Côte Marylebone

Lovely restaurant with great food and nice staff, good location just off Marylebone High Street and all very reasonably priced. Classic French food with a great selection.

Our visit to Cote this week was a very nice occasion. Not only was the food excellent but the whole ambience was very special. The staff were exceptional.

Lots of Christmas Parties going on so a bit noisy but as usual service and food were excellent and the atmosphere welcoming. Would definitely recommend it to anyone for a good night out.

overall excellent, i had recommended the chicken liver pate to my guest, and infact I queried it. It tasted strange, almost porky, was of a sloppy consistency and was of a pinky/beetrooty colour....... maybe it's a new recipe. However the staff dealt with this so professionally. he was offered duck liver pate instead and we continued to enjoy our lunch. The moules mariniere was absolutely delicious as always, and we all loved the bread., the steaks and the desserts, top class creme caramel ! I've been a private chef for 40 years, I make a mean chicken liver pate and very often choose it when eating out, I know I've had this in your Islington branch and it was perfect, hey, possibly better than mine ! I would love a second opinion, i would be grateful if would check the pate out .

Good ambiance and atmosphere. The menu is good and the food tasty. The only negative feature is that the restaurant was extremely busy with at least one very large table where despite ordering after our table of three, they received their main courses very much earlier. I think our order got lost somewhere, but Cote were very apologetic and did take a little off the bill to recognise this. We would still go back as I have eaten there previously and have always enjoyed it.

We had a lovely evening at COTE Marylebone - the food was excellent and the staff couldn't be more attentive and helpful. Our visit makes so much enjoyment to our lives.

Nice ambiance, an extensive menu and the food was delicious. I like the fact that the restaurant has two sections so you can choose to be in the quieter portion or the more buzzy part. (I have another booking for this week.)

I have been to Cotes many times before and always had a good experience however yesterday seemed that Cote was so busy ( at 18.30) that two dishes from set menu had already been finished, my favourite wine also finished and had also finished the chamomile tea... after complaining the waiter miraculously found the chamomile! Quite disappointing

Great food in a prime location in Marylebone. Staff friendly and attentive as always and great offers on early evening or Christmas special menus. Would recommend the French onion soup.

Good place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food always good and plenty of choice. Great location for shops in Marylebone High Street & tourist attractions.

Lovely food, well cooked and served by friendly staff. And given its location just off over-fashionable Marylebone High Street, the best value in the area.

Excellent service. Good choice of food at fair prices. Nice ambience. Efficient but not rushed and very friendly. Ideal lunch venue especially with a set menu.

Lovely food as always and great value on wines also, but service tonight was off the mark, slow and confused. Hopefully it was a one-off! I will certainly go back to Cote and would generally recommend.

We usually visit the Sloane Square branch as it is convenient for Cadogan Hall, this time we used the Marylebone branch, same standard of service in all their restaurants.

As always a friendly greeting our preferred seating reserved for us as requested friendly and efficient service and a great menu to choose from. Comfortable and great ambiance and usual freshly prepared food. What else could you want?

An enjoyable eating experience as I have come to expect from Cote. Good nicely presented food in a relaxing environment. Keep up the good work!

we have an excellent meal served on piping hot plates. The food was cooked to perfection and excellent presentation. We booked just after a party of 10 so were told upon ordering that service would be slower - we accepted this. However, we start to run out of time - train to catch - and the waitress very kindly boxed up 2 of our meals which we had only half eaten ... a real treat on the train to eat my tasty scallops dish. All round a very pleasureable experience and will definitely return. Great value also. Thank you to all staff for making us so welcome.

Arrived for 5.15pm meal. Nice and quiet but started to get busy when leaving. Attentive staff and nice choice of menus(maybe too many) it became confusing with them all.

buzzing with happy eaters, good atmosphere and an extensive menu at reasonable prices. Something for everyone, and everyone seemed well satisfied. Shall most certainly return.

I visited in the evening with 3 friends. We found the service good as well as the food and wine. I'd not hesitate to recommend.

Our overall time at COTE Marylebone was excellent last evening. Our food was so enjoyable and very tasty and the staff were very helpful and kind and our evening was a super treat.

The Cote at Devonshire Street is always busy, testament to the unfailing good service and delicious fare. The celeriac soup was a great starter. Hot!

Very welcoming attentive service and usual attractive ambience , but one of the very few times in our many visits I have been disappointed by some of the food. Perhaps a different chef ??

Another pleasant evening at Cote. I've been coming here for some time now and the food is consistently tasty and good value compared with other comparable restaurant. Also the staff are always friendly, informed and attentive - without being intrusive.

As excellent as ever! Prompt service, polite and friendly staff, an array of choices and menus to suit any budget. I marvel at how efficiently their kitchen runs.

Food as usual fine for the price. Service was not good. Ask repeatedly for small extra items, most not brought, but one added to bill, generally server showed no initiative at all. Had service charge not been added - and it was too much trouble to remove - would have withheld tip.

Our experience at Cote Marylebone was not as good as it has been. There appeared to be a lot of new staff and we had to wait quite a while for our meals. But having said that the meal, with our two friends was very good and we had an enjoyable evening.

Excellent breakfast as always for all four of us. Prompt and great coffeea too. Highly recommend the boudin noir and brioche. Absolutely delicious and wonderful way to start weekend.

Service was very poor and slow. Restaurant was not busy. Food was Ok but hsve had much better at cote. My seabream was very small

We took three friends to Cote Marylebone and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience. The kindness of the staff is excellent and they try to arrange our every needs. Food in particular is extremely good and tasty.

Staff did everything possible to make our evening enjoyable right from welcoming us at the door , seating us in our proffered seats and generally being there when required. The food was fresh and delicious, served promptly, and the price reasonable. All in all an excellent evening.

I had a great time last night. The food even though with went with the special deal offered was excellent and service as well! Definitely will be back!

Delicious pate, excellent steak, both from the prix fixe menu so really well priced; good wine, very good service and a really nice buzz. I’m not surprised it was full.

Excellent service as always and superb food. It is our regular brunch spot for weekends. Highly recommend especially the full English with brioche and boudin noir.

We came at 11.30am and benefited from the breakfast menu (though were a bit surprised we could not even look at the lunch menu before 12 noon). All very nice but there was no fresh orange juice which was a bit of a disappointment. We shall be back though as it is good quality at reasonable prices and good for groups.

Everything fine but they had no more of a number of dishes. Disappointing since they must know Sunday night is popular? Service excellent and what we had had was delicious
