Côte Salisbury

This is our restaurant of choice in Salisbury for a pre theatre supper. Lovely ambience, friendly staff, excellent service and good, hot food served quickly. Very good value for money. We like the early evening set menu which changes monthly. Highly recommended.

We had excellent customet service with very a friendly friendly service when we arrived at the restaurant Thete wad a great choice of food and drink.

Restaurant busy but staff efficient and pleasant, as always. We had two courses each - liked the chicken, walnut and avo salad a lot and we were each given a glass of complimentary Kir Royale as it was my birthday. Good to know that Cote soon to open in Bournemouth, just 20 minutes walk away.

Great great food and wonderful staff! I could not fault the food or the service!! Great value too and was amazed with price of the bill at the end

As always a lovely breakfast and good service. It is our favourite restaurant to eat and you are always made to feel welcome. Top class!!

We really enjoyed the tasty and well-cooked food. The staff were lovely too. Very helpful when we queried not being able to access our voucher for a reward. Hopefully this can be remedied soon. We look forward to returning next time we are in Salisbury.

The staff were helpful and took note of my on line booking special requirement request. The staff were friendly, welcoming and polite and the food was very good.

The serving staff were attentive and helpful, but my steak was delivered only tepid - the garlic butter would not even melt on top of it. The steak itself tasted fine and I decided not to return it because my wife and daughter would have been eating whilst I waited, and then I'd have been eating while they sat and watched me.. I mentioned the problem to the serving staff when I paid and they were very apologetic, kindly reducing my bill by the price of a Kir Royale. The table next over actually sent all of their meals back - 2 out of 3 had arrived cold and only one at an eatable temperature. They were then served all three meals together, all hot this time, albeit somewhat later on so they were waiting for some time to be fed. Normally, I have to say, Cote is a firm favourite - I hope this is a one-off problem.

Really good experience, food was spot on. Our waitress was lovely. The manager (female) was less friendly, even quite frosty. Overall, loved it and would return.

It was very easy to book a table online. The staff were very friendly and professional. Service was quick and the food delicious! Overall we had a very enjoyable evening whilst visiting and staying in Salisbury.

We enjoyed our visit very much, food and service excellent. However I was disappointed with the beetroot salad, the salad was not very fresh and looked like it was several days old.

Very good service and excellent food. One hiccup occurred when the order for coffee was not carried out but the waitress was so apologetic that the ommission was quickly forgiven.

Booked on line then rang to request table in particular part of restaurant. Very easy to book and staff very helpful when I rang. Table provided was excellent as was food and service.

Friendly staff, lovely atmosphere and great food. Starters and mains were brought out in quick succession, wine was topped up when needed. I highly recommend eating here!

We always enjoy our meals at Cote but last night one dish was only luke warm and another main course was served in a dish on a plate, on a slate, on a board - what happened to ordinary plates. Our concern about luke warm food was well handle by making a reduction in our bill.

Highly recommend Salisbury branch of Cote. Friendly welcome, efficient and unobtrusive service. We had 3-course early evening menu - very good quality and excellent value for money.

Relaxed atmosphere. The food at lunchtime was very good value for money. The staff were attentive, friendly and very understanding about us having a baby and pushchair with us.

My son and daughter took me to Cote brasserie for a Mother's Day breakfast, It was delightful,the staff were attentive,we were not rushed and the food and coffee were delicious, Thankyou for a lovely experience.

Top notch as always, food and service. My mother in law thought the Breton Fish Stew was especially good! The a la carte menu is so varied and I do love the weekday lunchtime and early evening options as well the specials which change every month. Never get tired of it. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who appreciates extraordinarily good food served with a smile.

As always the food and the service were really very good, when we arrived it was very busy but we were shown to our seats promptly, Our friends and I always enjoy Cotes and as my husband and Ilive in Bournemouth, we are looking forward to Cotes opening in Bournemouth soon.

Another great meal with excellent service. The best steak in town, and a creme caramel to die for. Cote Brasserie is always reliable and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Average breakfast, dry bacon, clearly been sitting under the warmer for too long. Service slow, observed generally disorganised. Shame as it was a birthday breakfast hence did not make a fuss. Will not be returning.

Great food and excellent customer service. We had the set menu and the choice was really good and it was good value for money. We would like to return and try the normal menu. It is a restaurant to perhaps treat yourself to for a special occasion.

It would be helpful to have a comments box in your booking form so that I can inform the restaurant of dietary requirements - my wife is coeliac and so this is important.

Excellent service as usual. The Delicious full breakfast was excellent value and served with freshly squeezed juice and a wide choice of hot drinks. Will definitely be back!

Service was poor, had to request cutlery and crockery. Bill included the bottle of wine which should have been complimentary as was dining using a Cote loyalty offer and have only realised this morning that we also did not receive the pissaladiere which was ordered for starter. Three is generous!

Very good until towards the end, when service was very slow. The food was good and well presented, and dietary requirements catered for. Table clean and comfortable.

Excellent food, brilliant service, no complaints what so ever. I would recommend a starter and maim dish which was just enough and didn't feel too full afterwards. Cannot remember the name of the starter but it had duck in the description which was delicious. Poulet Briton was for my main and this was cooked to perfection.

I had boeuf bourguignon. It was dry, not very tasty and the beef wasn't always tender. It just came across as something that was made too long ago. I've had reasonable meals before at Cote. Setting was fine and staff good. But the food matters.

First Class as always. We love going to the Cote Brasserie as we know that we will have a great evening and everyone will be happy. The food is very tasty and the staff are always so helpful.

Food was good, service was very slow,we asked for coffee with our deserts it came at least fifteen minutes before them,they were ready prepared puddings so we should not have had to wait .

Good choice on the menu and the food was attractively presented. Staff were attentive without being intrusive. Good place for pre-theatre meals and conveniently situated for City centre.

I booked on line with ease. Our reservation was for a Sunday evening. All went went well, made welcome, food and wine delicious and prices very reasonable. I would recommend Cote in Salisbury to anyone and know that they will be well looked after.
