Food was excellent as always, and the staff were very efficient and helpful.

As always the food and service were impeccable. For such a small venue, it's always so busy. Even when a large group arrived 25 minutes early for their reservation, the team did not waver. The only downside is the poor quality of broadband/Wifi which led to the PDQ machine being out of action again, the staff had to resort to the antiquated manual machine; luckily the Barclays cash point is directly opposite and so my partner nipped over to draw out cash. Well done Salisbury Cote and thank you.

Warm welcome, table in window, lovely. The service was, as always very good, and the Mushroom Risotto was excellent,and a universal choice. Three different desserts were chosen, Tarte au Citron, Creme Caramel, and Tarte au Pommes, and all were delicious. Thank you for a very enjoyable and happy Sunday afternoon.

Had originally booked for three but on arrival there were four of us. In spite of being very busy we were all accommodated. Meals were good. Disliked the “gratuity” being included on Bill. Prefer to make MY decision regarding tipping.

As always the food was outstanding and good value especially with the complimentary martinis. Staff were very busy and worked hard and efficiently and are always pleasant too.

We are fans of the Cotes chain and have enjoyed meals in several different locations in the southern part of England. The quality has always been superb. Last night however the special haddock fillet was slightly over cooked but the Breton chicken was severely overdone and dry and disappointing as a result.

The lunch at this restaurant was probably the highlight of a miserable morning in a wet Salisbury. The food was wonderful as was the service and ambience. Returning on Monday for dinner.

Having only been to Cote a couple of times we’ve been impressed with the level of service , food really good and atmosphere vibrant. 👍. We will come again.

Overall most enjoyable with delicious food and excellent service. The only shortcoming was a particularly loud foursome at a nearby table.

Sadly we were charged 4 large gins instead of 3 and I wasn't there to argue the point

As a family we always try to make Cote Brasserie the place for a celebration meal. Today was for my 80th birthday. Unfortunately due to illness many were unable to come . However the restaurant was as usual efficient and the food as always super. Thank you.

I told my friends that I thought it was the best Cote Brasserie I had eaten at.

Excellent meal and service. Staff were very friendly despite it being fully booked for lunch on a weekday. Service was slightly slower than usual, but understandable as every table was full! Glad we made a last minute booking a few hours before for my husbands 30th birthday. Will come back again soon.

Quality of today's lunch was up to the usual standard for Cote. We like the fact that Cote Salisbury always delivers a consistent standard, which is good. Our reservation was fine and the table offered likewise, however we did experience a short delay before being able to place our orders. The duty manager responded very well and the service was then fine.

Fabulous food at very reasonable prices . Vast selection of food from three different menus. We went for the early meal deal , served to 7pm .

Overall a good experience but we only had time for main course this time. The wine we chose wasn’t available but we’re given an ‘upgrade’ but charged the same price.

Sadly the (optional) 12.5% service charge is still with us. It says optional but one feels as if we are skinflints when addressing the cost even when it is less than we would have left as a tip.

Normally love Cote, and the food was as good as always. But it was very busy, and the service was very slow this time. We weren't brought water for ages, and had to ask twice to be able to order.

Tasty food serviced by friendly staff. Good wine and kir royals

Very nice. A waitress there is French so it is great to be able to speak my native language. The rosé wine should have been served chilled but plenty of ice came on demand so it turned out to be OK. But as a suggestion to the restaurant: please make sure you have CHILLED wine ready to be served!

Visited early evening on a Friday - the restaurant was very busy with pre-theatre diners (like us) and service suffered as a result. We were served a different dish to the one ordered and billed for an item we did not have. Otherwise the food is good and the staff are friendly, but over-stretched.

Far too noisy unable to conv. Waiting times for drinks too long we like to have our drinks first time o peruse the menu. Dessert wine and port did not coincide with food. Stuffed crepes dry and tasteless.

The best place for a special lunch in the middle of Salisbury. Lovely ambience, great food and friendly but efficient staff. Loved our French Martinis!

Noisey at first due adjoining tables, found it hard to hear what member of my party were saying. Plus we’re concerned that the waitress was unable to divide the bill by 2 and when she did she got unequal amounts!

First time at this particular Cote. Had trouble hearing and conversing with my friend due to noise level. This was not helped by people who feel it necessary to shout! No consideration for people at adjacent tables which are placed very close together.

Friendly efficient staff always make for a good experience! Food always delicious and set menu is such good value.
