1st visit Cote' Norwich in 2020 starts as 2019 ended with a purfect greeting, service and a superb meal. Tasty parsnip soup, served piping hot. Thank you everyone.

Fantastic service and great good, really pleased to have celebrated my birthday with my family here.

We enjoyed our meal and the service was great. We asked for a bit more time to finish choosing and were left a little too long before being allowed to order. In that time the tables either side of us filled up and got served. Should have ordered quicker.

We booked a table for 9.15 but as we were walking past popped in at 8.30 to see if we could come any earlier. We were offered a table right away, however it had not been wiped and pest up for the next people. No cutlery or napkins and candle was finished. Service was prompt and waiter very polite. Food was nice, lack of crepe fraiche in starter, but mains were nice. Did note rate the crepe at all and left most of it. This was our first time at this restaurant and I would not rush to go again. Was a very last minute booking as nowhere else had availability. Waiter was very friendly but atmosphere and setting was not brilliant

Great pre-theatre meal from a lovely, highly personable team. Norwich Cote punches above its weight - genuine, super-attentive service with attention to detail and excellent food - Chateau Briand was perfectly cooked. Please pass this feedback on to a very hard-working and honest team.

We use Cote quite often and have never been disappointed with the quality of food or service and was very pleased with the complimentary drinks on this occasion as it was fir my birthday.

Our waiter was fantastic, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name but nothing ever seemed to be an issue. Little cold sitting near the door.

Amazing food, good service and a very nice place to eat in general. However towards the end of the evening when we got our bill, it stated that we had an optional service charge (12.5%) however when coming to pay for this via card we weren’t given the option.

Generally very enjoyable .....Food good and nice atmosphere ...service variable. The waiter was excellent ...Senior female member of staff somewhat brisk and intolerant....overall we enjoyed our short evening food stop

The thing about Cote Norwich is the staff. Exceptional welcome every time. Lovely people who have created real warmth in this restaurant. Long may it flourish

We have been to the one in Cirencester and really liked the dining experience, did not realise there was one right on our door step. Booked up for New Year’s Eve dinner and was not disappointed with either the meal or the the service.

Great staff and overall experienced. Efficient service and good quality food. Great three course set menu with full size portions. Staff have brilliant wine knowledge and happy to help. For a chain restaurant it is authentic french cuisine and one of our favourite places in Norwich.

The service and food exceptional. All members of party enjoyed the food and ambience.

The Ravioli was just wonderful. Waiter was entertainingly twirly. Friendly. Speedy without being pushy. Perfect for before theatre. Check back of tickets in Norwich for deal on Kir Royal.
