Food was excellent as usual, freshly prepared & hot. the staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. Booking online was really simple & they had noted it was for my daughters birthday so arrived with a little surprise

Superb food & lovely atmosphere The starter & main course were served very promptly & were hot & fresh The coffee was delicious with extra milk served without a fuss

I normally love the food here. However the iced berries with warm white choclate sauce which I have had previously was not good. The sauce was not very warm consequently berries stayed very frozen! Restaurant was very busy and we were in a hurry to get to theatre so did not mention it.

The service was very good. The goat cheese starter did not tast of goat cheese! Main course and desert were tasty. I did not like the glass of wine that was recommended on the menu. The staff were prompt to change it and offered me to taste the alternative wine before serving me a glass.

Another enjoyable evening at cote. Dined here many times and never been disappointed. Food, service and ambience very good. Able to converse with friends without too much noise.

Staff and food always excellent. I have lunch there every month with friends. The menu changes monthly so we never get bored and there is always a good selection of vegetarian options for one of my friends.

Food and service are always great here. Even this evening when the staff were obviously very busy and looked like they were a person down compared with normal, everything was good. We were well looked after by happy and attentive staff and the food was prompt, arrived at the same time, hot (a rarity nowadays when ordering three entirely different meals) and delicious. Thank you Cote Manchester.

We enjoyed the food very much at the time. However, approx. 7 hours later my wife was physically sick - she had not eaten anything since lunch and the only difference between what we each ate was the mackerel rillettes off the set menu. My wife is concerned that it was very possibly the mayonnaise on the mackerel that had affected her.

Restaurant has a very good range of breakfast and brunch choices to suit everyone in our party, the food was good quality and the service was excellent. Lovely décor, very stylish

My wife and I had been regular visitors to Cote since it opened in Manchester. Unfortunately my wife died last year, so I have not been to Cote for some 12 months. Pleased to say this visit was 'just as I remember it'. Efficient and professional service, lovely friendly staff and excellent quality food. Hope to be able to 'resume normal service' and visit as often as I used to.

This is about our 10th visit to Cote, Manchester and we have never had anything but a wonderful experience.. The food is always very good and the staff are always attentive.

Fantastic food in a lovely restaurant and with incredible attentive staff. We went for a birthday meal and the staff brought complimentary drink and dessert complete with candle for the birthday girl and boy. The staff are all lovely and we would definitely eat here again and recommend it highly to our friends

Lovely food and atmosphere. The staff were extremely attentive. Our waitress was especially nice and helpful. You're never rushed through your meal which is nice, but service is always prompt and the food is excellent quality.

Service was really good and the ambience was good. It was pretty quiet for a Saturday brunch. Food was above average as per usual, always go for the eggs Benedict.

Lovely evening a small hiccup with the main dish but it was a nice experience and good wine to boot , the staff are very good and helpful .

We had the 3 course for £12.95 menu which was very good value. Not massive portions but plenty for a Group of post-theatre ladies wanting a light meal. The staff were extremely attentive, especially our waiter whose name I didn't get but was Hungarian -very happy,smiley,polite. His wine recommendation was excellent.

Excellent service, nice ambiance, good menu choice. The food was lovely and cooked perfectly. The waiting staff were great - didn't rush us when we couldn't decide! The only negative was I ordered 'Prosecco' and wasn't told that in fact it was a French alternative- maybe I should have realised - it being a French restaurant, it was still a nice glass of fizz but t would have been nice to know it wouldn't actually be Prosecco. That aside, a perfect evening with friends in a nice restaurant with good food. Thank you

Good service. Average food. No decent cocktails. What self respecting restaurant doesn't serve such basic cocktails as an Espresso Martini? Also, the starters menu needs more options. The staff make this place tolerable.

An excellent meal and very efficient service. Thoroughly enjoyable. Very good being able to have the fixed price 2 course menu before attending the theatre.

Visited Cote with friends as it was my birthday and it's my favourite restaurant and it didn't disappoint. Food was delicious and service was great too. We also received a complimentary "Kir Royale" as I had previously registered the Cote reward card online. Will definitely re-visit.

Excellent food and service, a very classy restaurant with gorgeous food to choose from! The staff are extremely pleasant and attentive. The only thing missing from the rest room is hand cream

The food was excellent. We both had steaks which were high quality and cooked to perfection. The service was efficient, friendly and prompt. Overall a great restaurant very handy for the Opera House.

Table of 2: Food was good, however our mains came 45 minutes after the starters, I appreciate it was a Saturday evening however this is longer than I would expect even considering for that. Rating Would have been 3/6 for this however the wine was beautifully chilled and the wait staff were fantastic. I would recommend going, maybe just not on a Saturday night.

FOOD IS ALWAYS GOOD THERE BUT NO HOT VEGETARIAN MEAL ON THE 2 COURSE OR 3 COURSE SPECIAL ONLY A SALAD THEY THINK ITS SUMMER NOW BUT ONLY 10 DEGREES AND FREEZING

Pleasant service and atmosphere , good value even though one main item was not available on the pre theatre menu. Ideal for lunch or pre theatre dining will visit again maybe evening for the a la carte menu

really enjoyed my Cote experience. Went with my friend,we both enjoyed our pork! The staff were very friendly except the girl who took us to our table.She never smiled and just couldnt be bothered.

Confusion over the time as 08:15 was in the morning! However, everything was sorted wiith a complimentary drink. Apparently we weren't the first to be confused.

Had a wonderful time as always but the fillet steak definitely wasn't as good a cut or flavour as past experiences. Luckily the rest of the experience made up for it. Thank you for the rest of the service.

Lovely food, a pleasant atmosphere, excellent value for money and happy and efficient staff. Toilets are a bit of hike and not sure if there is a lift for those with walking difficulties? No complaints at all and there again for lunch with friends on Thursday!

Friendly staff who were very helpful. Two of our party of four ordered whitebait as a starter but were disappointed as what was served were more "sprats" and were soggy rather than crispy, as described. However, when we complained the bill was adjusted accordingly. Other food was very acceptable. The restaurant was not at all busy and we were not in a hurry but service was a little slow - we were just happy to chat but, if you have to get back to work it might be worth mentioning so you get served more quickly.

The restaurant had a nice relaxed atmosphere, we were not hurried the staff were happy to wait until all our party had arrived . The food was good, we all enjoyed our meals.

It was perfect, we both had a fabulous meal, the staff are wonderful, they are all so helpful and it's a brilliant location, another plus point is spotless toilets :)

Great breakfast. Great to be able to feel secure with Coeliac friendly food. Charming staff, great welcome, and a nice "thank you, see you soon" goodbye. Highly recommend.

Have a great meal and the service was great too. Would recommend everyone to give it a try. The wine was nice to. And the free water 👍
