Always a great place to meet friends for lunch, or in the evening, with a variety of freshly cooked food and special offers. The staff are always very welcoming and friendly, even though in the most busiest of times. I have never been disappointed with food or overall experience. Great value

I met up with a friend, we always come to Cote as we get good service and great food.

Food was good - service was not brilliant - started well but then was left for a long time.

Our group of friends enjoyed a very long overdue catch up over lunch. Lovely food and great service!

As ever the staff are very good. We sat upstairs for the first time. The 'pace' of the meal was very good with the right amount of time in between courses. The food as ever is lovely, very nice, tasty.

Mixed bag in terms of the food, some of it was delicious, so if it was ok at best. Good service, reasonable price.

Booking was easy. Staff were very attentive. Food was well prepared and enjoyed by all. The wine as always was at the right temperature. The atmosphere and cleanliness could not be faulted.

A great meal as always. The Maitre D seemed to do all the work rather than our waitress but he was charming.

Friendly & professional service, good food and overall a very pleasant dining experience. Shame the free bottle of wine or reduced meal deal arrived just after we'd eaten there, but doesn't detract from overall enjoyment.

There were only 3 tables booked and yet the staff were slow to the point of us having to ask them to serve us! Our meals came with at least 5 mins gap! We chased up and were told that me companions fries had been dropped so needed to be ready done... accidents happen so tell us!! My food (pork Belly) was over cooked so not a great experience!

Just the best place to eat in Reading. Doesn’t matter whether you choose from the à la carte menu, the light lunch, early evening menu or the fixed price menu, there is always a wonderful choice of fabulously tasty and well presented food. There is nothing “ hit and miss” about eating here, every meal is a winner!! Thank you Côte!!

Absolutely wonderful, excellent food and service. The restaurant was very busy this Tuesday lunchtime so more and more people are realising what value for money Cote is.

Very good value for, money, hopefully will be going again in the not to distant future.
