Côte Marlow

The staff were very attentive and friendly.. my fish was very tasty. My partner had white bait as a starter he enjoyed that as well. Very good value.and nicely presented.

As always, good food, excellent value and efficient service. This is one of my favourite Cotes with a light and spacious dining area, outdoor seating and a public car park immediately next door.

Sadly, we felt rushed today. Our experience wa different to others as we were seated in the corner and could see how the other patrons were treated.

The service was excellent, the food was good, we had a lovely evening. We would definitely go back and eat at Cote in Marlow again.

Great food and service. One of our group was a coeliac , only the manager takes a gluten free order to ensure that the kitchen are fully aware. Very reassuring, thank you.

Tasty food and friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere too. We will visit again. Good selection of dishes to suit every palette. We all had an enjoyable time.

We sat in the quieter front section and had excellent service from Greg and a lovely young Bulgarian waitress. The duck breast was beautifully cooked, we enjoyed our free bottle of wine, and the desserts were delicious. A great way to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

We always find excellent, friendly service at Cote Brasserie, Marlow. There is a good atmosphere and the food is always consistently good. An enjoyable evening

Brilliant service as always, many different choices and the specials are always excellent. The staff are willing to give wine recommendations which is brilliant when you don't know what to pick!

Score would have been higher but, unusually for Cote, the service was not to their usual standard. Waiter voluntarily took the price of our coffees off the bill, as he recognised that the kitchen had fallen short. Manageress also came over to explain that she had asked for one of our dishes to be re-done, so In fairness they all did what they could - without us complaining.

Lovely restaurant and service. The food was excellenthe and very good value for money - we also enjoyed the free bottle of wine with our rewards voucher!

Attentive staff and great food and very reasonable set lunch menu. Surroundings were great and made for a very lunch. Would go back again soon.

We enjoyed a lovely lunch yet again at Cote Restaurant. The food was up to its usual high standard and the service also was exceptionally high standard.

The food we all had was absolutely delicious. The service however wasn't great. The waiter forgot to bring us our drinks, clear away the starters before the main course arrived or bring us any cutlery.

The restaurant was not very busy for our week day lunch time visit in March. The staff were attentive and the food, as usual, very good value for money.

Competent, pleasant and relaxed service. Decor, ambience, and comfort hits the spot. Plenty of interesting menu options - inc good selection of wines (and the Meteor beer is really good!). And the food we selected, we all agreed was delicious and wholesome. Well done all.

Pleasant evening and the food was good although quieter than usual and so there was not as much atmosphere. We had just finished our shared starter and the main course arrived - a bit too soon really, a short break would have been appreciated. We felt as if we were being rushed, as soon as the main course plates were taken, the dessert menu was given & within minutes we were being asked if we wanted to order! In actual fact we stayed about 2.5 hours - maybe the staff were a little bored and wanted to keep busy. I will return, I have eaten at Cote Marlow on a number of occasions - previous visits I have enjoyed more.

Good food and attentive service - but we were not rushed. Varied menu offered something for everyone and the portions were generous. Desserts scrummy! Crème Brulee au citron was delicious.

We unfortunately didn't have a good experience. The waiting time to be served for drinks to start with was about 15 minutes. One of the three rib-eye steaks that was served for the main course was cold and of poor quality. This was sent back and was re-presented some 5 minutes later....the same steak, with a bit cut off and cooked a bit more. Needless to say we were not impressed and did not pay for that one steak. We could not believe that one of our four diners didn't actually have a main meal served.

Food was good but service slow. Having an included and relatively high service charge doesn't appear to incentivise staff to be attentive. Our table for six was not set up until after we arrived. A pity your email reminder to me wasn't sent to the staff as well!.

The Quality of the food was very good, however the service was poor which is unusual for Cote. I hope this was a one off.

Rated 4 meal was fairly good but not outstanding the meal I had was dry chicken especially and service waiting on the sweet was slow surprising as restaurant wasn't busy and staff were tidying up and once payment was given they was no thankyou The initial waitress was in fact attentive and we didn't have to wait to long for the starter and mains

Lovely buzzy atmosphere and the food was cooked to perfection. There 10 year anniversary menu is really wonderful and we shall definitely not leave it as long to go back again.

Good food but it was unfortunately let down by very slow service. I had booked, but we still ended up on a table next to the toilets

A fantastic restaurant, great atmosphere, great service really good food and good value for money. They even had a cheap car park right next to the restaurant which was perfect when dropping off my elderly parents.

Always a great meal at Cote Brasserie, Marlow. The staff are very friendly and always on hand if you need anything. Very good with children as well. Loads of space so you don't feel like you're sitting on top of one another. The food is freshly prepared, presented beautifully and enough of it. There breakfasts are great. Everything is very reasonably priced too. Always go back there, especially for brunch.

Great food and service at such a reasonable price. The Marlow Cote is definitely worth a visit. Value for money all the way. Cote is one of our favourites.

This was our first visit and will definitely not be our last. The food was delicious. My Breton fish stew was the best I've had outside of France. The service was excellent. Can't wait to go again.

Steak frites - tough, Wine spilt by waitress - second glass FOC though Toulouse sausages tough skinned and not very authentic. Lentils were excellent Overall not as good as Eton and Guildford

It was my birthday and we had a complimentary Kir Royale when we arrived. We had a very nice lunch. We had a very nice lunch and the staff were very pleasant.

Good choice on all the menus. Service was a bit chaotic but very friendly staff. Only complaint was the handful of very wilted rocket on top of my seabass - better to have just left it off, the dish was not described as 'with a garnish of rocket' so I wouldn't have missed it

Our party of six people were very pleased with the location of the restaurant and the internal and external design. The menu selection was good and all present enjoyed the meal and shall return at a later date.

Nice atmosphere and good food at a reasonable price. What's not to like ? A great favourite with my friends to meet up without breaking the bank.

Food choice excellent and well presented. Good value for money. Only issue was that the number of staff seemed inadequate and although they were friendly and helpful they ere clearly under pressure.

The speed and efficiency of the service was perfect and we didn't have to wait long between courses at all. The staff catered for specific requests and were very happy to please. A really wonderful meal!

Excellent food, fantastic service as always. Staff really do go the extra mile - service with a smile. They are more than happy to accomadate variations to the menu.

We had a lovely time. The service was good. Only one slight problem in that a couple of the mussels were a bit gritty in my Breton Fish Stew. Apart from that, the food was very good. Thanks for a good evening.

Two of Our main course orders were delivered incorrectly. This was rectified by the waiter and correctly delivered after some time. This resulted in two of our party of four finishing long before the others. There was an unreasonable delay between finishing our main courses an a desert order being taken. Generally the food was good and service friendly and efficient. As a retired restrateur it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed butting undue pressure on the staff to the detriment of the customer.

Highly recommended. Excellent service. Lovely interior, very modern. Food menu is brilliant. You can go a la carte or up to 7pm choose from a set menu which is very good value, and great choices. Can recommend you try the Cote, MARLOW. You won't be disappointed.

We were not very impressed with the service: long wait and not very good waitering. We feel the quality would improve with some training and additional staff.
