Great food, good atmosphere - really buzzing. Slightly disorganised service. Beautiful cooking - Creme caramel and orange grand Marnier crepe - fantastic. We will be back for more!

Small portion, tasty, staff friendly, gratin potatoes dry. house wine very good but as a house wine a little expensive. Overall a pleasant experience. Nnnn

Very good meal and excellent attentive waitress - I believe she is Polish and called Malgorzata. She was so attentive but never intrusive. Six of us in our party enjoyed our evening immensely. We'll be back!

Beautiful well cooked and presented dishes, always imaginative and interesting. Staff are lovely, service great. This is one of our favourite restaurants in Norwich. We are always happy to recommend this restaurant to others.

Great food, excellent service. The staff are friendly and efficient and their seasonal menu is excellent as well as extremely reasonable for a two or three course meal.

The meal was pleasant, with nice food and attentive staff but lacked a really authentic French feel; watch out for the automatic 12.5% service charge added to the bill.

Had a fantastic meal lots of choices on the menu relaxed atmosphere and very attentive staff. Will most definetly be returning. Might even try Breakfast next time!! 😊

We went in a party of 4 and had the set menu. Some of the items on the menu were unavailable but everything we had was good. Be aware there is a 12.5% gratuity added automatically.

Very good quality as usual from Cote, steak was excellent as were the Moules. Service was very good too. Only thing is why always say the filtered tap water is complimentary!!

Relaxed atmosphere with good service and good food. It is reasonably priced too. The menu covers all tastes and portions are just right, not too big or small.

Very quick service and nice waiters, we were grateful as we had to rush off to a graduation plus half of our party turned up late... Would recommend highly.

Food and surroundings very good. Just one very small point with the service. The waitress forgot our water. Other than that, we had a really enjoyable laid back lunch without ever feeling hurried. The portion sizes were very sensible so we felt satisfied without feeling sated. Definitely somewhere to return to.

Every time we go the food is excellent and staff superb. Sea food linguine yum!! The Gluten free selection very good the baked camembert was very enjoyable

The staff were over attentive, allowing insufficient time to read the menu, etc. The Poulet Grille had far too seasoned for my wife's taste and the Fish Parmetier, which was listed as a main course, would have been more accurately described as a starter. The bill had 12½% already added as an optional gratuity. I strongly object to this practise and even if I would otherwise have given such a gratuity, wouldn't as a point of principle. A less than satisfactory experience.

Excellent. Both the service and the food were excellent. I loved the whole feel of the restaurant and it is much bigger in size than the front suggests

Although not busy nearly an hour for starters and elements missing , food good but waitress not attentive and forgot most additional requests as we went through the meal.

The service was excellent and professional as usual. My starter, a salad with lardon and poached egg was tiny. The main course pork belly was disappointing as the fat was not crackling, just fat. Also potato was too outed. The crumble was very nice but not a trace of peach as listed on menu - all apple.

Absolutely fabulous! The food, the atmosphere, the service. Could not fault a thing. The chicken liver parfait is the best starter I think I've eaten anywhere I have ever been. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our meals and both agree we will most certainly be coming back again.

Many thanks to the staff (I'm too old to do teams!) for another excellent evening pre-theatre. We're glad they are so good - we're never tempted to go anywhere else.

We visited this restaurant for our 5th wedding anniversary. I like that we wer offered 2 tables to choose from, we both enjoyed our meals and will be returning.

A really good lunch, helpful and attentive staff, delicious food and good atmosphere. We were not hurried and felt at ease. It was my birthday and we were given a complimentary drink which was well received by all my guests.

We have dined at Cote Norwich on several occasions and found both the service and food excellent. However, last night neither was upto standard. Unfortunately, my starter was very poor and my husbands main course was barely warm. The service was slow and our dessert order was not taken after nearly half an hour so we decided simply to leave.

The staff were friendly, nothing was too much trouble, and the breakfast we enjoyed - delicious. Highly recommended, worth every penny. I will be going again.

Lovely food and nice atmosphere.The Breton chicken is the best chicken around and the sea bream special was very good. Creme Caramel is to die for !!

All food was excellent apart from my wife's fillet steak was so well over cooked after ordering it medium she couldn't eat it and had half of mine which i ordered medium/rare which was cooked very well.We did get the price off he bill of the fillet steak plus a free drink but would have rather had the steak cook properly.

As usual good food and excellent service. Took 3 small boys as Grandparents treat during summer holidays and they also were well cared for. Everybody very happy.

Service was okay Starter of calamari was 4/5 Steak was a max of 2/5 Stake was dry and had no flavour Chips had far to much salt 2/5 Price was to high considering food was terrible And to add a 12.5 service charge was a joke!!! Beer selection was next to nothing !! Will not be coming back considering a meal for two with with 1 starter 2 mains no drinks no desserts still come to £55 If anyone is ready this and thinking of going I recommend going hungry before eating at this restaurant!

I thought I had been overcharged but I realised the next day on scrutinising my receipt that a discretionary or optional surcharge for the service had been added.So cost of my meal £12.99, cost of the optional surcharge £4.75.....a bit much especially without being asked.Unpleasant way of doing things.Put me off the restaurant where I've been going regularly say 5 times a year

Great staff. Our waitress who I can't remember her name (blonde hair) was very good. We sat at the front in the window this evening. The food was as good as usual! Always consistent! We had a lovely bottle of Sancerre! Both managers are great. The Scottish chap had a great personality as did all of the staff we spoke to! Thanks

Six of us ate at the brasserie on 7th. of July. The food was enjoyable and the service was very efficient. The atmosphere was what you would expect in a very busy restaurant and we understand from our taxi driver that it is very popular.

A very enjoyable lunch and extremely good value, even though two bottles of wine were consumed ! Service was excellent and the food tasty, with good portions. I do question whether the Langoustines were actually REAL Langoustines. They were'nt even king prawns, but some kind of white fish in batter. Langoustines would have been much larger and the taste would have been different. However, they would also have been a lot costlier, so no complaint - just do not advertise them as what they are not.

Excellent service. Our waitress was particularly charming. Food was good except the rib-eye was medium and not medium-rare as ordered. Pity about the lipstick on a water glass. That apart, a nice evening.

Excellent bacon and egg salad starter. The main course of steak with fries was also perfect. Unfortunately, there was intrusive background music and we had a twenty minute wait for our desert.

We had another great experience at Cote this week end. We took my brother and his wife, they also loved it. Service was friendly and attentive as always. Food gorgeous. My only slight negative is my fish pie seemed slightly smaller than last time and it didn't have much filling, But dessert was amazing, we love this place.

Waitress indiferrent and not interested. Service charge of 12.5 % for Norwich excessive. Food OK.Side plate dirty and had to be replaced. Will not return.
