Fantastic value. We had a very warm welcome, great service, and excellent food at an excellent fixed price. This was a birthday celebration and we were well looked after. Will be making this my 'go to' destination when in oxford. Thanks to you all.

It was a very busy Saturday night but we were welcomed warmly and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. It was a bit of a tight squeeze for the 6 of us on our table. There was no French onion soup or creme brulee available but the food we ordered was of a good quality as was the wine. The service was good and the atmosphere was buzzing. There was a great choice on the menu and everything we wanted except the two things mentioned above was available. We would definitely visit this restaurant again.

We had a wonderful experience celebrating our daughters 18th birthday. Thank you to the staff for surprising us with celebratory drinks and birthday candles along with birthday singing. Food was absolutely delicious.

I had the standard menu 3 courses. Very acceptable for the money. My husband ordered from the main menu starting with calamari, this had too much breadcrumb and was too greasey. Followed by the cassoulet. The meat was dry and sausage greasey so obviously the meat was added and not cooked as part of the dish. Very poor. Also over smoked meat. Dessert great. Not our best visit.

We only wanted a light lunch and we were delighted with the food and the efficiency of the staff. The restaurant was full and the atmosphere lively.

Had a lovely lunch at Cote Oxford today with my husband which we both enjoyed very much. We both had Moules to start then I had Pork Tenderloin and my husband had Steak. All the dishes were good. The staff are really on the ball And always efficient and friendly and we go there Regularly as the food is always consistently good As is the service.

Good service, fantastic staff and lovely atmosphere. However, some of dishes (garnished Rucola) were wilted and not fresh. Otherwise, all good.

The food was so so very delicious - it was literally amazing! My colleague told me the food is as close to Parisian as he has had outside of Paris. It was just perfection, credit to whoever is designing the menus. I could not be more impressed. The sauce with mussels was memorably delicious, the ratatouille was like homemade (but better!) the crème caramel had a delicious caramel and was deliciously eggy! The waitress was genuinely warm and welcoming and they timed the food so we could get to the theatre!

Once again an excellent meal at this great restaurant. The staff are so efficient and helpful, with the food very good. Well done again. We will be back soon.

Always like coming Cote. All excellent food and service. Only niggle is there is little for vegetarians. Which is only to be expected in French restaurant but nowadays it would be nice to have more choice.

As a relative regular to variou Cote restaurants it was generally good but didn't quite have the usual wow. I am sure specific comments in the specific sections may help. Comments are not necessarily about the specific restaurant. Food was fine, the quick menu was good but the quantity was much smaller than necessary for langouste (aka scampi) starter and rocket was very wilted. Egg Benedict ok but the egg was pretty close to over done. Apparently tasty though. Goat cheese salad with crostini was fine although as ever with Core too much salt is added to salads, customer can add but can't take away. Oven baked breaded chicken with fennel etc was fine but a distinct lack of fennel, I know this is a discount dish and margins are tight but as I said when asked "It was fine" so no real complaint just a little lacking. Service charge always does my head in and actually to make staff take ownership it would be good for them to earn the reward for the team, a difficult one I know.

couldn't fault the service, staff and food. The staff were extremely busy but we were looked after perfectly. The food was amazing. We chose from the set lunch menu and was excellent value for money. We all loved the house red as well. Thank you for an enjoyable work lunch.

We've been many times before and enjoyed consistently excelant food and service, in fact it's one of our favorates! tonight unfortunately on this occasion my wife's steak wasn't cooked to her liking, however this was dealt with quite exceptionally by the manager, we even recived a complimentary bottle of wine! We look forward to our next visit on NYE

The visit was at a rearranged (earlier) time than originally booked, and we were accomodated without any bother. Our table service was excellent. We've enjoyed food and a warm welcome there, and will do so again (not every week)........ My thanks to all the staff concerned, who contributed much to the success of our evening.

A very busy Friday night. Good atmosphere. Excellent food. But the best feature was attentive charming and efficient staff.

We had pre-booked and reserved a window table but this wasn't provided. Starters were good; mains were tasty but not as warm as should be - I had the Fillet Steak Rossini but the pate on the steak was chilled so the whole dish was cool. Service slowed down so much that desserts took 15 minutes to arrive by which time we had to leave as were going to theatre so we were unable to enjoy them.

An excellent central location with a varied menu that caters for dietary needs properly and changes regularly.

What a great restaurant, quality dishes and great ingredients, excellent service, pleasant surroundings and great value. I eat at Cote regularly because of all these factors. This is a chain that gives other chains something to aspire to.

Parts of our meals were cold, others over cooked. Mine was replaced (after a 15 minute wait) but was no better

As they were very busy the service was not up to the usual efficient standard . Waiting time for the food was nearly one hour. However, the food as usual was very good.

Staff & service good. Not particularly good value for money with the portion size . Starter was excellent but main was a bit sparse.
