Lovely ambience as always, courteous and knowledgeable staff, and food delicious, good value for money.

These meals are totally reliable and the quality is always the same.

On a sunny evening, we were offered tables inside before we requested outside. We should have been offered both. My daughter is a vegetarian and, had we seen that there were only two vegetarian options, neither of which were appealing to her, we would have eaten elsewhere. We resented the 'optional' 12.5% gratuity being placed on the bill, which we then were obliged to take off in front of the waitress, who has made several mistakes on the bill presented! Corrected, we then rechecked it before amending the bill....... and tip! The wine was very overpriced for quality!

Yes the food was very good,the waitress a little bit hurried,we had no cutlery on our table and had to ask for it,water took a long time to arrive but apart from that very pleased

We dined here before a show at the Hexagon theatre. The service could not have been better - swift, but without feeling rushed, food checks done throughout and the value for money with the Prestige Menu is awesome. We upgraded to the Ribeye steak for a mere £2.50 supplement and as always, we were impressed with the quality of steak. It even comes with a delicious serving of garlic butter on the side - yum yum. We managed to have a delicious three course meal before heading to the theatre with time to spare - thank you guys and gals!

The 3 of us very much enjoyed our meal with you. We chose off the cheapest menu and it was very good value. The service was friendly and quick. I would strongly recommend the Cote.

Like always food very good but this day they was very short on staff but the only time that mattered is when we wanted to pay. The man manger is very good at his job and also communicating with dinners and his staff 👍

Friendly service, 2 hiccups with one starter not delivered until asked for, & side order of carrots did not arrive until too late. Food good , although Breton Stew not quite up to previous visits.

The wife was very disappointed that Cote no longer serves toast and preserves. I like a bigger breakfast but the wife just likes toast and now they no longer do this we may have to find somewhere else

Had chicken and chips as planned and coffee afterwards. As expected after several Cote visits elsewhere. Restaurant in busy rather crowded area so lacked charm.

Great place to eat. Good atmosphere, good customer service and great food! Love the fact they serve champagne by the glass :-) AND its a good price too, not the usual ripoff of some places. Def recommend & will go again!

Went there on this day in April and it was very very quiet which was good in 1 way but not in other ways. Anyway the staff delivered the food when we asked as sometimes it comes out very quick which is good sometimes and sometimes is not. The food was good and recommended it to all 🥩

The service was very good as ever since going there it as been good. The food is delivered to your table in quick time and the quality of food is very good. Keep up the good work 👍

A disappointing experience. One of the employees having eaten her food in the corner of the restaurant near us stood up and brushed her hair. Unacceptable! One other customer on mobile all the time very loudly.

We were sat in the corridor to the kitchen by the bar ... very noisy and busy ...however food was good

The food was spectacular and the company even better. Only drawback was a slight menu mismatch, as the wine advertised was not the wine in house (a 2016 was provided and not a 2015)

Pleased to have been able to make a reservation. The restaurant was busy (as you would expect on Mother’s Day). Staff were polite and friendly and food was really good.

It was for mother’s day treat, Cote always been our favourite the atmosphere is always so nice and the staff always are so friendly and always remember us. We don’t often go as much as we like but when we do, we always feel very welcome there.
