Lovely food , service was too rushed though wanted a relaxed meal felt they wanted us out too quickly , but the staff were helpful and kind

A great atmosphere in the Norwich restaurant last night and although every table was taken the staff were always attentive and efficient. The food was excellent too!

We had an amazing meal, food was impeccable service was superb too

it was very quiet so this did not help the atmosphere. one thing that did not make us happy was the overall cleanliness of the restaurant. The little table lamps beside us had not been cleaned in a long time, likewise the beading on the wood paneling,the bases of the tables all looked like a deep clean would do no harm. the staff worked hard and were very friendly but management could have a look around them.

Your staff are very professional, and charming as usual. I and my wife had the pork belly - there are chefs at 5 star restaurants across the country who only dream of making it as good! Thanks for the kir by the way.

Couldn't fault it. Staff attentive and very polite, food excellent. We booked on line and they were expecting us. A lovely evening will be happy to go again

Excellent meal and service, went for Lunch with friends and all have a great meal.

Always welcoming and helpful to explain anything we question on the menu . The staff are all lovely especially Jenny. The restaurant is clean and a very comfortable atmosphere.

Good service, we’ll delivered and tasty food. Good venue for a busy Saturday lunchtime away from the crowds but close enough to the shops. Will definitely be back.

Prompt, polite and professional service; tasty food at very reasonable prices. A busy hum of activity without the noise levels being intrusive. Excellent experience overall - we shall return!

Yet again an excellent lunch, with good food, well served, and a terrific ambience. I cannot praise your staff too highly and will continue to recommend Cote to friends and other acquaintances.

We eat at Côte Brasserie in Norwich regularly ie twice a month, for breakfast and dinner and are never disappointed. Staff are excellent; courteous, friendly, helpful and professional. We think the staff here are probably the best we have ever had in any restaurant. Today I requested no black pudding. 'Would you like something else instead?' came the reply. And I ordered another field mushroom. They are just so lovely. The food is always on time, looks appetising, is always well presented and flavoursome. And not over-priced. I have nothing else to add except well done everyone and I look forward to our next visit!

A wonderful Sunday Evening experience. This was our first visit to Côte Norwich and we would like to extend our thanks to Daniel and Alex for making us feel so welcome. The menu provided so many options and the food and drink was well presented and absolutely delicious. It was evident from returning customers on the evening that the staff are genuinely welcoming to all and create a truly friendly atmosphere. It is clear to see that customer satisfaction is of top importance to the staff at Norwich and they should be congratulated on the wonderful service and atmosphere they provide, we left feeling like old friends.

Love this restaurant - great atmosphere & fantastic food! Really good menu choice - pork belly & sea bass were both delicious. Booked with Yellow Rewards scheme & the offer of a complimentary bottle of wine was the icing on the cake! Definitely coming back again many times!!

Exceptionally warm and convivial service from friendly staff. Excellent value set menus that in no way compromise on quality. Ideal location for cinema goers at Norwich Picture House, before or after a film.

We try to visit once a month and always enjoy great service and wonderful selection of specials from your menu. Nothing is to much trouble for the staff , they are so helpful. You are never rushed , can take your time between courses and enjoy the atmosphere . Looking forward to booking again soon.

Perfect place for lunch with my mother and mother in law! Had the set 2 course lunch menu, exceptional value for money, prompt but unobtrusive service and the best creme brûlée we’d ever eaten! Will definitely return, well done to the great staff!

We eat at Cotes every month, and booking on line you receive a complimentary cocktail of the mouth which is always fabulous, as is the food, service and atmosphere.

Excellent food and service. We moved tables as where we initially were seated was too noisy as the music speaker was above my head. Lamb cooked pink rare just as my husband ordered and the haddock I had was a thick piece of fish which was perfectly cooked with the most delicious of beure blanc sauce. Very attentive waiting staff. We eat out at least once a week and I would rate Côte Brasserie as the best of the chain restaurants in Norwich. Definitely will be visiting on a regular basis.
