Really lovely restaurant. Welcoming friendly staff. Excellent food and service. Great choices on the menu. Looking forward to a return visit.

We really enjoyed our evening at Cote Muswell Hill. The food was good and the wine was delicious, especially since it was part of an offer when we booked. What really made our evening, though, was the friendly service from our waitress, Camellia.

As far as we are concerned Côte ticks all the boxes. We have never had a disappointing meal there and we rate the experience as one that cannot be surpassed. This is supported by the restaurant Have such a great group of staff. They really make you feel special. They remember one's likes and dislikes and are always, as far as we are concerned they always cheerful and smiling.

We went there for dinner last night and had a great experience. Mussels were absolutley delicious! Will definitely come back.

Good food, excellent service from our waiter Teddy and a free glass of champers because it was my birthday , loved it.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our Afternoon meal in Muswell Hill. The staff were lovely and all the food too complimented by a free bottle wine.

We were somewhat cold sitting at the window. On a quiet night I think they could have given us a better table - but I had asked to move table on our last visit (away from a noisy party) and couldn't face asking again!

Lovely service & delightful food. Always enjoy the early evening meal. Took advantage of the January special 2 courses for £9.95. Brilliant.

Faith Restored We had come to value Cote as a reliable place to have a decent family meal - until a recent December visit in honour of a birthday. On a Friday night, Cote let us down - poor service, food, the whole thing. We complained. They responded with a voucher which said, try again on us. Tonight we did. We went on Sunday - same group, different experience. The restaurant was a lot less busy and a whole lot better. The service was excellent again, the food good enough and the ambiance improved. It was good enough for me to write in praise of Cote - good value, nice bistro food, served with friendliness. Back in our goof books.

Sorry to say but not as good as last time.One starter arrived and we had to ask where the others were, they then took another 20 mins to arrive, for the main course the roast duck arrived cold ,very disappointing .

A tasty breakfast of Eggs Royale , served quickly and efficiently .. pleasant buzzy atmosphere , but not too loud...

We were upset that even though we had booked the offer with a free bottle of wine and we were asked about which wine we wanted as part of the offer on three occasions the wine was still not deducted from the bill and we felt embarrassed to have to point this out. It felt like it was hoped we wouldn't notice.

Starter was boring and not as described - not a tartare of goats cheese and artichoke, but instead two slices of toast with cheese spread on it and some tapenade (and artichokes separately) just meant lots of toast... fish stew had too much potato, but didn't matter as easy to leave

We had the fixed price menu which was excellent value. Mostly good although I thought my chicken was rather dry and on the tough side.

My overall experience was average at best. I had to request someone to take our drinks order, the restaurant wasn't particular busy so not entirely sure why the service was poor.

As always, we enjoyed our time and the taff were friendly and helpfull

The belly pork was far too fatty. percentage of fat far more than lean. Not typical as we have had the belly pork before. Quality control by buyer lacking. I would never buy belly with this degree of fat from a shop. My wife left c60% of her piece - I about 50%. Disappointing - but not typical. problem not with the cooking but the buying.

Everything excellent as per usual even tho ‘ you were under stress as your restaurant was full to the brim ! Every good wish for 2020 and beyond!

Came here with my mum for New Years Eve and had set menu. Food was delicious. Great atmosphere, quick service and friendly staff. Would recommend.

It had not been clear online that your a la carte was unavailable on New Year's Eve so we chose the crab mayonnaise and the duck. The starter and the dessert were good but the duck itself, although very well cooked and enjoyable needed more sauce (and a bit thicker), I asked for some cranberry or plum but none was available. Also the portion of spinach was so little - it was only a leaf and a half, and the lady who ordered the same at the next table seemed not to have any at all. Overall the ambience was lacking any festive touch and we were glad when the 'music' was turned off. Service was much quicker than usual although no-one said Thankyou or Happy New Year when we left.

Myself and my 10 colleagues had a lovely time at Muswell Hill Cote Brasserie. The staff had arranged the tables (as requested prior when booking) to ensure that all our group were seated so that everyone could see each other and join in the conversations - because we had an early evening reservation they were able to accommodate this which made all the difference. The staff were attentive and made the evening a success. Thank you Cote B!

Lovely food. Holiday atmosphere. Not enough staff we had to wait a bit to be attended too. Reckon 2 more required at these busy periods.
