Fantastic Gluten-free food as accredited by Coeliac UK. Very diverse menu options, including a free bottle of wine when you sign up to the mailing list (worth it!). Lovely waiting team. Will definitely be visiting again and feel great. Very good Value for money also. Thank you :-)

The food was totally excellent. We go quite often but this choice of Gazpacho and Sea Trout was the best food we've had there, would do credit to any top restaurant. Our waiter was speedy and attentive. Totally impressed

Really wonderful experience. Excellent service throughout with special attention to our advanced indication of nut allergy. Special mention for the Fougasse (leave some space for what’s to follow though!) and a dreamy Cote de Boeuf. To top it off the tarte tatin was the perfect end to the evening. Will be back!

We were very disappointed with our meal last night not up to your usual standards my fish pie was watery and my wife's pork belly was very fatty we regular visit Cote over the country and I must say this was the worst also we felt rushed through or coarses.

I can always rely on consistent quality and service whichever town I visit a Côte in.

It did the job. I was there for a steak and got one, cooked reasonably well. Veggies were there just to give some green colour to the plate and fries were scarce and definitely not home made. The Côtes du Rhône by the glass was fine and the waiter was polite. I was served amazingly fast, which explains why my steak was slightly undercooked. Overall no complaints.

Wow you made our anniversary so special, we were overwhelmed with our flowers , card, and celebration drink . Daniel our waiter was amazing , knowledgable and very engaging and Daniel the manager kept checking we was having the best time . The french onion soup is to die for and our steak was delicious a 10/10 meal . Thankyou all for a wonderful experience x

We had a lovely evening; the staff welcomed us, we were offered a choice of tables and we enjoyed our complimentary kir-royales. Our meal was very well prepared and of excellent quality.

Service ok. But not as good as usual. I asked for steak without garlic and it came with it so had to send it back( too many people taking order) I always have the lunch menu steak but this time it was very chewy and nobody asked if everything was ok. When the plates were cleared I asked to see the manager and she didn’t charge me for my meal. But it was too late by then to be asked if I wanted another meal as my friend had eaten hers. As a regular customer I was disappointed.

We booked a table at Cote on two consecutive evenings during a short stay in Oxford. The food was excellent and staff were extremely helpful and polite. Despite the restaurant being extremely busy, service was speedy without us being rushed. Overall our whole experience also represented extremely good value. Considering we were visiting one of our most popular UK Cities at such a busy time of year it was a rare find in such a competitive field.

Lovely meal with family again. Bit of a shame that there was a delay getting one of our meals as the order was not taken properly. Also I love having Steak Frites from the Plat Rapide menu but as there was a mistake on the order, instead I was given Steak Frites from the Gluten Free menu (some of our party did order from this menu but not me) and for some reason this came with a blob of garlic butter on it. I prefer to keep additional/avoidable fats to a minimum but it was impossible to remove it - perhaps customers could be asked their preference or serve it on the side.

A most enjoyable meal, thank you. We always enjoy our visit to Cote Oxford.

Waitress was very polite and courteous. The food arrived very fast (not that it was a problem) Duck pate to start that was smooth as silk, then a rare cooked steak which was perfect; best steak I've had in years. Creme caramel for dessert, not sure what they did but all I can say if you don't have one your missing out on a dessert sensation.

We had booked a quiet table, knowing it’s difficult on a Saturday night but our table had been given away apparently.. we were then placed in the absolute noisiest part of the restaurant! By the door, the reception, the coffee maker and the kitchen.. Combined with a full house of diners it was not a pleasant experience.
