a returning customer to all Côtes. Good food, good and varied menu and usually good service...

I come several times a week.It's cozy.Food is good.Love to discover the new monthly drinks.

Ordered the duck . It arrived, barely tepid. Sent it back. It was returned to me with indecent haste. I was warned that the plate was 'very, very hot'. The original plate had simply been put in a microwave. The duck was now as tough as leather and uneatable. Sent it back. Was brought an over-loaded bowl of calamari as a substitute. Said calamari were so completely over-cooked that they, too, were uneatable. By this time my dinner companion had finished her main course. I paid a reduced bill and left the premises extremely un-impressed, being a Cote regular. The staff were nothing less than understanding, if embarrassed.

Excellent meal, friendly staff. Loved the complimentary Blood orange martini.

Once again, a most plesant experience. Last week we had a new waiter - Alexandre and this week a new waitress - Bettina, and Kerry was supervising. They were all so pleasant (we chatted to Alexandre as we left), so nice, professionally friendly and a thoroughly nice time was had by ourselves (my wife & sister) and I hope by your 3 staff. 1st time we 3 had to return our 3 main courses of beef stroganoff. They were large VERY hard pieces of beef w.noodles. And cold. Then we had chicken which was fine as always. Service excellent. Take this off the menu! It's supposed to be fillet of beef cut into slivers. Melt in the mouth.

Excellent as usual. IT is the only restaurant in London we ever go to.

Excellent lunch menu. The sardines starter and haddock main course were delicious.

Good food and service, particularly from a very efficient and charming waitress called Kerry.

Food and service once seated very good. Unhappy with the table position ( squashed into a corner next to an overflowing coat rack) so not very conducive to a relaxed meal

This was a veggie meal. Delicious all the way. Fresh veg and fruits, nice balance of ingredients and blandness avoided always.

Good food service slow but was packed over all good times

The three of us were very happy with our experience today. Menu was varied and interesting, food of good quality and well-presented. Service was just the right balance, being friendly and attentive but not over-fussy. Noise levels were low enough for me to be able to hear conversation, which is a very important plus. Well done to this branch of Côte!

Once again we had an enjoyable evening at our local Cote. Good food and the friendly staff helped to make the evening fun. Happy New Year to all at Cote Westbourne Grove.

I’d already tried the sardines with croutons. Maybe the only dish I’ve tried at Côte I’d put down as a total failure. (I do not eat mammals or birds, so that leaves out a lot more). So I had the salad with apple, nuts, cheese etc. Definitely very good and the right size. For main I had the lentils with roasted veg and a poached egg. Both excellent. Service was a bit vague. Wine was great. The sweet was iced berries, which I always have and which is fab.

Had a very enjoyable meal with my family. Food was tasty & hot. Service was quick and efficient.

Service and food were fabulous! Definitely a highlight of our travels to UK.

The food was delicious and the restaurant was comfortable as always. I usually visit for brunch or breakfast, this was my first lunch here. Everything was wonderful, especially the food. I would like to say however there weren't enough staff. Only 3 for a busy lunch at Xmas time. Therefore we had to wait a while in between courses and being served. No fault of the staff though!

As ever good food and wine reasonably priced. Good friendly service. Will be back soon.

I'm am a regular at Cote and have been eating at many branches for over a decade. Yesterday was my worst palated experience yet at cote. I ordered my usual favourites, but unfortunately didn't enjoy any of it :( gutted as its my favourite place

I had requested a quiet table ,if possible, and was very pleased when the manageress led us downstairs to the basement dining area. Excellent service and a good atmosphere.

Some issues with the table booked but the manager quickly turned things around. Good food, friendly service.
