The meal was excellent. The only criticism was not being able to have the rhubarb martini as there was no egg white available and for dessert no creme brulee! Apart from that the food and service was amazing.

The staff were attentive, the food was amazing and the complementary rhubarb martinis were incredible. A fantastic evening and we will be returning!

No mussels which we came for, felt rushed by servers. Steak over cooked and burger burnt Servers were friendly and polite though

Wonderful brunch! We enjoyed 2 x French breakfasts and 1 English with a scrambled eggs and smoked salmon. Only dowsed was that the coffee machine was broken.

The food was excellent, the service was even better, especially Jon and the restaurant was lovely and clean. They certainly following the rules, however our evening was not spoiled by those new rules. We will be back! Thank you

Everything went well. The servers were very kind and friendly, the food was good. Loved the complimentary rhubarb martinis. However, couldn’t really wrap my head around the idea of the starter: the ham and melon dish. It’s a bit weird, just slices of ham on top of slices of melon and clashing sweet and salty flavours. The other dishes were amazing though!

Food and service excellent as always, customers made to feel welcome and in the post Covid world extra efforts on cleaning too. Visiting with a 5 year old, the children's menu has a good combination of safe and more adventurous food, and wise portion sizes.

We had the perfect evening from start to finish. We were made very welcome and given complimentary Kir Royale as we were celebrating our 20th anniversary. I walk with a stick and the disabled toilets were pointed out which was helpful and reassuring. Safety precautions were the best we’ve seen anywhere. All staff were friendly, careful and spot on with there attentiveness. Food was very good. Thank you so much.

I suppose it was a really busy day for you since it was the last day of Eat out to Help out. But staffs were could not be more helpful and the food was also exellent, it was my first visit to Oxford and this place was a cherry on the top. Thank you very much for everything! Delicious food, portions the right size, always very friendly service with plenty of smiles - and loved my complementary Kir Royale with the special menu for Mothers' Day!
