Côte Marlow

We had a super meal. The choices were excellent and all of us made choices we relly enjoyed. Very good food, well cooked. The staff were great, very attentive amd sensitive I live locally and eat at Cote very often Roger Matkin

The meal generally was the usual good standard, however I had the Baked Cambert and it was cold and uncooked. The recovery was as expected. Hopefully only a blip!

Good food and good service, much improved since our last visit. Very pleased to find the outdoor area was non smoking. A very enjoyable lunch.

A beautiful evening , great food and wine - Cote Marlow never disappoints. The staff are always pleased to welcome you and in the present heatwave, sitting outside was definitely a plus.

Had a really lovely evening at Cote Marlow with friends , the food and service was really excellent and very good value for money. We will defiantly be back soon.

Cote is always good but today was extra special. Excellent specials from June menu with really good friendly service nice extra touches. We will return soon.

The whole experience was very good. Food excellent attended by friendly efficient staff. Attended with friends who also enjoyed the experience and will be taking other friends as we have done.

A wonderful place, ate lunch at the terrace and the menu was perfect, impeccable food and service .I am a regular customer of this restaurant.

Lovely waiter. We all had steak frites and Creme caramel as usual it was delicious. Always a good night out at Cote, and value for money

The entire experience was excellent for myself , my wife and my friends. The reception we got was outstanding and the outside table was ideal. The service throughout the meal was exemplary, the food was delicious, and the icing on the cake was the June complimentary, and very tasty, bottle of Rose Wine. In summary, the four of us had a delightful evening at the Cote Marlow.

Great welcome by the team followed by well presented two course meal, including great salmon and ratatouille. Ambiance helped by the fact that it was the first England game in the world cup so there were only two other tables occupied!!!

Booked a table for Father’s Day and to be honest I was not impressed. We felt like we were rushed to order and when we did only some of it ended up coming at the same time and had to wait for ages for the remainder of it, we had no cutlery and had to wait for that and then when the bill came we were charged for items that we shouldn’t have. Not a great place to go for a special meal especially when the food and service is sub standard.

Sadly another bland chain experience. Nothing about this meal represented value for money and service added nothing so I begrudged paying 12.5% service charge. We weren't offered the children's menu even though we clearly had a 5 year old with us. My mussel main course was the size I expect for a starter, and not good either, whikst the salmon starter completely smothered in mayonnaise...I could go on but not worth the effort...

The food was excellent. Every item tasted delicious. Service was a little slow but that was probably due to the restaurant being so busy due to Father’s Day.

The service was very very slow and when we eventually received our food one persons meal was missing meaning the food went cold while we waited for it to come .

We went for an early Father's Day meal on a Saturday night. The service was friendly and swift. The food was delicious as always. The atmosphere is very relaxing and cosy.

Not happy about the 12 percentage service charge hope it all goes to staff I personally like to tip myself but meal was very good

We arrived to a busy restaurant as it’s Father’s Day. Waited 20 minutes to place an order. After which it took 25further minutes to get coffee and tea. 40 minutes for food to arrive and there was a mix up with the order. We gave up at that point and ate what we had. No apologies no update on wait for food. Appreciate it was busy but customers need to be kept informed as to what is going on. A hot drink quickly would have helped the mood. A special Father’s Day breakfast spoiled. Not impressed

A splendid venue for outdoor dining and lovely specials available in addition to the standard menu. The staff are always friendly and efficient and our food was delicious.

Extensive menu. Good value two course summer menu. Portions generous with good vegetables. Service always friendly and prompt. Airy atmosphere with decent space between tables so you can hear yourself speak.

We had a great time. The food was fabulous, the service good and staff very courteous and helpful. A lovely table by the window and a really nice evening.

Lovely food, well cooked. Good atmosphere in the restaurant and good attentive service. Particularly enjoyed the Tomates Breton from the specials. Lots of choice on the menu.

