The food was good, we had the early bird and there was plenty of choice, good value. The staff are lovely and it was a pleasant relaxed atmosphere.

There was a great atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming. The steaks were cooked as described - pink - and the cod goujons were very tasty.

I have been to the Cote many times and it never disappoints. The staff make you feel very welcome and the food is amazing. If you are eating out in Manchester this restaurant is a must.

First-rate service and good food make for excellent value (especially the pre-theatre deal). I have visited many times and standards have always been consistently high

Lovely meal and really good service.Excellent gluten free menu.Will definitely try and return when we are next in Manchester.My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her meal and she is a very fussy eater.

Fantastic food the set menu had a lot to choose from and the price was £13.95 for three course, this was superb value for money , I will definitely be back again.

Visited on Sunday early evening. We were greeted and given a choice of where to sit even though the restaurant was quite busy. Extensive gluten free a la carte menu plus gf options on specials. Service was very good (12.5% included on bill) the staff were attentive but not intrusive. Great value two /three course pre theatre /early eve menu and the portions were generous and delicious. Would highly recommend.

Great service from Daisy, the food was excellent, good size portions and very tasty. There was also a great atmosphere and all the staff are very attentive and professional.

Great service and excellent food. Small but decent wine list. 12.5% service charge is included in the bill. Perfect for pre/post theatre dinner. Definitely go again.

We were in Manchester for a conference which finished early so we decided to go for lunch at the cote, it is situated just off Deansgate the main shopping area and close to the financial area in King St. As I have come to expect from Cote restaurant's, the food was excellent. The set lunch menu offers exceptional value for money with multiple choices of dishes to suit everybody's taste. Although the restaurant was exceptionally busy the service was first class, our waitress really looked after us and make the whole dining experience a real pleasure

What a wonderful experience yet again at a Cote restaurant. The food and champagne were absolutely incredible. The service was out of this world. The staff are so attentive and friendly.Nothing is to much trouble. I would totally recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We went there on our Wedding Anniversary and the restaurant lived up to the occasion and our expectations. Good food and wine. The crab salad was delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our complimentary Kir Royales. Excellent service. Nothing to fault.

As always the service, ambience and value for money were all excellent. I'm not so keen on the summer menu though. My chicken salad only had a tiny amount of chicken in it.

The welcome was friendly and the staff were great. Service was quick, but not too quick and the food was superb. Wine was very reasonably priced too. All in all, a great evening.

Met a friend I had not seen for many years. We spent a long time talking and the staff were friendly, patient (we took a long time to order!) . The two course lunch was excellent value and very good, freshly cooked sea bass was excellent. Relaxed atmosphere will return.

Excellent French Restaurant in Central Manchester. Food perfect. Service First class, ambience pleasant. Have booked to bring some friends here when I am back from France.

The two course set menu was excellent. The service was a little bit slow but efficient. We did not like the optional 12.5% service charge and decided for ourselves what tip to pay.

Really enjoyed the food and service was excellent, will recommend. We have been several times and only once have i been let down but it has never occurred again.

Cote is always a great place to go for lunch or dinner and if you like French-style light but tasty food served well and of great quality, like me, you'll return. The menu changes regularly and the a la carte has a great range including vegetarian. We highly recommend

We are Cote Brasserie regul;ars. The food is always of a great standard, the staff are friendly and helpful nd go out of their way to help. Tables and cutlery are always clean and the atmosphere is bustling, but you never feel rushed. We always recommend to friends.

As always the staff were friendly and efficient. The food was excellent as always, too. There is always a pleasant atmosphere in the restaurant, which is why we keep returning.

Can't fault the best restaurant in Manchester, great food great service. Not overpriced like some Manchester eating houses, will be booking again for the next time we are in Manchester

We have visited this restaurant on several occasions and have always had an enjoyable experience. Last night we had the set menu , the service & food were excellent , very good value for money.

Good value: lovely food, restaurant and service. Always reliable. Cote is always our first choice if we are eating in a chain restaurant. The food is, unsurprisingly, French- and vey traditionally so. With so many disastrous fusion and "small plates" restaurants around it is good to return to one embedded in a great tradition.

I brought my family who hadn't visited before and they all loved the food. Good service too. Would recommend a visit. Great value for money with the pre theatre menu too!

Excellent meal served by lovely, friendly staff. The menu provided a wide choice and it included good vegetarian choices plus smaller dishes for 'light bites'.

Set menu was great value. Food was tasty and there was lots of choice. I don't eat wheat and there was a lot of wheat free choices and free from bread too. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend.

Beautiful place and the food was amazing. The price was unbelievable. We opted for the three course lunch menu which is 7 days a week unlike most manchester establishments. 100% be coming back

I have eaten at Cote many times but unfortunately on this occasion my meal was disappointing. I mentioned this to our waiter who was apologetic. It was as if it had been frozen and thawed? Sorry.

Great menu that caters for gluten free diners. Good atmosphere and the staff are pleasant and also attentive, regularly visiting the table to assist with drinks and food choices.
