We enjoyed good food and efficient friendly service, as always, despite the restaurant being very busy. Good choice of tables. Vote Reigate is becoming a firm favourite.

Nothing to complain about, really. We were about 15 mins early, but staff was OK with that and they saw us to our table. Service was excellent, food was the same and the deserts...legend.

I love reigate Cote because it's a reasonably quiet restaurant. No loud music and classy interior. Staff very nice too. I almost always have plat de rapides!? The last couple of times I've found the steak to be tasty but with a 'woolly' texture? Not as good as usual. However the calamari, chocolate all good!

Great ambience, consistently good quality dishes and a very productive business lunch. The staff were very attentive when required and discreet at other times. Thank you.

Lovely meal. Food was really well cooked. Recommend the pork belly and the chocolate fondant. Would definitely book again and would recommend this restaurant yo friends.

We had a wonderful meal & great service - we were even treated to a free dessert for my husband who was celebrating his birthday.

Cote in Reigate is a convenient stop en route to and from Gatwick for us as we live in Berkshire. The staff are always welcoming and attentive. The food was excellent and the atmosphere felt good even though the restaurant was not very full. Always our go to restaurant in Reigate.

Not a single thing that could have been done better. Delicious food, attentive and friendly service, very acceptable house wine and good interior design so that my elderly father could hear as not too much noise!

Would have been top marks if only the coffee had not been so strong. Cote provided some hot water to dilute to what I guess is a matter of taste. Gluten free menu is a real bonus. Well done to all the staff.

Food and service were mostly good. However, we didn't like that there was 12.5% service charge added to the bill as we will reward good service but we don't feel like we should be made to choose how much we give.

My partner and I enjoyed a very nice relaxed lunch on Sunday 26 February. Although the restaurant was quite busy, the service was timely, not rushed nor long waits, and the staff were very friendly and efficient. A really good experience, we shall continue enjoying Cote's excellent cuisine and service.!

Great menu with a wide selection of french based cuisine. Service was excellent and always made us feel special. The restaurant provides a warm cosy atmosphere appropriate for a winters evening.

the atmosphere in Cote was very inviting, the candles and lighting gave it a very warm and welcoming feeling. Our request we had made on booking were noted and we were shown to a table which met our request. The staff were attentive and professional. The food was presented very appealingly and was very nice. We will go again.

Today we enjoyed good service from our servers, the food would have been excellent had it not been for a quite tired looking limp salad served with one of the starters. It should have been sent back, but I don't like to do this, so ate it, but did mention it afterwards. The min courses were very good, and overall we had a very enjoyable lunch.

Very good food and service. However the food did take quite a long time to come out of the kitchen. Our table was booked at 12.30pm so there were not many people having lunch then.

Lovely bustling atmosphere, friendly service and tasty food. Risotto vert very filling and not too creamy, steak was spot on and fish cakes perfectly done to a golden crisp. Will definitely be returning.

As ever, simple food done well, not a fan of them adding a 12.5% service charge for a party of 4 as it makes it feel like an obligation to pay. Change your policy Cote.

One of the main dishes arrived 10 minutes after the others. We were told it couldn't be carried on the tray, which was clearly a lie!

Overall the experience was good, it was a Sunday evening and the staff seemed a little lethargic. There was a problem with the creme brûlée also, but it was dealt with.

This was our first visit to the Côte Brasserie in Reigate and we were very impressed with the quality of the brunch and with the friendly and attentive service. We will certainly be returning !

Very good service which is consistent on every visit. Food combinations/flavours well designed. Atmosphere relaxed but intimate. Been to parties good fun and quiet dinners in this restaurant always lovely, a good buzz and staff excellent.

Have been to Cotes in Reigate (and Cotes elsewhere) many times and EVERY time we go we have a great time. Fab food. Lovely atmosphere. The gentleman who took our order was extremely pleasant and helpful and made us very welcome. Our guests had not been to a Cotes before but they really enjoyed their meal and commented on how everything about the place works well - food, atmosphere, decor and Cotes staff - can't fault in any way.

Would have given them 6 except my husband and I arrived at different times and were seated in different areas of the restaurant and it took half an hour for them to realise we were waiting for each other.

Lovely evening to celebrate my son's birthday. Consistently good food - all courses were different and of a very high standard. Can thoroughly recommend the duck main course.

The brunch we had was really nice and well cooked. However we found the service to be pretty slow considering it was not that busy.

Overall good food and pleasant service. Did not start too well with not being allowed to use a 4 chair table although the restaurant was not busy when we arrived and when we left. The situation was sorted out eventually.

The pre-lunch drinks, the wine and my starter (boudin noir) were all fine but my wife's starter was spoilt by the hot sauce on the pear salad which took away the fresh, crisp taste. She was happy with her main course but not the £3.50 (+12.5% service) for a very small portion of ratatouille. My main (10oz Ribeye) was not good. Somehow the (blue) steak came to the table looking like an 8oz burger-shaped rolled piece of meat. It did not look like a steak or taste of very much, came with a measly portion of fries. By this stage we were so disappointed we gave up on sweets or coffees. Disappointed for two reasons; one we have been devotees of Cote for some years and always enjoyed the food and two because the very next day we went to a Beefeater where the 10oz Ribeye was considerably bigger, much more flavoursome and accompanied by mushroom, tomato, side salad and as many chips as you wanted, all for a lower cost.

The food and service were good as is usually the case at Cote although the waiter did seem a bit forgetful and charged us for our complimentary bottle of wine although it was on our booking and we'd informed him about it at the start of the meal. The praline crepe was delicious but quite pricey. Overall we had a nice relaxed meal.

Waiter lost our order leading to a major delay. Manager handled the issue well, refunded wine costs and apologised profusely. These things happen, it will not stop me from visiting again. Food was excellent.

always great food and good service. Normally have a steak as they are excellent but had the haddock for a change and it was gorgeous. Staff always friendly and attentive. My go-to place for a good meal.
