Good service and fair value for money. Consistently good and provides a "home cooked" feel rather than a bland chain. I will continue to visit.

Excellent service, one minute steak was not quite up to standard expected of Cote, but Lunch was most enjoyable and hope to return in the near future

Always quick and efficient and consistent. Good choice of menu for all tastes. Nice relaxed not rushed atmosphere. Same staff which is always a good sign that the establishment must be a good place to work. The manageress gives u a warm welcome.

We love it at Cote. Fantastic food and lovely service. We have been many times and it's always a great evening. Took our friends who had never been. They loved it!

We went as a party of three. We thought the set menu was good value, and was varied. Friendly staff. Service speed was appropriate for us. Definitely on our list to pay a return visit.

Lovely, friendly, helpful staff who contributed greatly to the overall experience. I preferred the table water when it was served cold as on previous occasions. It would have been helpful if smaller cutlery was available for little children

Took ages to get served the staff were more interested in clearing tables. We were about to leave when they finally came over to take our order. Watched another couple leave without being offered drinks.

An authentic French style restaurant serving real food, beautifully cooked and presented, at a very reasonable price. We always look forward to each month's new Set Menu.

Really good vibe in the Norwich cotes, lovely food and plenty of choice. You don't feel rushed even though it seemed a busy enough lunch time. Pleasant staff and all welcoming from the arrival to the goodbye. I'll definitely go again!

we did enjoy our visit, but not quite as much as normal as a Hen Party x 20 had been allowed to book. The women were extremely loud and upset many tables. I have to say though the food and service was still amazing - as always. So it hasn't put us off booking another time.

Altogether, a pleasant evening. Restaurant surprisingly quiet for a Friday night, and a little cold, though. Food good, especially boudin noir starter and ribeye steak and veal escalope main dishes. Service very pleasant and efficient.

Tasty food served professionally,I don't think the 12.5% service charge should automatically be added to the bill though,this may catch people out.I always tip relating to my whole experience.

Great service. Food was ok - I ordered an eggs florentine, neither egg was runny / both were over-boiled: one of the pleasures of both egg benedict and florentine is a runny egg or 2 👍

We have visited the St Albans Cote & Norwich and we have found the food and service to be excellent. We arrived slightly ahead of our reservation at the Norwich Restaurant today and was seated almost immediately with a complimentary Kir Royal which was part of a promotion. Well done Cote and we will be making a further reservation in the very near future.

Well presented table, service with a smile, and no worries, calm collective and very friendly service from entering and getting a table, to very good food and wine, and settlement of the bill, great lunch, very well served, in a good friendly atmosphere !! Well done Cote Norwich. Regards PS

Had a lovely meal, staff were all very friendly and happy. Would recommend for any occasion. Online booking system very easy and quick to use.

Prompt and friendly service, only criticism was that the soup should have been hot and it was only lukewarm. We were offered a complimentary coffee but had no time as we were going to the theatre

Lovely friendly greeting when I arrived and given a choice of tables, a drink offered immediately whilst I waited for my friend to arrive. Service was prompt and courteous. Food was delicious, but we only managed 2 courses as we were too full to have the favourite creme brûlée for dessert!

An excellent meal with great service. At no time did it feel like a chain, and the quality of the food was exceptional. Vastly superior to, say, Café Rouge, and the atmosphere was pleasant and the service prompt and friendly even though they were busy. I shall definitely go there again.

Tasty food. Good service. A little over priced for the quality though. Tom & Woolf in Norwich offer better food at lower prices. Not sure how a tiny bowl of creamed spinach comes remotely close to £4?!

Attentive, friendly staff, food excellent, reasonably priced, relaxed atmosphere. Although it's been a while since we were last there the staff remembered us (probably means we go there too much). Looking forwards to the next time.

Lovely restaurant with pleasant and helpful staff unfortunately spoilt by the fact that when the food arrived it was only what can be described as luke warm. Didn't complain as didn't want to spoil a special evening.

This is one of my favourite restaurants, but given the value for money, service and ambience, it's truest great! Highly recommended- especially good value is the pre theatre meal deal.

An excellent way to start the day! Both the English and the French cooked breakfast were generous. Our favourite was the beautiful herb flavoured mushrooms and sausages. Also wonderful coffee and first rate service.

Fantastic food and service can't fault it. Waiters were promp and polite, the waiters were entertaining and pationate about their work. The food also came quick and was full of mouth watering flavours

Just had a lovely lunch at Cote, catching up with friends. The service was great - good balance of friendly and professional, and attentive without being fussy. The food was lovely. We all had a choice from the Light Lunch menu, but there was a huge amount of choice and very good value for money.

Poor service, lack of menu knowledge and miscommunication between staff. My dish arrived as a very small salad and missing potatoes as stated on the menu, when I mentioned this i was told that the dish didn't contain potatoes. When I asked to see the menu, we saw that i was in fact correct. My dish got re made and brought over by the manger who told me, there was potatoes in the salad, they were just small, so she's got me one made with extra. I'm not quite sure how I could miss a potato In a green salad? The second one was much more sizeable and contained potatoes. When I recieved the bill I was advised I'd been given a discount for the mishap, but when looking at the bill I hadn't recieved any discount. So not sure what happened all in all. The food and wine were very delicious.

Attentive staff always friendly and knowledgeable. We had a very nice meal. We'd turned up an hour earlier than our booking which wasn't a problem. Had a lovely seat people watching enjoying themselves in our sunny city.

Having been before and had good food this visit was disappointing, i had rump of lamb which was tough, i asked for mint sauce and was told that they don't have mint sauce ! My partners haddock was dry and the portion really small the spinach was non existent .. but the lentils .. oh my the bowl was full of them, they must of been short on fish but had bags of lentils !

Always had a good meal at any cote restaurant we have visited especially at the Norwich branch and was not disappointed this time once again. Staff are very polite and attentive and know the menu well so they can advise you on what to choose from the menu. The food is good value with a varied menu and drinks list with food choices for children too. Will re-visit again soon.

Warmly welcomed and attentively served, we were pleased with our experience at the Norwich establishment. It is the staff and their attitude that make the dining experience, and Côte Norwich exemplifies this.

Food as ever great, just this once service slipped slightly, the 2 waitresses were more concerned about 2 male workers having their breakfast. All we kept hearing was from chef shouting 'service' which fell on deaf ears.

A friend and I went to celebrate our birthdays. The lunch time menu had plenty of options. Food good and staff very attentive. Great value.

Poor value for money, wouldn't go again. Green beans not cooked properly, some ok, some hard or dried up like in microwave. Lamb which was supposed to be cooked medium was very rare, veal was ok though.

Excellent food and very good value on the three courses for £12.95 Would definitely go again .Bottled beer some what expensive for size of bottles though

Lovely lunch food great. lots of choice as always, chose the sea bass which was really lovely. My friend had the cod goujons which she really enjoyed.

Food hot and fresh like Charli XCX, service so quick and enthusiastic Roger Federer would have been proud of it. Crème caramel was the tits, and I don't like crème caramel.

Irritating waiting staff today - same girl took order for main and dessert and came back twice to offer menu to choose dessert. Endless asking was everything ok. Come on girls, once is enough.
