Disappointed with my starter this time. I had the duck liver pate which didn't look that attractive and I didn't think it went well with the toasted brioche (a bit sweet for my taste). The rocket served with my fish didn't look as fresh as it could have. All that said it doesn't put me off returning as I can not usually fault my meal there. The service was efficient as usual.

We enjoyed yet another lovely meal in Salisbury. The food was excellent as usual and the staff were friendly and very efficient. We will look forward to going there again soon.
With Cote restaurants you know what to expect, and the quality of the food is unfailingly good. Our meals were tasty and satisfying, and there was plenty of choice on the menu. The desserts are equally good, and the whole meal - a glass of wine, main and dessert, and coffee, was good value at £22 a head including tip. We were given a nice table in the window, and the service was friendly and welcoming.
Staff were very helpful and friendly and the food was excellent. Service was prompt but at the same time we were not rushed. Very nice dining experience. Thank you
Always great food and a very good atmosphere, staff are always helpful and food always comes in good time. You should book to Ensure their is a table available
As always the food was delicious and excellent value. It was very busy and there was rather a delay ordering dessert and then paying. But overall very good
Absolutely delicious food. Really French as in lovely flavours. Always incredibly helpful to me in a wheelchair. I cannot recommend it too highly. Our favourite place to eat
Excellent food, conscientious and charming service. Although it was busy, we felt well-attended to. The Chinon wine was magnificent; the poulet Breton *just* right. Noise level quite high but later in the evening a love.y atmosphere descended.
Great service - the staff were very polite, professional and attentive. We had breakfast, it was well cooked and presented; would definitely recommend a visit.
Excellent food, excellent service and superb value for money. We keep going back to Core, Salisbury as it's the best place in town for a relaxed, romantic evening meal out.
It's a bit complicated to find the restaurant but once there it was lovely, great service and good food. The table in the window was the best place to be too.
Food was over cooked like it had been blasted in the microwave. Tasteless and dry. Nice atmosphere and pudding was ok. Mixed service, would not go back.
If you are eating pre theatre 2 course meal and some of your party want a starter and others a dessert, either leave a lot of time or make sure that those not having a starter eat their mains at the same time as others have a starter, and likewise some will be on dessert while others on the main course. Otherwise you will be like us, in spite of assurances, that we had adequate time for '3' courses those who preferred desserts to starters were rushed or did not have time to eat a hot desert at all - a waste. This was having been assured when we ordered that this would not happen.
The friendly staff and excellent food make it a joy to visit Cote Salisbury. Although busy you are allowed to take your time and savour every moment. Well done.
There was some sort of disagreement between the person in charge and our waitor and he became a little rude then walked out ! The person in charge did her best to recover the situation however we did consider leaving as we were left for a long time without drinks .....
Good Service and Food but noisy we were moved to another table and this was much better. I will ask for a table in a quieter area in future.
Another thoroughly enjoyable meal at our "go to" place for eating in Salisbury. Started early, at 5pm, so not surprisingly received instant attention, as the restaurant grew busier and busier, though, the level of service never faltered. Well done Cote.
Always great service and fantastic value for money. Salisbury consistently makes us feel welcome. There is always a great atmosphere around the restaurant which adds to the buzz of the place

The food as always was excellent unfortunately the service was not up to your usual high standard and was a little slower and not as professional as normal
Food was lively and very well presented. But it was very obvious the waitress did not want to be there. We did eventually get a smile from her but it seem reluctant

