It was very busy so service a bit slow however the food was delicious.

Always a good meal whichever Cotes you go to.They have got it right from the staff to the ambiance and the food.Never have had a bad meal or cause for complaint.

Excellent Breakfast, good value & great flavours , supported by good service

Waited a long time for main course. Got one steak wrong but corrected it quickly. Offered free deserts because of wait. Got two deserts incorrect, corrected it.

Bit more than we thought due to adding veg to meals. Fillet steak meal only warm returned was replaced and good. A little disjointed but did enjoy our meals. Staff were very helpful .we did enjoy our evening. Wish you a happy New Year.

The food was good and we managed to find something on the lunch menu that suited us. Although we had booked for brunch, on the website it certainly indicated brunch was served until 1.30, but on arrival we were told this had been changed to noon. We particularly booked Cote as you were doing a late brunch. This was very disappointing.

Everything was perfect other than the bill which was approximately £20 too much for brunch. We had the fixed price arrangement which was overlooked at billing time. They adjusted but did not really apologise. Oops!!!!

The food was delicious as usual. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only thing that let things down (a little) were the group of ladies who had clearly been drinking most of the afternoon and were rather loud and using inappropriate language

Good ambience but food mediocre and fairly dull menu. Waiting staff need more training. A lot of leaning over people to place dishes rather than serving correctly. Service good timewise.

A fantastic evening. My only comment was that our food took a while to come out and some deserts were cold. However, the wait time is understandable as it was fairly busy and we were a big party of 11 people. I look forward to returning!

Although the restaurant was extremely busy-pre Christmas groups etc, so the service was slightly slower than usual, the food was delicious. We both ordered from the prestige menu

Not up to our usual high standard from other Cotes that we frequent. Service slow. Had to ask where our drinks were. One starter was cold with a hard boiled egg rather than a poached egg.

Our group of six diners’ thoughts ranged from being underwhelmed to being very unhappy about our ‘experience’ today. The restaurant was full but we had booked many weeks ago. It was clear that the kitchen was unable to cope. We had to wait a long time to order and had to go and find someone to take our order. Then we waited for a long time to be served. The duck terrine was ok but the accompanying slices of toasted brioche were stone cold and not crisp. The langoustine legs were overcooked and thus tough and fairly tasteless and the accompanying garnish was a huge bunch of elderly rocket. The main courses were better for some but the Haddock Parmentiers were quite unpleasant. They felt as if they had been standing for some time, the sauce had ‘split’ and we had to return the spinach side dishes as they were. Other cold and frankly unpleasant to taste. We decided not to stay for dessert. All in all a great disappointment.

Food good as usual. Service and customer care went downhill as the afternoon wore on, until it ended completely around desert time. It took ages to order and after 35.40 mins waiting, we decided to call it a day and asked for the bill. All of a sudden the deserts were going to be with us very soon, but too little to late. Some adjustment was made to the bill,but this never can resolve what was a very disappointing end to the meal.

Always a pleasure (when the air con isn't blasting out!) It's good to have a quality family restaurant open on a Sunday evening.

I go to Reigate Cote Brasserie quite often & this time I chose from the early set menu. The cauliflower soup starter & creme caramel dessert were delicious but the 'Haddock Parmentier' was spoiled for me because there was something added to it that was not mentioned in the menu ...herb or spice or maybe fennel? The dish itself was well cooked & well presented & would have been perfect, except for the background flavour that I, personally, did not like & it repeated on me for several hours after. The atmosphere is always good & the staff are very helpful & courteous.

It was noticed that that the pork loin stater didn’t have any garnish, greenery, looked bar and undressed. Apart from that the food and service was satisfactory.
