Service was amazing, the food was wonderful. I do not think they need to change anything. It was easy to book a table with yourself also.

Very nice pre theatre meal or roasted asparagus with a soft poached egg followed by sea bream and accompanied by a very nice glass of chilled Chablis. Just what we needed

The service was very good and so was the food, for the most part. The asparagus starter was so al dente as to bre raw, though.

We had a greal meal before going to the theatre. The standard of service and food was as good as ever. Still my favourite restaurant.

As friendly as ever for a typically French meal; attentive service and warm environment. The omelette was cooked to perfection, the sardines delicious and the creme caramel was lovely.

Had a fabulous meal for 8 of us on my graduation, we were greeted with a surprise bottle of prosecco and the food was delicious!

Having been to Cote in York and thourghly enjoyed it, decided to give the Oxford restauarant a try. Wasn't disappointed food as good as York and great service spot on. Wife who is a celiac and can't eat food with gluten in had plenty of choice from a seperate gluten free menu with plenty of options. Would highly recommend.

As always a great welcome by the staff and a delicious meal. Excellent service, good atmosphere. The bread is particularly good.. We shall look forward to our next visit

Cote continues to deliver good food at a reasonable price and their loyalty offers such as a free bottle of wine are very good and unlike many chains can even be used on a Saturday.

Food was nice although the side orders of salad options were poor. The waitress who showed us to our table seemed under pressure and unable to smile. The young lady who took our order was pleasant enough. Service on the whole was just ok.

Food was great, but booth table was very crammed for our group of six and service was quite slow, even though we had ordered set menus at the beginning.

Cotes Oxford always lives up to expectations! We both chose from the set menu. The goats cheese, sultana and walnut starter was sublime and the main course salmon was perfectly cooked with lovely crispy skin. Would have given 6* rather than 5* if the service was slightly better. (It was still good but not perfect when there is a 12.5% service charge). Thank you Cotes Oxford we'll be back again soon. :)

We had our usual friendly greeting from our waiter. A very welcome glass of wine was quickly delivered to our table. The food, as always, was excellent. A meal at the Oxford Cote is always a pleasure.

The lunch time menu is excellent with such a good choice.Staff are very friendly and are always willing to help you.we shall be back again.

This restaurant is our got-to place for birthdays. It is always reliable, the food is excellent and the service is very good. The staff are always helpful and although there are no dairy free deserts on the actual menu a suitable desert can always be found.

We were hurrying to the theatre, and the service was fine, and swift enough (just). The wine was good, and a reasonable price. The food was only fair - being generally a bit bland and under-seasoned - with the exception of the vegetarian main, (butternut squash cake/poached egg) which was very good.

Great lunch, the service was particularly good! Had a lovely first birthday meal for my daughter, staff looked after us wonderfully. Definitely recommend Cote Brasserie to others.

Yet another great lunch. The choice of food is very good, the prices are excellent and the service is wonderful. We really cannot fault this restaurant. It is so convenient when going to either theatre.

Have to say our visit to Côte Brasserie was an excellent experience. Great food, attentive but not overbearing service. Will definitely return in future. Only negative - no toilet paper in ladies!

Pleasant setting, welcoming staff, interesting menu, good value for money. Always a worthwhile venue for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Also good for pre-theatre if you're in a hurry, they'll serve you quickly.

We loved the meal - there was only one problem, and that was that the tables were too small. There wasn't enough room for the main courses, a basket of bread, a bottle of wine, water, salad and so on all at once! But the food was delicious.

Lovely relaxed meal with friends, good service nice atmosphere. Food was very pleasant and reasonable price ( we choose from the 2 course menu). Only slight issue was the level of noise in the restaurant but I am not sure what could change that!

The steak was very tough and we sent it back to cook it more but it made no difference. This was the first time we have been disappointed with the food. The manager did not charge for the steak or service. But it did spoil our experience.

Delicious lunch in a cool restaurant on a very hot day! Cote is my go-to place where I live in London and Oxford lived up to my expectations.

The service was adequate, but as I have found on previous visits here, the atmosphere is nowhere near as good as other Côte branches. Perhaps the layout contributes to this-the tables for two all feel very cramped and it's a squeeze to get past a table down the narrow stairs to the toilets which are dingy and small. The food was nice enough although the gratin potatoes with my main course were a little dry and much smaller than usual. I hope not too much cost cutting will take place on what I usually expect to be a very good meal.

We enjoyed our meal and found the staff charming, attentive and efficient. The selected wine was good too and went well with our fish dishes.

The set menu is always good value and the Cream Caramel for pudding is wonderful. If you add vegetables ie carrots and beans, then they are poor value. 5 carrots and 10 beans were expensive. Approx 6 we worked it as 61p per carrot

Lovely calm atmosphere, courteous and efficient service and very good food. We sampled moule-frite, Breton fish stew and salmon with hollandaise sauce - all delicious.

Great meal but bar staff said they did not have Campari and could not provide a Negroni. Been there a number of times and it is always good.

Excellent! The food was spot on and the timing and service is excellent here. I have been several times and have never been disappointed. Would recommend
