Fantastic food and service, will definitely be coming back again!

Excellent breakfast as always! Really good value for money. Also amazing service.

Had booked a table for lunch mid-week. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food arrived promptly but even though the place filled up quickly (good buzz) we were under no pressure to eat and leave. Great place but suggest you reserve.

Lovely food and service. 10/10 We were early which was not a problem, we wanted a quiet table so the lovely waitress let us choose where we wanted to sit. Food was lovely.

Cote has always been my favourite place to go! I badgered my friends into coming as they had never tried it before, I must admit I was let down somewhat. The food was no way near up to standard and the service wasn’t very good. Albeit, it was busy however, it shouldn’t have let it affect the service as it did.

Pleasant service but the food was unusually disappointing. Very small/dry portion of gratin potatoes, duck over cooked and hardly any sauce. Not up to usual cote standard! Was also very noisy, lots of clattering of tables and chairs when clearing/ setting etc. We went somewhere else for dessert as a result.

Pleasant friendly welcome, good service and delicious food. I always come to Cote with family or friends when I visit Oxford.

A favourite restaurant of ours. Foid always good, and staff always helpful and very pleasant. And well priced for more than one visit a week !

French onion soup amazing. Staff very friendly. Fillet steak over cooked and dry salmon mains were a bit disappointing.

We had two courses from the lunch menu. We were told there was no soup available, although this was shortly afterwards served to a diner at a neighbouring table. The ‘blood orange salad’ starter did not contain blood orange slices, just ordinary orange. The steak frites dish was good: fresh, crisp frites and a tender steak. The haddock goujons in the second mains choice were overcooked and dry. Along with 2 small Pelforths the corrected bill came to just over £33, after we reminded the waitress we were making use of the January lunch offer.

Restaurant was very busy being a Saturday lunchtime but staff were efficient. My vegetarian breakfast was very good, would have liked another slice of sourdough toast with it. My partners minute steak was huge and good value but was a little chewy for his liking. The frites were excellent. We had Galette de Roi which was scrummy. Nice to know that brunch is served up to 1pm on a Saturday.

Had a lovely brunch at Oxford Cote on Saturday morning. Service was polite and attentive, food very fresh and well cooked. Coffees and orange juice very nice too and all for £10.95 each on the set deal.

Lovely food and ambience! Will come back again. The duck breast was delicious.

A very professional and well organised restuarant. Everything from the welcome to the bill was handled extremely well. They knew from when we entered that we were entitles to a free bottle of wine and this was brought very quickly. The food was excellent with good quality ingredients and quite generous helpings. We have has similar experiences in the past and we thing Cote is one of the best of the range of chain restaurants.

Excellent food and the guinea hen was available this week and was very good. However, despite having numerous staff the service was very slow. Possibly it was the demand on the kitchen. Apart from this everything was as expected.

After a wobbly start as it was a very busy night and our table was still occupied by previous guests, my party of 7 had to wait in the cold as the restaurant is so small. However we were then invited in after 15 minutes to stay inside around a smaller table with complementary drinks and starters. When we were finally seated at our table we could not fault the staff and my family remarked on the excellent food for days!

Never had a bad meal at Cote and the service was excellent - thank you!

My wife and I had the french breakfast formule. Food and drink were both good and the formule is good value. Service was also good and attentive.
