Côte Reigate

Really pleased as they have a separate vegetarian menu - they need to make more of this. Great food and great service. Will be going again soon.

Normal Cote menu, which is good. But one dish was massively salty - not charged for but still had to eat it! Service slow. Understaffed?

Great service - very attentive team. Extensive menu choice. Food well prepared. Could have been hotter but all meals served together. Other guests looked happy.

Wish they wouldn't automatically add a tip to bill, I want to decide whether to leave one. The food was delicious though and waiting staff helpful.

Another positive experience at one of the Cote branches. Good food, good service, fairly priced (the formule breakfast is a deal). We recommend it and we will definitely be back.

First class service and food and surroundings very conducive to a pre Christmas lunch with friends. Cote continues to provide excellence in whichever branch I visit.

Great food, good location. Busy on a Friday might. But the service was very slow. Perhaps hire more staff for weekends? Or manager to walk through restaurant regularly to ensure All is running smoothly

Delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. The steak was cooked to perfection and the variety of wines complimented the meal very well. The praline crepe is also particularly good!

Went for lunch. Service good but food a bit disappointing. My pear and endive salad was nearly all rather stale looking leaves. The hake was very nice however and the wine nice. My friend had the pork but it just came on its own with a few token salad leaves. No veg and she wasn't warned about this. I've had much better food there.

The food was excellent, the ambience was pleasant, the chairs were comfortable, the service was prompt and polite and the bill was not too heavy.

Myself and two colleagues had a very nice lunch and had asked to be seated in a quieter area. The recommended area towards the front of the restaurant was perfect. Portion sizes were just right for lunchtime too. We will certainly visit again.

Over charged on the bill , at first the managment denied this then we proved that they had charged us for a meal we hadnt had. Ver embarrasing for our guests I wonder how many times they get away with this? 5 in our group Makes us wonder if we will go to another of this groups restuarant

Everything was up to usual expectations apart from one small detail. The drinks that we had ordered when our food orders were taken didn't arrive until after our starters had been served.

Excellent food and faultless service as usual in our favourite restaurant in Reigate. We always eat there at least once per month and are never disappointed.

We were offered a choice of tables and received quick and efficient from pleasant staff. There was a good choice on the set menu and our food was up the usual high standard.

Great service and good food!! Greeted and assigned to our seats quickly. The waitresses were able to recommend wine and were very good with the orders and checking if we were happy. We will go back.

We had the 3 course menu which was very good value and food was very good indeed. Wine is a bit expensive when bought by the glass though. Exc waitress.

It was a very positive experience and such a relief for my wife as she was able to choose from your gluten free menu. We have also told our other friends who have a gluten intolerance. The dishes were very tasty and the service impeccable! Thanks.

Fast, effecient and friendly service. Just what is needed for a working lunch, and we were even asked if we wanted a quieter area or a more "usual" table. Didnt need to ask for anything and the food was good too.

The food was very nice but only like warm we had to send the starters back, where we were seated was not ideal it was next to the clear away area which was very noisy and we were constantly unable to hear each other speak where dishes were crashing and banging etc etc. whoever designed the layout needs sacking that area should be as far away from the customers as possible not smack bang in amongst them due to this we wont be returning

Really great food. Service a little slow between courses but was there for a birthday so I suppose it was nice to stay longer. Free kir royales for everyone and they brought out my birthday cake

Always enjoy our evenings at Reigate Cote. The service is excellent, the staff are well versed in the menu, and are helpful. The prices are reasonable, The menu is comprehensive, offering a good variety of dishes.

Great welcoming staff. The brasserie has a nice ambiance. I would recommend for a quick and tasty lunch with friends/family. Interesting menus and wine list.

The atmosphere in the restaurant was very good with quite a buzz. We received excellent service from the time we arrived and had an enjoyable evening.

One or two items on the menu were not available but otherwise our meal was very good. Our table was well situated and the staff were always polite and helpful .

Good service, nice ambience, friendly, little disappointed having to pay extra for side dishes!! Makes it quite expensive, also should make tipping at the customers discretion

We have visited Cote Brasserie Reigate on several occasions and regard it as a little more upmarket than the other French themed chain restaurant in Reigate albeit somewhat more expensive. Food is very good and service is always friendly. Like ohers we find the the hard surfaces cause uncomfortable noise levels particulary if a noisy group are sitting close by! Why must women cackle when they laugh? Also the aircon can be uncomfortably draughty but the staff are happy to adjust it or seat you somewhere out of its range. All in all a very pleasant experience and we shall undoubtedly return.

Great service and superb food. The staff were extremely polite and helpful. We had a slight problem with the power of the air conditioning unit about our heads and we were offered a move to a different table immediately.

We were a group of seven dining at Côte in Reigate, and as always we had a very pleasant time there. The staff is very professional, polite and accommodating and the food overall good.

They made us very welcome and food was delicious and such good value , we were dining at the early evening fixed menus and there was plenty to choose from

No idea how this review works whether 1 is the highest or lowest score?? Anyway, we had lovely evening, very tasty food, also good value with attentive staff. Wo7l£ highly recommend it, particularly the early menu 2 courses for £11.50.

Prompt and efficient service, very well done. Food choice really good, and our choices were excellent. I was pleased to see a choice for each course. Wine list good, but unusually organised.
