Côte Muswell Hill

We had to move tables because there was a very noisy party near us at the first table. But staff were very helpful and the food was excellent, and plenty of it.

The manager was lovely and fitted us in. Unfortunately there was a very noisy family who were good spirited but noisy. The poor manager had to keep moving people out of the room they were in.

A really lovely meal and fantastic service (especially given that we were in a rush!). Very reassuring with allergens and a great experience all round!

Every time me and my partner have the time, we always find ourselves taking a trip to coat. From the exceptional customer service to the exceptional value set menu, it is such a fantastic experience every time.

Good food, space for a quiet chat and prompt friendly service.

Excellent evening in Muswell Hill Côte as always. We enjoyed roquefort and endive, and tuna carpaccio starters with sea bass and mushroom mains. Loved the complimentary martini cocktails that came via participation in the Côte rewards scheme. Friendly helpful service. Really good value.

Delightful friendly staff who made my grandaughter’s 12th birthday a special occasion. Scrumptious meal too!

The food and service were faultless. We had the French Martini which was delicious and the Poulet Grille - my new favourite. The staff are so welcoming and always take great care of us.

Good standard and nice ambience. Great service. Main meal was too salty. Honed down to onions being the problem. My first course of calamari was too much volume. French onion soup very good.

Excellent food, lovely service which was attentive without being intrusive. A few complimentary olives or some bread on the table would’ve been a nice touch but otherwise perfect. Very impressive vegetarian menu.

We enjoyed the usual courtesy and good service accompanied by an enjoyable meal and drinks. We shall certainly be back and continue to recommend COTE to our friends.

Had Sunday lunch with the family and was pleasantly surprised on how how good the food was and well we served.

Very good until one of the main meals was not ordered and arrived late and the sides arrived too early. Other than that it was very nice . When the food arrived it was all good . Good service and nice staff.

Booked as a birthday treat for mine and my sisters birthdays. Mum came too and we had a lovely evening.

I had an amazing service! Staff on floor was grate but kitchen messy up for me. Food was tasty but not done up to the standards. Pork belly wasn't krispy , beans wasn't cooked at all. My waitress is new in the company but very bubbly and bride. Good luck to all amazing management and staff.

Really enjoyed my evening with you. Generally things were well price but I had seen a programme on how the management keep the service charge and don’t distribute it to staff, also taking any cash tips that are left and paying minimum wage, while also asking the staff to say the opposite to customers! The staff are a major reason that I come back and I would have liked to have left a tip that I knew would go to them. When I explained the situation with Cote tips and service to my mother she was quite upset. Another relaxing brunch at Cote, a breakfast and a weekend special. Service with a smile and no hurry. Lovely end to the weekend.

A long story - the restaurant manager discussed it all with us at the time. He said he would be discussing the matter with the staff concerned on the following Monday.

Always reliable for great food, October menu very good, cocktail fabulous. Perfect lunch, great ambience and lovely staff.

Unfortunately they had run out of two of the specials, which was what I wanted to order. It was noisier than usual and had trouble hearing each other. Staff were as attentive as always even though it was obvious they were under staffed. Manageress was especially great as she did tell us that they had run out of the two specials but made sure that we were happy with what we had and helped make our night.

Good food; good service, as always at Cote. Will come again.

We were so well looked after by all of the staff and they picked up the fact we were there for an anniversary and surprised us all with a lovely chocolate soufflé decorated with a message. We always go to the cote in Muswell Hill and are never disappointed

As usual very good food and service. It has now become a regular venue for us.

Food was really poor. We waited ages and poached eggs were over cooked.

Friendly staff, great food and brilliant atmosphere. A firm favourite.

Nicely decorated restaurant. Food was quite nice though the portions were small for the early evening fixed menu. The reasonable prices for the fixed menus suddenly did not feel like good value for money due to small portion sizes. Staff were friendly though service was slow considering it was not very busy.

Would have made it 5 stars but once again run out of stuff on a Sunday evening.

We enjoyed our leisurely Sunday brunch and weren't hassled to get up and leave so could relax with the papers. We will return soon.
