Visited Cote’s last night for a girls night out. Excellent meal and the wonderful service was a bonus. Looking forward to next time already. Thank you xxx

Service was good....came in for Mother's day.......dissapointed.... I am Vegan and no real options I ended up with a bowl of onion soup/bowl of olives/side fries/bowl of fruit and sorbet...on Mother's Day!!! Could do better considering even Tesco/Sainsburies/Aldi and most main supermarkets sell Vegan produce these days Total lack of imagination I think......

The restaurant had a great atmosphere upon entering. The staff are very professional and friendly, We were a party of 8 and everybody’s food was excellent and all served at the same time. Restaurant and bathrooms very clean

Delicious birthday breakfast, staff accommodating with changes to the set menu. We ate and chatted without feeling rushed. Very relaxing experience that I would highly recommend.

Fabulous service, fabulous food. Would have given it a 6, except I was really disappointed with the state of the toilet. We were directed to use the disabled; I’m not sure why, but the floor was filthy and wet and the whole cubicle needed a good clean. Shame.

Lovely fresh food, lovely service from Mahesh and staff, nothing was too much trouble. One of the best restaurants in Reading. Will be returning soon.

Lovely meal, my son was presented with a chocolate fondant for his birthday, great touch until i realised i had been charged for it! ☹️

Very welcoming, a couple of us were late, but this wasn't a problem. Food was very nice. We took our own birthday cake which they brought out for us with candle lit. Enjoyable evening.

The food was delicious and waiting staff were attentive and helpful. Good choice of food on menu. We would definitely recommend and hope to return again soon ourselves.

Service and food greatly exceeded my expectations. Booking procedure very easy and although busy service v good. Excellent food and Bill for for was reasonable.

Was very busy due to it being Mothers Day but the food and service was still great and still one of the only restaurants in town that do Steak Tartar.

Met up for a reunion lunch with some old friends at Cote Reading. It’s a really nice restaurant in a great location and we enjoyed excellent food from the lunch menu, which was consistently as good as other Cote restaurants we have visited. Very efficient service and reasonable prices. Would definitely use again if in the area.

Having been a customer of Cote Reading for quite some time and have always been very pleased with the whole dining experience. It has always been a very pleasant experience in the quality and simplicity of food and outstanding service from staff. Would recommend anyone to try it.

Excellent menu, great attentive waiting staff, great vibe, great value for money! Thoroughly recommend Cote Reading for a brilliant evening for all the family and friends.

The service was lovely, it is always a nice ambiance/ atmosphere, always great food, but just a little surprised when a 12% service charge was added onto the total bill. Admittedly this was optional, so I chose to give my own tip at my discretion.

Excellent food and service. Will be going back again next month the set menu is really good value for money. The wines are also very reasonable.

Last year we had some important visitors and we took them to Cote Reading. They enjoyed it so much that they asked to return this year. They were very complimentary again enjoyed the food and were very pleased with the service.

Very enjoyable meal, but booth a little cramped for five adults, and burger arrived without cheese or bacon as ordered...put right very quickly...service good even though almost 90% full for Mother's Day.

Mother’s Day mayhem, place was full but not many staff had to keep attracting waiters attention or going to the till to get served. Long waits for everything. Food fab when It arrived.

Amazing food and service lovely Mother’s day lunch. We were very well looked after and didn’t have to wait long for food. Perfect seats and close to disabled toilets. Would recommend.

Waitress was attentive and the food was good just a bit disappointing they had run out of salmon for the mothers days brunch when two items on the menu had salmon!

Lovely food, our family has been here many times, always lovely food, good service, and worth every penny. We prefer the ground floor as even if its quiet there is a better atmosphere than upstairs. That said it's not cheap, but where is in Reading. We'll be back! Enjoy!

Food was great and waitress was attentive and friendly - only issues are that drinks took 20 mins to arrive and food took nearly 40 mins.

Lovely Mother’s Day lunch! Great food and service. Had a really lovely time, atmosphere was just right and the food was delicious! Our waiter was really excellent and couldn’t have been more attentive!

Very good overall experience, a table was not quite ready when we arrived, and we were treated very well and the manager made every effort to make us comfortable.

Good food and very supportive and friendly staff. A bit noisy for someone with hearing aids, but outweighed by the overall excellent experience. Will go again!

The staff are very good and the food is good. The negative thing is the charge they put on top of the bill i think it is wrong as it's expensive enough already so they should not add that. Hope the company look into that.

A pleasant welcome from Cotes team received on arrival. Excellent food and service as always. Atmosphere and ambiance just right. Would highly recommend this establishment..

Staff are friendly and can't do enough to help. Food is absolutely fantastic every time and the restaurant is lovely, comfortable and relaxed. My favourite place to go.

Excellent service from the initial greeting to leaving. My mother who is celiac, was catered and looked after by our waiter and the mangers, who gave excellent advice and when unsure checked for potential gluten ingredients. Our lunch was delicious as were the deserts which were all served by a very amiable waiter. Thoroughly recommend.

We had an excellent meal and the staff are always helpful and friendly. We appreciated the complimentary Kir Royal yesterday evening as we come here quite often. We also like the fact that Cote is open in the morning for coffee and breakfast so we can meet friends and family daytime and evening.

Lovely dinner as usual. Very friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our kir royals at the start of dinner. The Au gratin potatoes were a bit dry but the staff were happy to make us another portion.

Visited the restaurant on a busy Saturday evening, I arrived late! Had a very warm welcome from the staff, who were very friendly and polite. Food was amazing, definitely recommend the steak. Will be returning again soon.

Food and service were both excellent. There was a good selection on the menu and our steaks were cooked perfectly. The waitress was helpful and friendly.

Food and drinks great, service excellent. We would say this is one of the best cotes. Not too busy on a Sunday morning for breakfast either.