Visited the Salisbury Cote and received excellent food and service. Slightly disappointed that another group was seated directly beside us when there was plenty of room elsewhere in the restaurant. Will definitely be returning.
Fantastic service from start of meal to end and food was delicious and to have a voucher for complimentary kir royale made the whole experience of dining at Cote Brasserie makes me can't wait to go back
Never fails to satisfy! Côte is consistent in it's ability to deliver good food, good service and a lovely ambience, all the time. Not only is the food of good quality, the value is there too. Oh and the Crème Caramel is to die for!
Very good meal, as usual. The cod goujons we had were well cooked and tasty. All of the staff, many of whom we have met before, were very friendly and attentive.
Once again, a good experience at Côte in Salisbury: the service is good and also consistant, the food is very good with reasonable portions and prices. The prawn gratinée was excellent.
We have have visited Cote Brasserie in Salisbury several times and the food and service is always at a very high standard. We would always recommend it to friends.
Great food & great service. Always consistently reliable and good. Great value menu which changes seasonally. Never had a bad dish. Wine is good also.
Unfortunately my minute streak was very tough, first time that has happened to me at Cotes. However I was impressed that they removed the cost from my bill without me asking.
The best breakfast you will find in Salisbury. The vegetarian breakfast is so imaginative and tasty. Nice that veggies are catered for. Good service too.
Restaurant was very busy but nevertheless the service was exceptionally good. Our waiter was attentive and pleasant; he couldn't have been more helpful. The choice of food on the early evening menu very good and the food itself was well cooked and presented and excellent value. The table I requested had been kept for me. I am a regular at Côte (usually in Clifton) and will continue to be. Full marks.
Great food as ever. Staff here are lovely, always attentive but discreet. Lovely large restaurant with plenty of space between tables so you are not listening to other conversations. Always have a good experience here.
Food and service was very good. Quality food served hot and every course was enjoyed. A good variety of food on the menu. A couple of detractors, our glasses were unclean, soon remedied, it was distinctly chilly under the air conditioning, could do with a reasonable temperature, and you could see the washing up and emptying of dishes from our seat, might want to consider installing a beaded curtain.
There was a problem with the main course. It was dealt with quickly though and an alternative provided. Also money knocked off bill to compensate. Service good and atmosphere great as always.
Courteous and patient treatment by all of the staff; thank you for heeding our request for a quiet table; excellent food and very good value
Set lunch was delicious. Service good and friendly. Restaurant was very busy so it is essential to reserve a table, maybe Thursday's are busy as there is a matinee at the theatre
I love this Cote Brasserie. I am recognised as a regular customer and always well looked after. The food is always well prepared and presented.

We are regular visitors to the Cote in Salisbury. We arrived for a 12:00 lunch and were seated in the front section of the restaurant with views of the small square outside the adjacent church. Some diners were still enjoying breakfast when we were seated and the atmosphere was quite lively. We ate from the a la carte menu and enjoyed a relaxing three course lunch lasting nearly two hours. Good food at a reasonable price. The service was attentive, although being a busy Easter Sunday could probably have done with an extra person on duty.
Very nice food, although Rib eye steak not as nice as on previous visits, quite fatty, but the duck was delicious! Profiteroles still a little frozen too in the middle! Nice ambience and not rushed out for the next booking so nice and relaxed.
The staff are very friendly & professional - the atmosphere was good - the food was great with plenty of choice - overall it was a very pleasant evening
We had a lovely meal today, and the service, as usual, was excellent. The menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from. All in all, a good lunch.
We had a very nice lunch at Cote Brasserie in Salisbury. The meal was delicious and the ambiance great. I have been several times before and it never disappoints.
Excellent today, We had a very enjoyable lunch and a nice glass of wine. The waitress was very attentive and served us always with a smile.
Our meal was very nice, although the service was a little slow (I think the restaurant had an issue with one of its IT systems which was causing them some issues.
Lovely, lunch, and served quite quickly as we were off to the theatre for the matinee performance. Busy, lively, great service - what could be better!
The food was wonderful. It was very busy and the staff were attentive. We enjoyed it. Thankyou. We are already looking forward to our next visit to Cote.
Excellent service and food - the creme caramel is to die for! Unlike most chains, that we avoid, this is just brilliant and the food is like that within France. We have been back three times in the last month despite long some distance away. We will be back again soon - thank you
Great breakfast (we went for Full English), good value for money, well-presented, excellent service as usual, made use of 'Rewards' discount . . . highly recommended.
Food and service always great - always look forward to my visits and will be there again. We have also had breakfast at other Cote Brasseries which we would also recommend. Now time to try a visit in the evening !
Could do with a couple less tables for a bit more space but other than that the food is amazing as always and the staff very friendly
Consistently fabulous food whenever we visit. Staff are always pleasant and friendly. It's a firm favourite for eating out and we have many happy memories from taking friends there.
