Booking on-line without problem, welcome and service spot on ... attentive without being intrusive. Our friends visiting Norwich from afar were most impressed. Thanks everyone!

Most of the meal was very enjoyable, 4 we’re pleased with their three courses, but 2 thought their main course, butternut squash risotto, was not so good. It was very bland and watery. That apart it was an enjoyable evening.

The menu choices, the quality of the food, the service, the surroundings were all really lovely. My only slight grumble is the 12.5% service charge added to the bill - I would have tipped anyway, but just resent the presumption of putting it on the bill. But that is obviously a company policy and shouldn't detract from the excellent staff in the Norwich branch.

Friendly staff and excellent service would definitely recommend the French toast with fruit salad such a great start to the day. Would like to visit again for an evening meal

Good food. Friendly staff. Maybe time for some new menu choices as we go quite regularly it would be nice to see something different. This includes the desserts.

Great service, atmosphere and delicious food. Will definitely be returning staff were very helpful throughout the whole evening. Menu choice was good something for everyone.

Very poor in bringing out all the meals together. Waited ages for the Gluten free meal( - both starter and main). Steak frites steak was cold but as waited so long did not want to wait for all meals to be re done.

All fine but one guest a vegetarian but was not shown a menu or asked if one or more of the party were vergetrians which would have been best

Cote Brasserie May be a chain, but they are a very good one. Excellent menu, attentive service and a restaurant with a good ambience. Prices are very reasonable too.

Excellent evening, met and greeted by maitre de who was spot on. Two glasses of kir royals as it was my birthday, thank you. Food was lovely thoroughly recommend the lamb. Followed by complimentary crime caramel, plus a candle, nice touch. We keep coming back, see you soon, thanks again. Sue G

We both had the onion soup which was excellent but the crouton in the soup was so hard and overcooked it was totally inedible. Apart from this small detail the rest of the meal and service was excellent.

We went for a pre-cinema supper, booked the table at 7pm and sat down at 8pm. Service was excellent and food too. My husband enjoyed his wine and we shared a dessert. We left after what felt like a leisurely dinner. Thank you.

This restaurant always provides pleasant surroundings and today was just the same. Great food with good service. There was a nice variety of menu options albeit a little pricey

Very nice as usual. Good food and service. Pleasant atmosphere. Cote always feels like a proper French Brasserie, despite being part of a chain. A visit to Cote is always a pleasure.

Have to say it was not as good as usual, waitress didn't appear to listen, served wrong drinks, steak over cooked as she misheard rare for well done. But it still nice and the food was good, quickly served

Excellent service as always. Got a free bit of butter with the terrine. Offered me somewhere to have a post prandial lie down! No pillows though!

We had a great time. Really tasty lunch and served efficiently and with friendliness. Salmon fish cakes with super sauce followed by creme caramel and coffee. Faultless.

Meal excellent, service very good too. I don't like the assumption that I will pay the 12.5% service charge, would rather have service not included and pay on what the service is like on the day? In this case would have probably paid more than the 12.5%.

Excellent friendly, efficient service; nice ambience with decent background music; you choose where you sit; and good food that has a genuine French feel, that comes quickly to table.

Lovely food and friendly service, however empty glasses and bottles could be cleared instead of building up on the table, apart from that tiny thing, really enjoyable evening :)

Very tasty breakfast! Unfortunately there was no 'boudin noir' on this occasion, but otherwise we enjoyed our breakfast very much. We would certainly have breakfast at Cote again.

we often eat at Cote and we love it, this time we booked breakfast this is always a lovely calm affair. The staff are se professional and always friendly. my husband always has the eggs benedict its his favourite. If in norwich try this place , its a lovely building and you won't be disappointed.

Great food as usual. Cote never disappoints I appreciate very much their Gluten-Free menu and the care taken to ensure that I do not come into contact with any gluten because, being a Coeliac, this would make me extremely ill.

Pleasant meal. Staff member had no knowledge of Reward scheme. Had a question so sent email some days ago. No reply yet. Still waiting! Needs better customer response.

A truely excellent lunch. The Chicken was succulent and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Great service and complimentary champagne to celebrate for friends bridesmaid shopping trip.

First time at this restaurant but will not be the last. Everything was correct from the moment we walked in, through the welcome .. setting .. waitresses .. menu choice and of course the quality of food.

As always the food choice and quality was top class. Our only quibble is the 12.5% optional service charge added to the bill. We always give a gratuity but don't like to see it on the bill.

Pleasant decor without loud background music. The menu was varied and appealing and the food of good quality. The service was excellent and we would definitely visit again.

Food was excellent as always. We found our waitress to be a little abrupt otherwise I would have marked it higher. Very good selection of gluten free food.

No set menu at weekend so slightly more expensive then but food lovely. Very tasty. Asked about desert wines but staff struggled to describe flavours etc. However, offered tastings and ordered our favourite accordingly. Nice touch. The staff work hard for their included service charge and make the experience very pleasant.

Lovely evening for my 60th birthday ,all staff very pleasant and efficient ,lovely meal ,especially enjoyed the free bottle of wine will be back soon !!

The restaurant is well situated for the city centre. Good choice of well priced menus with wide selection of wines. Lively atmosphere, children friendly and efficient service. Not a fan of the 12.5 % ‘discretionary’ service charge added to bill automatically

Good attentive service without being pressured. Not rushed. Delicious food at a reasonable price with a good choice, including vegetarian, specials and early diner menus.

Cote is one of my favourite restaurants in Norwich serving a good range of food which is well cooked and presented. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the layout of the restaurant very pleasant.

The food was delicious and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. The only thing that we didn’t like was the fact that they automatically added 12% service charge to the bill which we changed. The noise level was perfect except that we had a loud annoying man sat at the table next to us-there’s always one!

Great experience, the staff are always very friendly in the Norwich restaurant. The cod goujons and frites are really delicious but the mussels were also very good.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and attractively presented. We had a pleasant and relaxing experience. We will happily recommend this Cote restaurant to our friends.

Fab food with great service! You really can't go wrong if you choose Cote brasserie we have always been very happy with everything that we have had.

Nice meal out.....I would recommend. Only criticism......it is a tad dark lighting wise for me.....but only a minor complaint Would return if in area no problem.

We were here for a few days break and stumbled upon cote we just wish we found them earlier, fantastic staff fantastic food no fuss no waiting for our meal highly recommend

Friendly welcome on arrival, nice ambiance, excellent service and delicious food and drink at a reasonable price. Couldn't ask for anything more. Would definitely recommend.

Really enjoyed our visit to Côte Norwich- effecient friendly and knowledgeable service, food perfectly cooked to order and good lighting which set the mood nicely. Thoroughly recommended!

Never disappoints, check in efficient, table ready, prompt service. Good variety of food, and delicious when it arrives. Always enough waiting on tables and you can be as quick or as slow as you like. Highly recommend.
