Côte Reading

Nice two course lunch, in Reading today, only problem is the offers are never applied to the bill unless you complain. For example newsletter subscribers offered two courses for £9.95 in January. The bill showed the standard charge of £11.50. We always have the same problem.

We had a lovely team Christmas Lunch with Cote and would thoroughly recommend. From accommodating dietary requirements prior and service on the day with our large party we had a great time.

Great pre pantomime venue. It would be nice to have lunch start at 11 as the kids wanted something more than breakfast but the food and service was very good

Staff were very welcoming. Food was delicious. It was nice to be able to sit at our table and chat after our meal. Nobody said we had to leave as soon as we finished eating and drinking.

I love this place, food is always good and staff are always really friendly.

Food could have been hotter. Potato gratin could have been a “a bit more gratin!”

We eat at Cote as often as possible. The service is always second to none, the food is top end (the mussels in cider are the best I've ever had) and we always feel we've had great value for money. I couldn't recommend Cote (Reading Oracle) more.

Whenever you go to Cote whether for breakfast lunch or dinner it’s always fab

Another fantastic visit! Côte is our no.1 choice in Reading. The team appeared short staffed yesterday but the service and quality was great. Keep up the good work team Reading!

Very busy - first time I've been seated upstairs in Reading - so service was a little slow. That said - my daughter with whom I had dinner said that she'd looked into all the restaurants in the Oracle as she walked past them, and nowhere was as crowded. Cote is reliable - plenty of menu items that are always there, but also a few new dishes every month, so you can stick with old favourites or go for something different. My fall-back anywhere.
