The staff are always friendly and very helpful. The food as always is excellent and they are very obliging with mixing and matching. I am a regular customer and are always very pleased with my visit.

Good menu, buzzing restaurant, attentive staff. Busy on a sat night definitely need to book. Easy to find in centre of Norwich. Much bigger on inside than looks on outside.

Great venue, great atmosphere and great food. Different enough to feel special but reasonable enough to be affordable for any occasion or a casual rendezvous.

The weather was bad, and I had a cold. Nevertheless i enjoyed the evening: the welcome was warm and the waitress excellent. I had liver parfait, which was fine, though not exceptional, and steak frites, which was excellent. The wine was very good and not expensive. This is one of my top Norwich restaurants.

VERy nice post cinema. Excellent duck dish. Compliments wine excellent. Good reception and waitress service. We will continue to come regularly to this S branch.

The ratatouille starter was flavourful and very light. The charcuterie was petit but delicious. Main course chicken salad was disappointing. The steak frites and the apple crumble excellent. Excellent professional service.

We had a table of 6 and we were all 100% happy with everything. Great food, great service and the price was very reasonable - we will definitely be back.

We enjoyed our night out for 6 food and atmosphere was great but one main was cool and mine was not hot. We did receive the replacement dish in 7 minutes but obviously others had finished. We did receive a free bottle of wine in compensation but we also had an offer of a free bottle by email which was difficult to convert to reality at the table. We like Cote and will return. Thanks

A nice restaurant with a pleasant ambience, although not archetypally French. All four of us enjoyed our meal, but I felt the wine was a bit pricey. The service was rather slow.

I was there with three friends - we each ate the lunch time £13 95 menu with wine which set us back £100. I had the leeks vinaigrette which were very tough but I could not swallow them so had to deposit the residue on my plate - not nice. Reported to the waitress who did not offer any refund or replacement. One of the party left some of her chicken as it was too dry. She did not report it. Another friend had the tagliatelle which was tepid rather than hot. Not such a wonderful experience as usual.

The staff coped brilliantly with a rather lively adult family party of 8. The food was great and the atmosphere lovely. A very enjoyable evening all round!

Great service and lovely meal as always. Visited many times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food service is always friendly.

Table was booked for 8pm. Didn’t get seated until 8.30. We had to stand at the entrance in the way of waiting staff and diners.

After eating in Cote Bath I expected the same standards in Norwich. Although the Staff were very good and helpful, I had to send my steak back and the butter ordered with the steak was not what I had asked for (which I chose not to mention, as by the time my steak came back, my husband had finished his meal...). The table could have been a bit cleaner too. (Still had dried on sauce on it). I did not point this out, as I really wanted to have a nice time. I will be returning, as the Gluten free menu is exceptional and the overall experience was good.

Only £30 per person for a NY eve 4 course meal! Each course had by each person was perfect eg, fresh bass cooked to perfection, very tasty garlic prawns and great bean cassoulet. The crème caramel and Grand Marnier pancakes couldn't be faulted. A (presumably new) eastern European waiter had trouble understanding our order, but the problem was quickly rectified by the manageress. A delightful evening as usual. There was enough choice even on a limited menu. Thank you.

Lovely food and great service, however being seating near the door meant that my husband was cold every time the door opened. The door opened quite a lot with kitchen staff on breaks . Overall very good.

It is always a joy to eat at cote. Very friendly attentive waiting staff. And of course the food is consistently good. I would always recommend cote to friends. Just keep up the good work and will see you again soon

Delicious New Years Eve menu. Service on the night was excellent and surprisingly fast. Good atmosphere in the restaurant which was almost full when we dined at 7.30pm. We will definitely go again.

Lovely friendly staff but clearly incredibly busy.very allergy aware and helpful.We always enjoy eating there but felt portions were perhaps smaller than usual due to set New year menu.

Good food and service, but spoilt by being charged for drinks we never had approx £11.00. Checked bill when we got home- too dark to read it in restaurant and we trusted them to charge the correct amount. Have emailed the restaurant and awaiting a response. This is not first time this had happened at this particular restaurant.

As usual greeted with a warm welcome from all staff. Never rushed and had a very good meal,always love the calamari never overlooked and tough. Steak cooked to perfection and a wonderful ambience.

Decent food, wine and service but not amazing for the money. Great location and decor though, especially with lots of different areas to suit different groups / couples’ needs. Easy to book online. Feels overpriced.

A reliable chain for quality food and service. The Norwich branch was close to the city center and the food lived up to the standard we have experienced in other branches.

Good value quality and service even though just before Christmas

We came to Cote on Saturday 23rd of December. My husband, daughter and myself. Me and my daughter have been several times, but my husband had never been. He really enjoyed it, as we all did. I bought gift vouchers this year from you for friends for Christmas. Lovely place, nice atmosphere and really nice attentive friendly staff. Love it!!

My husband ordered a 1st course while I didn’t. But my main meal was brought with his 1st course. After a complain . It was taken back but brought back cold.

The meal was excellent as always. We really enjoyed our starters, main courses and lovely desserts. We hope to be back again soon, thank you.
