Côte Reigate

Not enough May speciality of the day so one person disappointed as they couldn't have the dish they had ordered. Otherwise service attentive and good. Food very good and atmosphere was very pleasant

Really enjoyed our meal in Cote last night, the sea bream especially was fantastic. The restaurant is certified by Coeliac UK as a safe place to eat for people requiring a gluten free meal & so it is always one of our first choices when we have our daughter with us. Her dishes came with a little gluten free flag to identify them. It is also one of the few restaurants where she can eat chips as they are not cross contaminated with other foods.

the food was as we expected, very pleasant and helpful staff in particular the young man who served us but unfortunately can't remember his name

The food was delicious and such great value. The service was good and the ambience good too. The special offer menu of 3 courses for £13.95 is fantastic value.

Enjoyed the food, but the waiter got one main course order totally wrong as everyone else had theirs our guest decided to keep what the waiter brought. Good price £42 per head for 3 course including drinks & service. Will go again.

We always have a great meal at Cote - the food is delicious and the service superb. Any time of the day you can eat well in a relaxed but elegant setting at Cote. Love it!

Everything about the evening was great .We were waited on by two charming people from Bulgaria and the food was cooked how we liked it .One of our party has an allergy problem but this was dealt with professionally -an -excellent evening

I visited with friends and we sall had a really lovely meal. The service was very friendly and efficient! I will definitely visit again soon.

Delicious food and attentive service. A complicated order, some eating a la carte, some from the children's menu, some from the set menu, was handled flawlessly and with good humour.

Lovely atmosphere at cote Restaurant in Reigate. Venue beautifully decorated. Staff very helpful but not intrusive. Food wide ranging excellent. (Fish in particular) Will definitely return.

Little bit of a bad experience initially with the food, but the staff were lovely and very helpful and made every effort to correct it, once corrected the food was lovely

Food good , as always. We went for brunch which always offers a wide choice. Restaurant is light and spacious. Tables well positioned so not too lose together. Great venue for a brunch with friends

Lovely seasonal produce, well presented and much enjoyed. Particularly appreciate the menu varying each month, so there is always something new to try. Attentive service.

Restaurant was fairly quiet, service was prompt. Only down side was my veal had a piece of gristle in it, otherwise it was a fine meal. But if I do eat meat I must expect such inconveniences.

Very nice food, service became a bit confused, but easily put right with a reminder. Very enjoyable. Reasonably busy for a Tuesday night, but can imagine that when they are full to capacity the tables are a little close to each other. Great evening, good food, good wine.

Normal Cotes , first time here as on way to Gatwick airport ,a big Cotes was empty As 3.30 , so no atmosphere, but helpful staff , and food fine as any Cotes.

Good food and wine. Good, friendly and polite service and reasonable prices. There were three of us and we ate from the set lunch / early evening menu.

Great food , service and ambience . The only reason I did not give a 6 is a) i felt we didnt have much privacy because our table was just too close to the next table . No privacy for couple next to us and for us as well. Secondly the aircon above us just blew cold air over us . Tried to get one of the servers to change but it was just so busy and they probably never got a chance to do anything about it .

Quite a large restaurant but although it was busy it wasn't noisy and didn't feel overcrowded. There was no music playing which was a positive for us. All food was good, hot and well presented. Service was OK but a bit slack at the end when paying the bill. Be aware that this chain adds a 12.5% service charge to the bill.

Food was lovely. Pleasant atmosphere in restaurant. We were not rushed, but waiters were very attentive, so we did not feel ignored either. Daily specials were a good variety. Lots of seasonal ingredients on the menu, which was good to see. Asparagus featured a lot. I had it wrapped in ham and baked in a cheese sauce, which was delicious.

Excellent! Food was superb - the steaks were cooked beautifully, the creme brullee a dream! And our waiter dealt with my husband's banter with good humour and big smile - superb evening, thank you! xx

Super as ever. Very jolly staff which makes a huge difference. Food as always, exactly the same as in other Cote restaurants, and very delicious.

