The waiting staff and the service at Notting Hill Cote is always excellent. We’re regular visitors and will be visiting again very soon! Hello to Jeff from my daughter and me!

Wonderful service, spot on food. Looked after by all the staff and no waiting around for anything.

Our first time dining out for a long time! A marvellous experience, we felt completely at ease from walking into the restaurant, our socially distanced tables and the generous and smiley waiting staff. We truly felt privileged to be eating out once again and felt great passion and effort from the service team throughout our dining experience. Our Greek waiter (sorry we didn’t get his name) went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and provided us some much needed human interaction and warmth after all these months. The restaurant was busy but the staff were doing their utmost to attend to all the tables and never once did the service feel rushed, chaotic or panicked. We were so busy basking in the wonderful ambience and enjoying the beautiful food that we didn’t notice nearly three hours had passed. Amy (I hope I spelled this correctly) was attending also to our table and checking in with us, she informed us that she was sorry the dessert course had been so delayed and that she would remove it from our bill. Such was the atmosphere that we had barely noticed our late desserts and this gesture was truly appreciated. Her words were kind, calm, warm and sincere and made us feel so valued, respected and well looked after; a prime example of perfect service. Bill payment was prompt and done with a smile and some conversation once again by our lovely waiter. We used the eat out to help out scheme but in this instance would easily have paid without this discount thanks to the wonderful service. We were gutted to not be able to add a service tip for Amy and our waiter for making us feel so welcome, abiding by the no cash rule has never been harder! Thank you again for a wonderful experience and we will most certainly return.

We were sat next to another table even though there were plenty of other free tables. Given the need to socially distance we were very disappointed in this. There was a 1m distance between our chairs but in an ideal World being inside we should try to adhere to a 2m distance and this was not the case. The staff need to be more concise of this and not put people seated next to tables which are next to eachother especially where it was not necessary

It was a pleasure to be back at Cote and enjoy the same wonderful experience as before the lockdown.

Westbourne Grove Cotes is my go to restaurant. I always enjoy going to Cotes. There is a wide variety of food on the menu that there’s something for everyone. Tasty and delicious and very reasonably priced. Staff are very attentive And you always feel welcomed.

This was our first meal out and meeting our friends since the beginning of March when the lock down began. So it was special. The food was excellent. The waiters were friendly. Access was good. We all agreed that we would like to come back soon to Cote. Our friends live nearby and come to Cote often, but for us it was only the second time. Previously we had come in a larger group in the evening. This time it was for lunch. I think I prefer the lunch time because the restaurant was quieter but that may be due to people still being cautious due to Covid 19. We probably spent more than normal, encouraged by the gov't's discount.

It was a pleasant atmosphere as always. The food was great and our servers were great! Thank you.

It was so good to be able to enter our favourite Côte restaurant again and to be served by our favourite waiter, Cornelio. Food excellent as usual and, it being a celebration of one of our friends' 90th birthday, we were all happily surprised and delighted with a decorated sweet dish saying 'happy birthday'. The recipient was overjoyed and kept repeating her amazement. So glad you’re back! Gill Davies

Overall a nice meal and evening. Gazpacho and steak frites were nice. As a regular Cote customer I'd just like to outline some things that could have been better: Complimentary water took a while to arrive and was warm - it's a warm day and we were just craving an ice cold glass of water - if we'd have received this immediately it would have helped improve the experience. We ordered some bread and the butter had completely melted - I appreciate it's tough when it's warm but again it impacts the experience a little.

As ever very friendly and with new Manageress, Marta... shame my booked table on the Hereford Road had been stopped as with the others due to complaints from neighbours!? Still great value with the 50% discount which my tribal dealer friend and associate enjoyed with his calamari & frites. Funny, though I think I prefer the smaller less butter logged on top, chicken liver parfait from the past with sealed glass lid. Almost too rich... but really no true complaints... and I did leave an extra tip for thanks! Clivex ps. pity about the overhead cooler air conditioning mostly not working on such a hot day!

Enjoyable dinner for 5 with 2 of our grandchildren. Covid-19 safety was fully evidence and very safe to eat in this establishment.

The staff were excellent and very attentive, friendly and helpful however the food was not quite up to par My steak was slightly flavourless ( tasted defrosted ) and the plates were extremely hot it felt it has been left out a while Not our best visit

It was great to be back - we’ve had several cote at home deliveries and although they’re great it was no substitute for being in the restaurant. Tables were well spaced and staff all wearing the masks (visors?) meant we felt safe - service as good as it was before. All of our food was delicious!

We waiting 40 mins between our starters and main but service was great aside from that

The food was absolutely delicious. Fresh, new additions on the menu, I had a tuna Niçoise salad that was absolutely amazing. Thank you Cote, always been my fav restaurant and I am glad to see you all back. The new menu is a win win!

This is probably our 14th time in Cote really enjoy the cuisine, the choice of wines desserts friendly service lovely atmosphere no loud music so can have a good talk.

The food was first class. However there was a slight problem in that all 3 of us wanted starters but one of them was much delayed. The different starters should have been presented at the same time. That however is a minor criticism in respect of an otherwise excellent dinner. My roast duck in particular was excellent
