Côte Oxford

Excellent post theatre meals with friends. Good location for the Oxford theatres. Very busy, but the staff were very attentive and friendly. Lovely evening out.

Daniel really made our lunch special. We will be back tomorrow for more fabulous weekend chicken and gratin potatoes. Every day is a great day to go to Cote's. Mum and I could eat here everyday!

Eaten here twice now recently, excellent value for money and great food. Ribeye steak to die for, cooked to perfection with hollandaise and truffle oil sauce. Service is friendly, helpful and attentive - great place.

We always have such a wonderful meal and a lovely time at Oxford Cote Tonight was my sons 13th Birthday and he had chosen to spend it at Cote OXFORD The Staff went out of there way to make sure that he had such a wonderful time, singing happy birthday to him, giving him a welcome drink A wonderful place to visit

There were 5 of us meeting up. The staff were friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed our food choices. House wine good value. Great atmosphere, great food and friendly service. Thank you!

Disappointed with the lack of quality and taste in food served. Desert was good but mains were rushed and not seasoned well - felt and looked like it was produced on a conveyor belt. Layout of tables too crammed in and therefore we were practically sharing a table withe the people beside us , all leant itself to the feeling of being one of many and not at all important as there will be more customers in the next sitting. Staff were pleasant but too busy to be interested or interesting.

Excellent as always, we cannot fault the food or service.

Very nice meal good service and food came quickly The only slight gripe was that we were expecting a free g&t but were told it was only available with an a la carte meal I suggest you make that MUCH clearer in your advertising!

We ate from the Premier menu and the whole meal was very good. Service was good as usual. I noticed that portion sizes have reduced for example with the frites which is a shame

Everything was perfect! The food was amazing, the staff were really pleasent...I went for the first time to celebrate my birthday and I couldn´t had choose any better place for that. Perfect!

Another good experience in a Côte Brasserie - good food, service and ambience

We got married that day in Oxford and booked a table at Cote Brasserie for the dinner with our two witnesses. I had mentioned it with the booking. On arrival we were blown away to find a beautiful bouquet of flowers, a wishing well card and a bottle of bubbly on our table. The staff was just incredible on all levels. Not just on a professional but also human level and contributed making our day just that little bit more special. We had 3 vegetarians amongst us but as Cote offers one of the most extensive exquiste vege/vegan menus in Oxford I have seen it was easy for us to choose. The food was outstanding and considering the quality very reasonably priced. Frankly, we can't wait to go again and the only regret we have..is that we have not been before. Incredible Find! We were going to theatre and popped in for pre play supper. We were running late due to road accident but table was held after we phoned. We explained we had a maximum of one our and asked if that was long enough for a starter and a main. Our waitress said yes and made sure we were served rapidly and efficiently. Food was good and the pre 7.00pm menu is excellent value. Good experience all round.

The meal was very good indeed and also very good value. We would have awarded 6 stars but the service was slightly less than perfect

Lovely restaurant for a long, lazy lunch with old friends

The usual five star welcome from both the Manager and Hector - our waiter was excellent - sorry did not get this name. The new menu looks top class- the Monkfish and the Veal along with the Fish Pie got top marks Thank you Cote- we will be back soon

Great meal for my sister's birthday Complimentary glass of prosecco was a nice touch Only criticism is that the tables are too close together so feels a bit cramped

Superb food & a great atmosphere. Attentive staff without rushing you. Three of us dined there each having a 3 course meal with different dishes & Allen of them were delicious. We will definitely return. I would recommend booking if possible as it gets very busy.

Solid, classic French cuisine. Friendly service, reasonable prices. Seating is a bit crowded, and rather noisy. Desserts not to be missed, eith a glass of Montbazillac.

Lovely food in pleasant surrounding but the BIG plus is the staff who are fantastic! Set menu is excellent value for money. Would strongly recommend this restaurant.

Great manager, who went out of his way to help us, and the waiter was also terrific! Best of all is the fresh fish, great prices for good food, and lovely atmosphere.

Fantastic food, drink and service, very quick as well and great value for money with the lunch/early dinner offer. Portions just right, not too big nor too small.

I always appreciate Cote needing a gluten free menu. The staff are always great and the food good. I would highly recommend this chain of restaurants!

Cote was recommended to me by friends. What a wonderful find. Our three course meal was excellent. Each course delicious. The creme caremel being out of this world. The staff are efficient and quietly friendly. A delightful eating experience. I have already recommended Cote to my family and I hope to return soon. Thank you for a lovely lunch.

I loved the food and how it was presented. Staff were great and I like the topping up our glasses as he went past. It was busy but we did not wait long. Will be going back soon

Our request for a quiet yet well lit area of the restaurant was clearly taken on board. The waiter was very attentive, nothing was too much trouble. The complimentary blood orange martini cocktail was delicious. We had a super time celebrating my mother’s 82nd birthday.

Our third time at a Côte, every time good service, good food and good atmosphere, we will be back again soon, consistency and their well trained staff is their advantage.

Initially I was unsure, as on arrival there was nowhere to stand to wait for our booked table. When I asked where we could stand I was told there was no space and I could wait outside! Very unusual. I found a corner by the door. Late the remaining staff were all very helpful which is normal for Côte.

The food was great and the service was good too. I just wish you would not add the 12.5% on the bill although it is optional. Let me tip what i want.
