Staff at Cote Norwich are lovely, pleasant and professional. Food was excellent, even better than usual.

Superb dinner, with very delicious food, and at a very reasonable price. We will be back.

Restaurant was noisy although not full. Staff a little too attentive at times with interruptions. Starter and main served in quick succession, both eaten within 45 minutes of arriving. One of the steaks unable to cut even with a steak knife and the sauce in a jug was cold. Also, I do not agree with the 12.5% tip being automatically added.

Efficient but unhurried service. Delicious freshly cooked food. Air conditioning very welcome in this 30 degree weather.

We were warmly greeted by all the lovely staff, given a choice of tables and waited on faultlessly. Our food was served very efficiently and was cooked to perfection. When we return to Norwich we will certainly eat here again and highly recommend Cote Norwich.

Always excellent service. Really enjoyable meal cooked well. Carrots are often under cooked for my taste but asked for them well done this time and they were perfect. Never too subservient, always on the ball. Very pleasant staff. We return often for a reason! Thank you

We had a truly amazing experience when we visited. From start to finish the staff were very welcoming, friendly and made us feel very relaxed. Our table was lovely and decorated and set up for us which added to our special evening. The food was amazing and arrived in a great amount of time. Our waiter was very kind and helpful and very attentitive with topping our glasses and making sure we were having a nice time. Overal it was really lovely and made our evening we will be back again.

We came for an early celebrationl lunch for our anniversary. The meal as always was excellent. My wife always feels safe with gluten free at Cote. Today thanks to Chris and staff for making it so extra special.

Good service ...however if you’re offering a two/three course meal, then I feel the main should be far more substantial, it felt a bit like we were hooked in for the £11.50 deal, only to find you really needed to have ‘sides’ to make it into a meal, one if my personal pet hates, I deliberately avoid restaurants that do this. Unfortunately we had the sea bream, which although cooked well, was unexciting and bland. We didn’t have the sides as that was our budget and left feeling hungry. Quite frankly there are places selling very good quality food for less.

We always enjoys our visits to Cote Norwich. The staff were friendly and the service was efficient and most importantly, the food was great.

Excellent food in very pleasant surroundings. Our waiter was especially attentive and sensitive, particularly as two of our party have special dietary needs.

Professional, friendly welcome. Clean. Good service, nice food. Decor was underwhelming, very sparse and brown. No pictures on the walls, no flowers on the tables. So basic. No music, no atmosphere. Would not return, because of the decor. Look at the decor and atmosphere at the Ivy for virtually the same price. Do not like the added service charge.

Lovely evening great service and food. Unfortunately the table was close to the coffee machine/bar area which did create a rather high level of noise especially as I had a older person dining with me you know what these old folk are like!!!!

Good food, good environment, lovely waitress. However, we ordered olives and bread for starters and as we started to eat them our mains arrived? No time to wait and enjoy our starters. If I wanted this service, I would have gone to a fast food restaurant. Also, adding a concessionary service charge to a bill? Had it removed. We are not in France, staff get paid, and I choose whom gets a "tip", if any. I had it removed and chose to give it direct to the waitress. As for the dessert, for the price nothing there. To wind this up, there are plenty of other, good value restaurants out there, in this competitive market. Will I eat there again? Maybe.

Staff were excellent - food was good - pleasant ight.

Good service from staff seated early. Food for myself was not as good as previous experiences . It’s ( duck cherry sauce not as nice and creme brûlée was not set quite enough) husband enjoyed his meal though. Seated in different area and table far too close to next table felt as though we could not have a conversation between ourselves.

Was lovely afternoon meal. Waiters were very attentive and very friendly with our 2 year old. Our meal was exceptional and experience was delightful. Have been for breakfast a few times but never for dinner, will defiantly come again.
