Lovely friendly staff great food and lively atmosphere. Very helpful with allergy information .Good sense of humour and fun staff who seem to enjoy their jobs

Very enjoyable meal as usual. Staff were not as attentive as they usually are but we were approaching Christmas so made allowances for this shortfall.

Always enjoy Cote,think one of best chains.Good service,delicious well cooked beautifully presented food.Set menus excellent to,with plenty of choice.Would highly reccomend to anyone,also often have good offers for regular customers.

Fantastic food good atmosphere. Service from Chris was very professional. Food came to the table hot and and placed down like a very professional person he is.

Great food with great service . Couldn’t fault anything and the people are so accommodating . We keep on coming back and have been a loyal customer !

Overall a good experience. Just a little slow in bringing water and aperitif. As regular diners I would say that this is unusual and probably because the restaurant was busy.

Really on the ball hostess who showed us to the table - knew we were vegetarian/vegan & was super helpful with the menus. Great food (and very inexpensive before 7pm) & fast, unobtrusive service - with a smile. Very impressive place, will recommend and come again. Thank you.

Lovely meal in relaxed environment, with excellent service (again!). The Xmas lunch menu was excellent value and very tasty, and all four diners were delighted with the meal.

Good food was enjoyed by everyone at our table, the staff available seemed rushed off their feet with some large Christmas parties. No crackers available for small tables come on Cote don’t be so stingy after all it is the festive time of year.

The restaurant was very busy just before Christmas, however my main course (steak) had zero flavour and the chips served were cold. No one came near to ask if the food was OK, on clearing the plate with most of the food left on it the waitress still did not ask why I had left so much food. The restaurant seemed understaffed for the number of diners. I did have the cost of my main course refunded when I complained to the manager.

We enjoy every visit to Cote Norwich. Staff efficient and friendly, food as usual excellent. Rather noisy for a Sunday lunch this time but good to see families getting together.

Food was great and service good. Central location. Enjoyed our scallops, fillet steak and duck. Also glasses of Sauvignon blanc. All in all, a good experience.

Three people had booked lunch of whom two ate fish or were vegetarian. There were no options on the 'weekend specials' menu to cater for these so we had no choice but to choose from the main menu. We were also surprised that of the weekend specials menu, two options were beef which is a meat that a number of meat eaters are trying to avoid in favour of other meats. Apart from this. service was its usually high standard and this will not put me off coming again although it may put off the vegetarian!

As always a very enjoyable experience. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. I regularly come here as I know I will never be disappointed in the experience.

Excellent as always. Very good food, very well presented by a friendly staff who found time to chat to customers. The gluten free food choices were also excellent not ams some places onevitem here we had a full gf menu

When is Côte not good?? Again everything just right. Always look for them when we travel about as always great for a good meal out. Perfect again

As always a very enjoyable visit to Cote in Norwich. We only had breakfast ie full English and for the colic in the family guten free full English all superbly cooked and served

Great food. The Toulouse sausages on the veggie menu were new to me and delicious. Creme caramel as good as ever. Staff friendly and attentive as they always are.

Consistently good value set menu. Efficient and courteous staff. Warm and comfortable surroundings. I would definitely recommend Cote brasserie to my friends as I have never been disappointed.

Excellent busy restaurant the staff were very good and attentive. The food was well cooked and presented, my wife has some dietary problems and these were accomadated by the kitchen

We had a great meal at Cotes, like always. It was a perfect way to end our shopping trip in Norwich. The food was great. Highly recommended!

Brilliant service as always.Friendly attentive and keen to help. First course steak tattar really good and the Bretton fish stew was really lovely. I have never had a bad meal here. House red wine lovely.

The food was very good and good-value-for-money, and the service polite, friendly, helpful and efficient. I thought that the relatively small numbers of staff on duty worked hard and well at a busy time, but their task would have been easier with one or two more colleagues.

Everything was very good. Offered a choice of tables. The waitress was unobrusive but attentive. The food was delivered quickly and was very nicely presented. Most importantly it was all delicious! A very enjoyable experience.

Consistent good service and food. Can recommend unreservedly.My partner also was impressed with the tall waiter! Shame that I am only 5ft 9”. Never mind!

Despite the restaurant bring rather full it was a very comfortable and the service was extremely good. Food was lovely and the overall experience was enjoyable.

It was our first time at the Norwich Côte, and we loved it. Food was delicious, and service excellent. We ate the half Breton chicken and the pork tenderloin - both were gorgeous. Washed down with a bottle of good red wine - what more could anyone want?

We had a great meal as usual, but l want to make this comment regarding allergies. My grandson, aged 3 loves eating in this restaurant, but after telling waitress of his allergies including dairy he had sausages and chips with lemon sorbet, but the sausages came with carrots with butter. PLEASE ask your chefs to note allergies.

Excellent food, service. We both had boeuf bourgignon and it was delicious. An excellent place to go after a shopping day. Wonderful service from all waiters.

As always Côte delivers a great meal at a very competitive price

Delicious meal in a welcoming and friendly location (again!). We regularly eat here, often having one of the set menus (which are excellent value), but they are not offered at the weekend. The weekend specials are limited in choice but the a la carte menu is extensive and delicious (though more pricey). Enjoyable meal.

My moules frites and tarte aux citron were delicious, and the staff were very attentive to one of our party who is gluten and dairy intolerant. However, the two people who had burgers said their buns were burnt. Otherwise, service was very good and food was tasty. Really lovely atmosphere and nicely decorated restaurant.

Another great experience at Cote Norwich. The staff were very accommodating, and the food was tasty like always. Highly recommend a visit. 10 out of 10!
