As locals Living in Horley, we’ve been to you guys many of times, Unfortunately our meals were cold, they did get sent back but still came back cold.. they did take the steak off the bill but the experience wasn’t great. Not to sure if I’d come back in a hurry And no being funny but there was very young children in there at 9pm being very loud! Thanks

Great service, delicious food. Fish Parmentier seems smaller, with less sea food.

I truly love coming to Côte Reigate. My friend and I come for a girlie catch up about once a month and always have a lovely meal. We are given attentive service, lovely food and despite being a busy Friday night, we are never rushed out of the restaurant and often spend up to 2 hours chatting, eating and drinking. We also love the fabulous complimentary cocktails they have every month!! Many thanks to the lovely staff who go out of their way to meet all requirements. See you soon.

Fabulous evening for my grandsons 18th birthday considering how many they were catering for the food and the service was exceptional. Have always loved cotes and so we would always come again. Thankyou!!

Disappointed at first because the Breton fish stew has been taken off the menus, but we had an excellent meal non the less. Really enjoyed it.

Not as good an experience as normally received. Vegetables/side dishes not served at same time as/with main course, which was blamed on kitchen staff. We, however, firmly believe was waiters mistake. Blame culture is not good. Accept responsibility. Waiters attitude nit acceptable. But food was good, clean, neat & tidy otherwise. Shame that this staff member let you down.

Have eaten at this restaurant many times and all aspects of the experience have always been consistent. Very pleasant relaxing surroundings and the staff are always very pleasant and professional. The food is always good and delivers what is promised on the menu. No complaints to date

We had a lovely evening. Some feedback- T the poached eggs on our endive starter was cold, which didn’t work with the dish and I’m not sure it was meant to be? We told the waiter, I also didn’t like that 12% tip was added to the bill - I reslise I could have had it removed but it should be up to the customer to add this as they see fit, This alone puts me off visiting again soon.

Met up with ex-work colleagues for breakfast, so the restaurant was quiet and the service was good. Given there were 12 of us, it thankfully didn’t take too long to get the food out to us. Everyone enjoyed their meal and were happy at the price!

The staff were all incredibly welcoming. Had time to chat but retaining professionalism, both courteous & polite. Extremely clean & decor in tip top condition. Glasses & condiments were sparkling. Likewise cutlery. Food served hot. Nice selection on menu & ample portion sizes for most people.

We had a lovely family breakfast here recently. The waiter was very attentive & the food was excellent. The table was nice & big enough for the 6 of us and it was a real treat.

Great welcome & service from the young friendly team ... excellent food - well cooked & presented ... crab, calamari, soup starters delicious... chicken, pork, steak all cooked just right & yummy selection of chocolate based puds rounded off nicely. Will definitely visit again ....

A bit slow given that we didn’t arrive until 2pm and one of the guest’s meal - minute steak - was served 20 mins after the others. However, no charge was made for that meal. Entrecôte steak was also a bit skimpy. Overall though, the atmosphere and service was good

Good food but service a little slow at times x

It was my son’s 9th birthday treat to come to Côte (he loves moules frites!) and we were not disappointed. The staff were attentive, the food was delicious, they brought his dessert with a candle and sang to him and as a gesture of kindness took the price of the dessert off the bill. Great service and a lovely evening all round. Thank you.

As usual the customer service was excellent and food was very good. Only slightly disappointed with the fact the menus were changing which meant limited menu options. Saying that the bill was reflected by a discount. Great restaurant with great staff.

As good as it always is. Very good service and food and the envelope for "a very special guest" was a very nice touch for the child that was with us.

There were 5 of us Food nice but small portions Service was embarrassingly slow but paid the service charge as didn’t want to make a fuss as l had brought 2 clients with us

Service slow. Food didn’t all come out together. Very much a typical chain. Food was nice but nothing special. Not overly warm or freshly sourced. Mussels were disappointing. Portions were meagre . It was a busy Friday night. 12.5% service charged felt unreasonable given the very average experience. Steak tartare wasn’t very fresh and not a whole egg yolk on top as expected.

Another brilliant evening, meal was delicious as usual and the staff were excellent - the Manager so very attentive and helpful as was our girl waitress. They couldn't have given us better service.

Lovely food, great atmosphere, excellent service. My only reason for not full marks is because it was so hot that everyone on our table was feeling a little uncomfortable.
