Always fantastic food at Cotes in Salisbury. The staff are always really friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. Even better they don't turn up at your table to ask how your food is milliseconds after you have just filled your mouth.
The location is nice and the ambient as well: good selection of dishes, also healthy ones, and well cooked without spending too much, service was really smart.
Great as always. Childrens menu does need a little more variety so 7-year old preferred to order from the a la carte as much more choice.
As always great choice on menu, delicious salt cod croquets. Service with a smile - highly recommend this excellent restaurant even if it is a chain, the food is certainly not run of the mill.
As always superb food and service.I thought the £30 bottle of Chablis was a bit thin .but the escalope Viennoise was superb and My partners fish stew was superb
The service was very friendly and attentive. The menu presented a lot of choice for most tastes: the steak and fish were very good as were the soup and desserts. Pleasant atmosphere.
Excellent service and good value highly recommended!!! Will be looking forward to our next visit which judging by how pleased we were will be soon.
The food is always delicious and the service friendly and efficient. Every time we eat here we come away happy. Our favourite restaurant in Salisbury!
Delicious cuisine, as always, in pleasant surroundings and friendly service. We have eaten regularly at the Cote in Salisbury since it opened about 9 years ago and have never had a disappointing meal to date.
As ever a fantastic Cote Brasserie experience. Three courses for £12.95 and delicious what more could you ask for. A Kir Royale to start and excellent service.
Good Service, friendly and attentive staff. First course Pissaladiere base was overcooked and too hard - almost tooth-breaking! Roast pork belly and steak frites were fine.
Great value early evening menu with quality food. Very friendly staff who are great with children. This was the first time our friends had experienced Cote and we will all definitely be back!
We had lunch here last week. The food was good and the service was also good. As we live in Christchurch we are looking forward to the Bournemouth Cote opening. We have eaten in many Cote restaurants around the Country and have never been disappointed.
lovely meal ,very good and cheerful service from our lovely german waitress we love coming to eat here the atmosphere is always uplifting ...thank you all
An enjoyable celebration of Bastille Day at Côte Brasserie - Salisbury: French classic dishes, good service and atmosphere. A favourite place to eat out in the city.
Excellent surroundings, superb service, divine food and good wine. First trip to Cote Brasserie, and did not regret it. Enjoyed it so much, paid the Bath branch a visit the next night, and this was just as good.
Great ambiance and friendly attentive staff. The food (set menu) was delicious, and a good price. My friend and I had not met up for over 10 years and consequently took a long time over lunch. At no time were we hurried or felt pressured to leave. Will definitely visit again.
Fantastic service with a smile ! Nothing too much trouble and had lovely experience for breakfast on Saturday morning - it made a great start to the weekend !
excellent food as always, service brilliant, steak was a bit chewy but that was resolved brilliantly by the manager. we will be coming back again
Another delicious meal at Cote. Lovely welcome. Helpful waitress , Amy, and complementary birthday drink much appreciated. Will be back next month to enjoy Augusts early evening menu. Also appreciated ' quieter' table requested for hearing aid user.
As usual excellent unfortunately the langoustines were off the menu but the calamari was just as good service quick and very friendly will keep on going there
Excellent food and good service never had a bad meal here and eaten here many times Even lucky enough to be offered the end window table a great night
We have breakfast on a regular basis at Cote Salisbury. There is no other restaurant in Salisbury that comes close to the good service and consistent good experience that Cote have. Congratulations to all concerned!
Great but a shame about the Melon in the starter not being ripe. Attention to such detail is necessary for food at this price level.
Great food and service. Excellent menu and reasonable prices with style and quality. Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah
As always we enjoyed our meal. Our table was the one we asked for. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. Thank you very much.
We love just about everything on the breakfast menu. French Toast is the best we have had anywhere and the French breakfast makes a great change from the also excellent English Breakfast. Always great service, nice atmosphere and good location. Very popular breakfast venue.
Restaurant is in a great location and food was upto the high standard we have come to expect from Cotes. The set menu was great value and included a glass of bubbly.
We brought friends visiting Salisbury, who did not know of the Cotes chain. My wife and I have been many times and never fail to enjoy the food and the friendly ambience of the place. Our friends felt the same and have said they will look up their local branch for further experience
Excellent as always food service and ambience as one has always had, a selection from the early menu was selected by all three of us
Very good, friendly service. Haddock a little tired and langoustine tails a smidge disappointing, but all redeemed by the pea puree and creme caramel. Not the restaurant's fault but it was a bit noisy.
Poor service, unattentive and disinterested. Front of house therefore let down the Chef/kitchen and ultimately the reputation of the chain. Amersham is much better. I would not go back to Salisbury.
As always, the food was delicious and the service attentive. There's a lively buzz but not too loud to hinder conversation, and we were able to linger over our meal to our own satisfaction.

as usual everything was as expected - excellent - food, wine and the staff are unfailingly polite helpful efficient and pleasant. Always a nice feeling having eaten there
Food was delicious and service was swift as usual. Waitress brought the wrong dessert but we suspect it was her first day so didn't complain.
Delicious food in pleasant surroundings plus great efficient service with a smile from all members of staff. I have dined here before and will continue to do so .
We have always had a lovely time at Cote, very pleasant and chatty staff, nothing is too much trouble for them, ..also excellent food, well prepared and appetising. The wine is good as well
Good location, excellent professional service and good quality food at a fair price. The restaurant has a good ambience and is not too noisy. The lunch/early evening menu is exceptionally good value for money
Came for breakfast with my mum and we thought the food was lovely and enjoyed fantastic customer service! 5 stars from the both of us :)
Friendly welcome, busy atmosphere, the food is always good, never lets us down. Very good value for money and service is always attentive. Hopefully be going back soon.

As usual everything up to expected high standard. Lovely staff and usual consistency/reliability of food. Could have chosen anything from the menu such is its breadth of appeal
Excellent lunch on a busy Saturday in Salisbury. Friendly professional service as always and reliable variety and standard of food. Quick without being hurried. Recommended.
Our first visit was for breakfast, the food was great especially the sausages, the. Eat we have tasted in a long time. The customer service was exceptional. We will be going back!
As always the service was immaculate, however unfortunately we had to send the chicken back twice, as it was overcooked and dry. I am sure it was just an " Off Day".
Lovely evening, service a bit slow. We both commented on the fact the main course was too salty! Thought the Tip charge was very high considering we had to wait.
We always enjoy a visit to Cote as the menu changes each month. Our meal was excellent and the staff were very attentive and helpful.
Very enjoyable and relaxing, despite vegetables arriving late as they had not been put on the system. Staff, their usual friendly hosts. Always worth the money.
I was very impressed...On arrival I was presented with a menu that had been marked to say which dishes I could have as I have a food allergy to garlic, of which there was only two that I couldn't have. Very flexible. The service was excellent, staff were very friendly and attentive and enjoyed by all.
We have been to so many suppers/lunches at Cote and it is reliably good value for money and also the service is outstanding. It is the perfect venue for pre-theatre suppers.
Lovely place to just sit in the sun and enjoy a relaxing Sunday afternoon with great food. Staff very helpful and speed of service was good.
