Love this place.unfortuantley my steak was not cooked to the way I had ordered.but the staff went out of there way to make sure that I left the resteraunt a happy customer

Excellent food and service. Could not be faulted. We booked our seat but on arrival requested a quieter seat away from restaurant main door and booking area this was given immediately.

I've eaten here several times and each time I'm impressed. The restaurant ambience is good and the food delicious. There is also an understanding that you can make delicious food that everyone can eat that is GF. Most of the menu is GF (including the desserts) which leaves the dilemma of what to have. This, is a rarety! What makes it stand out, however, is the staff. They are outstanding.

We told the waiter we were going to the theatre afterwards and needed to be out promptly. He was very good and the food was brought in good time and was delicious. The only downside was one guest's glass of white wine was a lot more expensive than she thought when she ordered it.

Dining at Cote Newcastle is always a pleasure. Consistently good food and service in a lovely environment and my coeliac husband can relax and enjoy almost the entire menu. People with food allergies are not treated like freaks here.

We have visited Cote many times the food and service are always excellent.

Our waiter Ryan was excellent making us feel very welcome and his service was efficient and friendly. The food was beautiful and we really appreciated the complimentary vodka martini. We will be back soon.

Highly enjoyable evening. We were late in arriving but the staff kept our table. Excellent food - and sensibly priced wines - and we were especially impressed with the waiting staff all of whom had the time to pass the time of day with us with a social word or two. We were uncertain of which white wine to choose so the waiter immediately produced tasters of three different ones. The space between tables gave a calm atmosphere and permitted easy conversation without force. All these things add to the pleasure and success of an evening, and encourage return visits.

All 3 courses were delicious. Friendly service in the restaurant - and from the booking staff.
