Côte Norwich

This was my friend and I’s first visit. Lovely food, really attentive service. we will definitely be back soon. Thank you again for the great service.

We arrived early after seeing a show at Norwich Theatre Royal, but that was no problem, a friendly welcome greeted us and we received attentive service and weren't rushed. There was a good choice of food to suit all the family, plus free drinks courtesy of our theatre tickets, which was a bit of a bonus. It was fairly quiet, being early evening, so we enjoyed a relaxed atmosphere. Would definitely come again.

Beautifully organised, delicious food from a jolly good menu with a lovely French feel to the experience. Very thoughtful staff who made sure our evening went well.

Excellent food choice and atmosphere. Ordered starters and mains from set menu which arrived quickly. Complimentary water. Good customer service. Food was tasty and hot. Would definitely come again. Only negative was that the toilets were absolutely freezing!! - but this is certainly nit picking and didn't detract from the experience.

Love this Restaurant, is a really nice atmosphere, always great service and the food is superb from Course to Course. Had the Roasted Duck Main for the 2nd time in a week (Fantastic) and is most definitely the best Crepe Dessert I’ve ever had. We will definitely keep returning. Antony.

Had a great meal with complimentary blood orange martinis. Delicious. Also had theatre ticket for complimentary kir royal - honoured as well! Very impressed. Thank you.

Had an amazing lunch! The staff were incredible and went all out for my dads birthday. They went above and beyond. One of the best places to eat in Norwich. 10/10

Lovely staff, fantastic food- super tasty wine. No rush to finish. We had a really lovely afternoon. Have been a few times now and every time has been a really enjoyable one. Very child friendly staff!

The restaurant was very busy, as very convenient for two theatres pre-dining, but we were served really quickly in the time we had. We came straight from work so only had a limited time. We were served very quickly and reached our performance on time.

Good food, good service, good value good atmosphere - what more could we ask? Food arrived in a timely fashion too so nothing to complain about!

The restaurant Cote is my favourite, only once has it failed to live up to my expectations.Today it was great the food was first class as was the service, the staff are also so friendly and polite and make you very welcome. Thanks so much. Mr Messer

Good food at reasonable prices. All day flexible eating very convenient. Good choices for different palates and good choice of drinks too. Have used chain many times in different locations.

Daniel, Iona and the team made us feel very welcome even though we were late night post theatre customers. The food arrived promptly and was very tasty indeed. We shared a calamari starter then had the charcuterie platter and endive, walnut and blue cheese salad. It was a very pleasant experience and we are looking forward to visiting the restaurant again next time we're in the city. Many thanks to all staff both front of house and working in the kitchen.

We booked online requesting a table by the window which was laid out for us when we arrived. The service and food was excellent as always, by far our favourite restaurant in Norwich.

I have now had three bad meals at Côte, two in Norwich, one in Cambridge. Having been such a good customer of your restaurant l shall not Be returning very often.

Long wait for order to be taken and when the table next to us was vacated, it was 15 mins before dirty plates etc were cleared, which was unpleasant. The lighting was also much too bright, which did not create an intimate or relaxing atmosphere. The food, however, was very good, as usual and staff friendly.

I cannot rate our experience highly enough. Not only was the food absolutely delicious, every member of staff was welcoming, friendly, extremely helpful and knowledgeable! When we asked for the bill, they accidentally charged for our complimentary bottle of wine, and we didn't even have to mention it before another waitress brought a new bill without a seconds hesitation! We will certainly be coming back again! Thank you

A lovely evening from start to finish! Booking easy online. On arrival we were taken straight to our table. Attentive staff but not pushy. Lovely food and pleasant atmosphere. Will definitely be returning! Thank you

My husband and I had a very nice lunch yesterday. The best meal out for a long time. Service was friendly and the restaurant pleasant with clean toilet facilities.( very important to have clean loos !!) will return soon.

We were a group of 15, service was friendly and efficient, only comment I would make was around checking whether people were ok for drinks. All meals arrived at the same time, so excellent. Food was very tasty and good value for money. Overall a very nice experience.

The food and service are always 5 star. We love to dine at Côte Norwich and today’s brunch was just as great. They’re also very child friendly.

Really enjoyed the meal,have lived in Norwich for 4 years and this was our first visit.It is a really busy place, but great service and very friendly. I had signed up to the news letter, so we had a free bottle of wine to share with friends while there. Great evening had by all, and also reasonably priced. Would certainly go again.

We had a wonderful experience, couldn't fault the whole evening. As visitors to Norwich and having been to the Cote in Eaton, we are rather hoping you will open up in our city of Carlisle!

Ladies pre fashion show supper, Food was served quickly as requested , piping hot and delicious. The staff are delightful ,so helpful and engaging .Great place for pre/post cinema supper.

I had the May special menu and the chicken was the worst meal I’ve had in a very long time. It was a plate of bones! Hideous.

Chose from March offer menu. Disappointing Pear salad starter with virtually no pear or goats cheese - portion control taken right back to create a budget solution. Main course cod was ok but nothing special. And again deliberately small portion size compared to usual fare. Service ok but not as good as Bury St Edmunds.

Butternut squash was like mush, steak like leather sole although asked for rate. Bill was wrong, plus was nearly charged the optional 12.5% gratuity. When bill came back correctly and was about to pay, server tried to charge again for optional gratuity. Disappointing experience. Won’t go back in a hurry.
