Great food very tasty fast service but good job we checked the bill we had £40 worth of drinks in our bill that we didn’t have but they soon rectified it and apologised so no problem after that

Food was good and nice atmosphere for a catch up with friends. One waitress seemed in a bit of a hurry and moved away from the table before we'd finished ordering but other than that, service was good. Would go again.

A pleasant experience, the food is excellent always of a consistent quality. This was the first time my Daughter and Grandson had been to the Restaurant and they were impressed.

We enjoyed a great meal to celebrate a family birthday. The menu offered a good range of choices to appeal to all tastes, including vegetarian, and all was cooked to perfection.

Another lovely evening at Cote Norwich. As always the food was great and the service excellent. The staff are really helpful and friendly. Never been disappointed yet!

As always, a super lunch! The atmosphere was great as was the food and wine - it’s a sure fire winning combination that appears to work. Keep up the good work.

Four of us had a lovely meal after we had been to the pictures,staff attentive without being overbearing,food reasonably priced on this occasion could not have asked for more.

Again our dinner at Cote was fabulous. Staff were being so nice and made our daughters birthday very special. She had a cake with a candle and sang for her. Very special!! Thank you to all staff..

Service was excellent and the staff friendly. The food was really good, especially the rib eye steak! We've eaten here a few times and always been pleased.

The staff were very friendly. The ambiance and food were very good. This was our second visit and we also benefitted from a free bottle of wine when we booked online.

Good food at value for money prices, the eight of us all had the monthly lunch menu and we all enjoyed it. All served by efficient and friendly staff.

Waiter was very helpful and went above and beyond. He kept checking if everything was ok and was very friendly. The food was delicious too!

Excellent food and choice, even for a picky foodie. Atmosphere and service was food. Overall a really good evening out and would certainly use again when in Norwich.

Having used Cote Norwich on several occasions in the past, I was somewhat disappointed this time. Several specifics:- We appreciate the complementary fresh water on the table, but this time it was almost warm - I had to ask for a replacement and was told that it was always served at room temperature. Our waitress then picked it up and agreed that it was too warm. Moule mariniere as a starter - excellent with only one out of many which was unopened. i.e. probably not alive. Sea Bass as a main - bland, overcooked and what can only be described as sloppy mashed pots - not up to standard. Creme caramel dessert - faultless - excellent. Wine - Bordeaux - OK. Overall therefore a bit below the standard we have come to expect - hence my mark.

Just wanted a good quick meal after the cinema. Easily got a table for two and were quickly served. Good choice on the menu but both had beef Bourgignone and a glass of red. Just the job.

The visit was excellent, in particular the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the service. The food was also of the quality we have come to expect from Cote.

I love this place! They do the Best steak ever (as a beef wholesalers daughter, that's saying something!), starters are amazingly tasty and staff are great!

Ver friendly and helpful staff, well priced good food. Easy to book online with few clicks on iPhone. I will definitely bee going back again very soon.

Love this place - I go regularly and it never disappoints. Service is excellent and food top quality. Always busy whatever time of day you go but staff very efficient. Their two/three course menu is excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

food was okay, the service provider was polite, however it all felt very rushed, breakfast and drinks for 3, in and out in less than 1/2 hour. it appeared to be more about the carousel rather than the customer.

Good lunch time venue, food very good although choice today was not what I expected. More chicken and fish dishes please, coffee very good and service very good.

The Haddock Parmentier was not as described. There was very little haddock and couldn't trace any gruyère cheese. It was full of peas which was not in the description. I felt embarrassed as I'd bought two friends because I've always had a good experience at this restaurant.

We did not like the way there was automatic gratuities added to the bill. We prefer to tip our waitress according to the service we received which was excellent.

We went for our fifth anniversarty meal. The food was devine, very quick to the table and the staff were so helpful, especially with recommendations. Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

Delicious French breakfast...piping hot and very tasty ! It was mother's day brunch and the restuarant was extremely busy but the service is always fab and the food is always delicious !

Service was a little slow. Dessert order taken whilst I was returning from the toilet and i was standing by the table and whilst my friend was still in the toilet!

I took my mum here for lunch and we both loved the food. Good wine selection and nice decor too. Would definitely come back again.

The service was excellent . Pork belly was lovely. The cod goujons were a little dry and overcooked. There were several tables of groups of female diners in our area and we found the atmosphere a bit noisy. Staff were excellent and attentive.

Despite being part of a chain, Cote Brasserie is consistently one of the best places to eat in Norwich. Wonderful value, extensive choice with lovely monthly specials and overall yummy food. Service has always been top notch too.

Today our dining experience was second to none. Lovely friendly service and the creme caramel was out of this world ! Thank you for our complimentary meal which has restored our faith.