I reserved for six people - a yearly catch up. Our table was ready to go when my wife, my mother and I arrived, about 15 minutes early. Once other diners arrived our menus were distributed and orders taken. The environment in the restaurant was very agreeable to having a good catch up. Food was extremely good, however it was suggested that the steak came with a small set of salad leaves. Overall, we were very pleased with this restaurant.

Very good food, great service and a lively atmosphere as always. Staff are always friendly and helpful . A great place for a casual dinner with fiends.

As ever Cote delivers a great atmosphere with lovely food. We had our favourite French Onion Soup followed by a 22oz May special Rump Steak, and a rick Chocolate Desert. All great food and at a fair price. Say no more :)

Good food, good wine, good service, and good value. Cote is a firm neighbourhood favourite, and is always a good call for a girls catch-up.

My very first 'Cotes breakfast' - but everything was perfect !!!! Just like the lunches and dinners - never had a disappointing meal yet !!!!

All the food was good, but the service was very slow and one order was wrong. The green vegetables were cold, but replaced and fine.

A warm welcome, great service from all the staff who are friendly and polite but not intrusive. Delicious food, the crab and avocado starter was gorgeous, the whole plaice special was fresh and perfectly cooked and the lemon tart sublime. The Manager was extremely helpful in finding us another table in a quieter part of the restaurant and gave us a complimentary drink when we moved. Cote is the best restaurant in Reigate.

Not all the menu items were available. The sparkling mineral water had not been refrigerated, but ice was brought. Service was attentive. Ambience is pleasant at Reigate.

The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and polite. The set meal is excellent value and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Love this restaurant and the rewards! Yummy food and lovely staff, definitely recommend to all for big parties or breakfast. Not had a bad meal yet :)

Great service and food. On the more expensive side but worth it. Duck was nice but could have been better. Would go back there again.

Best crème caramel I've ever tasted. The steak was very good. Chips a little salty. Service good,music and lighting good. Sofa's were a little low, optional cushion would be an idea.

Staff were a little inattentive. We had to wait 30mins for our hot drinks to come. Food was nice though. And although service wasn't what I had expected the staff were friendly.

We visited on a Tuesday lunch time and chose from the set menu. The food was excellent as was the white wine we ordered by the glass. The waiters were attentive and nothing was too much trouble even after we decided to change tables. A mix of pleasant clentele. Would definitely dine there again.

Food was stunning!! Service was really good and staff always friendly. We are so pleased the pork belly has returned on to the menu, lovely lunch.

Fabulous early bird, spring set meal. Fresh ingredients and perfectly sized portions.Well worth trying! Excellent service and atmosphere as always. Suitable for all ages of the family.

As usual great service, atmosphere and food. I had the pate and the steak which for the money is great quality, thoroughly recommend Cote for most occasions....

My main reason of returning to this restaurant is the consistency. I love the fact that I am going to get good food and good service. It is a regular choice because that's what you need for certain evenings.

There were young children playing in the restaurant and obstructing the entrance, it wasn't very inviting and we saw people turn away because of it, the manager could have mentioned something politely to the family to make everyone else's experince nicer. However the food was great as usual and the service was very polite and efficient

Whether you go for breakfast, lunch or evening meal you will always enjoy great food, lovely atmosphere and fantastic service from the staff. Can't fault it in any way....

The restaurant was quite busy for a midweek but the service was excellent and friendly. The food was up to its usual good standard. I have been to Cote in Reigate several times now and never been disappointed with the quality of food and the attention received from the staff

We all had a very nice lunch the food was good and the service. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and we liked the booth seating arrangement. I will be back.

Service was a little slow we ordered of the set menu so it should have been quick. There were on,y 4 of us and our drinks order was wrong and had to wait for the Parmesan for the pasta the person was half way through the dish before it arrived.

Cold hot beverage, eggs under cooked and the full English was cold but apart from that the sausage were very nice! One of my favourite breakfast places but seemed to be a shame this visit.
