always to be relied on group of restaurants. Wherever we go we look out for a Cote Brasserie first because you can always guarantee good service, good quality food and wine. The Salisbury branch is one of the best - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Once again our enjoyment of a special meal was ruined by a combination of absurd poor judgement, a couldn't care less attitude and virtually being accused of lying. We were there to celebrate the upcoming 21st Birthday of our Grand Daughter. When ordering wine she was refused because she did not have ID to prove her age. As I understand the law , a 16 or 17 year old may take wine when accompanied by an adult. Our Grand Daughter is almost 21 , towers over me at about 5ft 9 and looks more mature than either the waitress or the female manager. It's not even a close call. When my wife and I tried to explain this to the manager we were dismissed with a shrug of the shoulders. I asked for the service charge to be removed from the bill. I object in the strongest possible terms at effectively being accused of being dishonest. I really have to wonder where you get your staff and how they think a customer should be treated. I understand the law , equally as an ex employer I understand there are times when a judgement call might need to be made. This was not even close. We were insulted and will not be returning.

Staff were friendly, welcoming and were able to cater for dietary requirements well (gluten free particularly). Cooked breakfast was great, the poached eggs were perfect! The formule is great value for money!!

Always good choice of menu. New additions plus the staple favourites. Lovely staff. Will be returning next monthly forward to the complimentary offer lived the gin aperitif

Cote in Salisbury provided excellent service and a very pleasant experience. The food was very good and staff were friendly and chatty. We enjoyed our lunch and would recommend it to a friend.

Very good restaurant. Excellent value for money. Tables could be further apart, noise levels could therefore be a tad better. But then the prices would then inevitably increase.

A warm and helpful welcome followed by lovely food and wines. We enjoyed the poullet grille, the cod goujons, the creme brulle with raspberries and the creme caramel. With wines and coffees this was a very enjoyable end to the bank holiday and good value for money as well.

The meal 🥘 was really lovely 😊 & Camila the waitress was willing to change the menu for runner 🏃‍♂️ beans instead of potato 🥔 & the duck 🦆 was fantastic!!
