Had a lovely evening here, staff were great , friendly and good quality service, despite being Christmas time and a busy Friday night, food was delivered fast but was lovely. Chose from the early bird menu which was such good value! Will be returning to eat in January and claim our free bottle of wine from the voucher in the Christmas crackers!

The staff really polite and helpful as always and good food, good atmosphere and good service. Very professional and always a pleasure to lunch there.

Good food with a quick and an efficient service. We enjoyed our meal as we have done in the past and we will continue to use Cote.

Our favourite place..... Staff are so attentive and its a lovely plate of food. Never disappointed. We go there at least twice a month. fab

Charming waitress, tasty food but it works out to be an expensive meal, 2 starters, 2mains, 1 pudding and 2 glasses of wine came to £71 with the 12.5% tip! The restaurant was busy and therefore very noisy but the service was excellent!

Good food, pleasant atmosphere - slightly marred by the fact that we had mistakenly ordered 4 Christmas meals and found eventually that we had no appetite for dessert (included in the Christmas menu). No dessert was ordered or served, and no compensation was offered. Our misjudgement entirely, but we did feel slightly put out, having spent over £200 (including the "optional" service charge).

Good value food, great atmosphere and service. Only a 5 because the wine we wanted was still in the cellar and therefore not available to us as it was not up to drinkable temperature.

Excellent food, friendly staff, lovely menu. Only one small niggle, so close to Christmas, and clearly very busy, our poor waitress was overwhelmed. She was lovely, and apologetic, but the work load was far too much for her, she was a whirling dervish, but clearly more staff needed.

A lovely Sunday lunch with my parents, enhanced by attentive service and the addition of our Cote reward - the delicious, speciality creme caramelle and a glass of Monbazillac each.

Had another lovely meal, tried the onion soup for starters it was very nice and had the duck for main which was cooked perfectly. I would highly recommend.

It was a really good experience, one to be highly recommended. Very nice premises & staff & the set menu, 2 courses for £12, is tremendous value.

Good food but quite a long wait. Understandable because of the season! The tables for two are very small which makes one feel quite cramped.

Excellent service, great food and a nice atmosphere. A good choice for an evening meal in the city, well worth another visit, will be going back.

I didn't have a single problem with my visit to the restaurant. Staff were understanding and very helpful when I mentioned we had a bus to catch, they made sure we had a nice time and got out in time.

A warm welcome on a very wet day, waiter took my coat and brought me a cup of coffee while I waited for my friends. Service & food was excellent as usual

Ordered salmon off special menu, but only to,d afterwards ..no salmon., had salmon cakes but wouldn't swap them to go with this menu.....ordered new potatoes, got gratin slices...so bad to wait while friends dstarted their meals.

The Breakfast we had was the Cotes French Breakfast - which was nice and just enough, only problem was the plates were not warm enough so the food went cold quickly

Very disappointed with the breakfast. The full English breakfast looked lovely on the plate but was nearly cold when we started to eat. The service was not good either my father asked for sweeteners for his coffee but did receive them until he had nearly finished his drink and when the toast was bought he was promised butter to go with the toast and ended up having to get up and her it himself. The restaurant itself was cosy and clean but the food and service were a massive let down so wouldn't rush back.

Everything good - ambience, staff, starter ( my favourite, chicken parfait) but would suggest that should come out of the fridge earlier, was very cold - couldn't use the lovely butter topping. Loved the halibut, but again, slightly over cooked, so a bit dry - shame for a beautiful fish. However, enjoyed the flavours. Pudding - choc fondant to die for. Still our favourite restaurant, but you did ask me to comment, and I am very picky

Fabulous food, atmosphere and staff Really enjoyed our evening in the cosy and atmospheric brasserie. We were looked after very efficiently and the food was delicious.

We arrived late due to traffic leaving us only an hour to eat. The staff were fantastic, the food and wine excellent as was the service. We were served and ate in time. Will definately be back soon

Our first visit to cote on our weekend away to Norwich was very good. The service was very attentive the menu was excellent with a fantastic choice. Food was outstanding and very reasonably priced will definitely recommend and use your restaurants again.

We went recently for breakfast and it was gorgeous, we love it. We also went for dinner last week end and it was as lovely as ever, great food and amazing service, staff are so friendly. There is no place like it in Norwich.

We went there for the first time today, celebrating my husband's birthday. We enjoyed the whole experience, the food was excellent, and very good value for money, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We will go back again soon.

Fabulous food and service as we have come to expect. December specials - prawns and ribeye were perfect in every way. Can’t wait for a Cote to open nearer to home so we don’t have to keep finding a reason to travel to one!

Wonderful decor and seasonal food,polite and calm staff. Value for money was good £30 for 2 people at lunch was very reasonable. Will be returning soon.

Great food and service but backround music rubbish. You should get some good French music ( there's plenty of it !! ) to make it a more authentic atmosphere.

Consistently good service and lovely food. Really good value for the cooked breakfast offer as well. We often enjoy brunch at Côte because we know we won’t be disappointed.

We had a great meal from the early bird menu. Introduced 2 friends who were impressed. Good friendly service as ever plus the best creme caramel in town.

The excellence starts with the friendliest of greetings when we walked through the door and continued until we left. We have never had a bad meal here and their set menu is excellent value.

Nothing is ever perfect in this world, but our meal last night was very good with attentive staff as always. Will recommend any visitors to Norwich looking for a meal.

My wife and I are regulars at Norwich Cote. The food is always incredibly good and great value. The staff are welcoming and extremely friendly. A great restaurant

Restaurant ambience and decor was very nice, food was delicious when it finally arrived and a great portion, but unfortunately it did take over half an hr to arrive at our table despite us being 1 of 2 tables occupied in the whole place, and the other customer was already eating on our arrival. Staff were extremely pleasant however, just need to work on speed, but thankfully we were not in any major rush so it didn't ruin our experience..

Excellent service, delicious food, well presented. A very enjoyable time. Looking forward to returning in the near future and trying something else on the menu.