This is a beautiful restaurant which we visit quite frequently. There is a nice outdoor space which was being used last night. Service was as always friendly and professional. We ate off the prestige menu, £15.95 for two courses and was excellent.

Very good food, service was great up until asking for the bill. Took a little long to get it to us.everything else was perfect. Will be back soon

Had to send my meal back because it was cold but it was dealt with in a professional manner the staff were very good dealing with the problem

Attentive service done with a smile. There was a good choice from the set menu and we were allowed to make some alterations with good grace. Very tasty food and well cooked.

The Food and service were both very good and a good selection of different types of food, but one down side was that the gents loos a little smelly but l am sure easily sorted

Nice meal. Service was good. The risotto was lovely although the Creme Brulee was rather disappointing. They forgot our coffees and although, when reminded, they did offer them as complimentary we didn't bother as the moment had passed & we were ready to leave.

Really enjoyed the evening, easy to book, allowed a choice of tables, service first rate, and food excellent. Above the usual cote experience - well worth a visit

Always enjoy visiting Cote in Marlow. There is a special atmosphere and lovely to be able to sit in the sheltered courtyard on a warm evening. Tasty food and efficient staff as always.

Nice environment, lovely staff and a very pleasant way to get a leisurely brunch. The full english was not especially great though which in my book is supposed to be a proper blow-out. An enormous tomato does not fool me into thinking it is a big plate of food and it is not a nice thing if it isn't properly cooked. This one had been briefly shown a grill and was essentially a warm tomato. Cooked until soft, caramelised and scrummy and perhaps with some garlic and thyme on top with drizzle of olive oil and it is a fab thing. No - too much trouble? Well just caramelise it and season it properly!

Very good food and excellent service. Cote marlow is always so light and airy and a particularly good experience on a warm balmy evening. A great evening

My experience was mixed. The restaurant was terribly understaffed. Although a number of tables had been booked in advance, there were very few waiting staff. We had to wait for more than 30 minutes to place our orders and over an hour for our meals. On the positive side, the food was really good. Cocktails were spot on and the meals were very tasty. Also,our waiter, Iga, was efficient under the circumstances and apologetic about the wait.

Table ready when we arrived. Prompt service. Great food. Staff very apologetic about a delay with the mains, which we hadn't really noticed. More than made up for with a complimentary round of drinks. Fantastic evening, great service.

Sunday full English breakfast. Perfect. Service was good, restaurant nice and spacious. Food was delicious and good value for money. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Very pleasant evening made special by the front of house manager who was very attentive and helpful throughout the evening. Food reasonable ambiance very good.

An excellent lunch to celebrate my daughters birthdays. Good food and service, and a nice atmosphere. Parking in the car park next door also a bonus!

Excellent food and service. Friendly welcome and nice atmosphere. Food came just when we wanted it and we were not pressured to leave our table after finishing.

The staff , from the greeting when we entered to the drinks waitress and the waiter taking our order were absolutely delightful. The food was excellent as usual .

Excellent- food great, service good, price reasonable. Couldn’t want more. Reommended for a leasurely lunch especially to take advantage of the sdgarden space if it’s sunny.

Cote Marlow was perhaps a little quieter than on previous visits but, as usual, the service and food were excellent. Thanks and Well done, Cote!

We had a wonderful lunch and could not fault anything from service, location of table to quality of food. Service provided by Sam was five star. Highly recommended and a bonus being able to sit in the garden.

This restaurant has a really Fabulous garden for outdoor dining on balmy days, and we have found the staff are always really friendly and attentive

Noisy and running kids isnt ideal when your trying to enjoy a meal and a bank holiday outside in the sunshine.. The food was GOOD but need more chips with my steak xxx

Food was good but extras (bread £2.50 and olives £3.95) were excessively priced in the context of a 2 course lunch deal for £11.50! These were pushed on us with no indication of the price and spoilt the experience. Nearby Vanilla pod is far better value for lunch.
