Excellent lunch. Chateaubriand - what a treat for a "specials" menu. Good service from our waiter (Cornelio) and the manager who happily gave us a different table to the one which was allocated.

As usual Harley greeted us very kindly.Jeff made your wonderful november side cars.They were excellent. I am looking forward to my tasting the christmas menu on tuesday novembre 19 for lunch. We had such a great time that we stayed for 2 and a half hours.

I bring my local Friends to dinnet.They are impressed by the food.The free welcome drink is always s huge succes. Harley the Brasilian manager always takes very good care of me. Finelly I enjoy the changes in the menu following the seasons. Can not wait to try the Christmas Menu with its wine pairing. Cote Westbourne is like my local.Being french I do not go to pubs but after a good movie at my local movie house " the electric" of Portobello road or the Gate in NHG having a late dinner is ideal at Cote. Harley,who works very hard,greets me with the latin touch(being brasilian) and Jeff the Colombian server is adorable always smilling. I have been at your Cobham and Canterbury Cote.The service in Cobham was very good for a brunch for 8,but Canterbury was less pleasant.Not the food but the manager.The waitress was ok. To Finish I come to cote at least 3 to r times a week.Weather for lunch,dinner or brunch. Thanks Harley and Jeff to have made me feel so welcome each time that you come. Jeff who sat us and was our main server was very patient with our obvious indecisiveness and abundant chatter, and very friendly, warm and welcoming, approachable with queries and requests, and extremely affable. I've always been a fan of Cote, and this Is our 2nd time to this specific branch, the team seem to have a good dynamic from what we could see. Food was top notch as always, everyone was very happy. Surprisingly for what you get the price is very good. One point thought, a server with blonde hair was a little cold and lacking in customer service skills, or just a simple smile. Perhaps he was having a bad day, but he didnt seem happy to be there. But still would return.

Cote is normally excellent but on this occasion they were very offhand and the food was not as good as usual. It would seem they are not doing well and tackling the problem in the wrong way

The Maître D’ and staff who run it are first rate. My siblings were genuinely impressed by the food. My moules were spot-on! Always a pleasure to go there.

Good value lunch menu; vast quantities for chicken salad. Comfortable room and seats. Would have liked espresso to have been of larger proportions. VERY inexperienced waitress - had to repeat my order 4 times. Very long delay between 1st and 2nd courses.

Three of us enjoyed a good tasty meal. Good atmosphere and ambiance. We would have given a five star rating but the staff were very busy and took quite a time to come to our table to take our orders for additional drinks, desserts etc. Not their fault Probably. Cost of meal about right for the quality. Chris Avery.

Service was painfully slow. Some of our food never arrived (we cancelled the side dishes as we had already finished our main meals), had to ask 3 different waiters for a straw and waited 20 minutes to get one, my food arrived a lot later than everyone else's (waiter then asked what i had originally ordered), waited so long for the desserts and even more for the bill . A real shame as the food was great and we always go to Cote! First time at this branch though.

The food as always very good, little problems with the orders. But we ordered food for 20 people so it’s normal. The staff was lovely at all moments and very helpful.

Dropped in for a pre event meal on a hot hot evening. Chilled soups and cool salad worked perfectly as did the large open windows to keep the restaurant cool. Great friendly service rounded off the experience. A great start to the evening
