We come a lot.....my husband had a lovely bouef bourgignon, but l chose pork tenderloin . The meat was cut wrongly and was very tough.

As always a very enjoyable lunch.staff as ever happy and efficient but still with time to chat. Food was very well prepared and served,the cod was a thick succulent steak cooked to perfection

Nice atmosphere. Relaxed service which suits us - friendly and informal. We got what we ordered which was simple and no pressure to add dishes etc. Food was very good - simple, fresh and unpretentious. Good quality ingredients. Does what it says well. Will make it a mainstay.

As usual the staff were so friendly and helpful,the food superb, and the ambience very relaxed. On this occasion my party of four intended staying for over 2.5 hours before moving on to a very important appointment. Our waitress arranged for suitable intervals between courses meaning that we had our coffees just before leaving extremely relaxed. As for the food, I have eaten in wonderful restaurants of all sizes and cuisines all over the world for many years and I have to say that my swordfish today was probably the best ever. All my party thoroughly enjoyed the experience and we will be back.

Enjoyed an early evening dinner. There was a cheerful, relaxed atmosphere. The staff were prompt, friendly and polite. The meal was nice. Would go again.

Cote is one of my favourite Norwich restaurants which I go to often. The food is always very good with a specials menu and a la carte. The service is friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is nice too. A good place for brunch lunch or dinner.

As always the restaurant was excellent with a happy feel created by friendly attentive staff at the same time not losing efficiency. The food was good with Toulouse sausages with lentils very good

We went with friends having been before on a number of occasions was again very pleased to say that the food and service was excellent. Clearly not a Michelin Star restaurant but superb value for money. The staff are very very good, planning to go again soon.

We love cote . You get fantastic service and really good food. The staff are very friendly , daniel is a very good manager with a good sense of humour. We go here for dinner and at other times breakfast both are fabulous .

We regularly visit Cote and always have a nice meal. The atmosphere and service is second to non. We always recommend to friends if they want to go somewhere which is relaxed and not expensive.

Meal as always excellent unfortunately due to staff shortages the normally friendly atmosphere was lacking delays to clearing tables next to us gave the feeling of being iin a transport cafe but we still will keep going

Everytime I go to Cote I know I will have a superb meal and the staff are so friendly. I love Norwich Cote as it is one restaurant where the noise levels are minimum and I can hold a conversation without having to shout. Lovely decor lovely people

The staff and atmosphere were, as always, first class. We tried some menu items which were different from our usual favourites (from the January special menu). While they were tasty and well presented, they rather missed the mark for our taste - the first time in many visits.

Another great experience at Cote. Met up with two friends who hadn’t been before and they will certainly be going again. The staff are very friendly and the choice of food very good and served hot and appetising.

Food and service excellent. We knew it would be as have been before. My only thing I don't like is automatically adding tip to the bill . I always ask for it to be removed and then leave the waiter a tip personally. I am older and old fashioned!

Bearing in mind that it was New Year's Eve the service from staff was good. Several of our party did not wish to order all three courses, which was obligatory as it was a set menu for the evening. We spoke with the manager on duty that evening and he arranged for an amendment to be made to our final bill. The food was of its usual high standard. All in all it was an excellent way to start our evening's celebrations
